Love my nails. Love my techs (Annie, Billye & Zach). Every single time I get great results, great colors and great art. The price is reasonable and the atmosphere is exceptional. I will continue to get my nails done here. If you havent been, you really need to have this experience..

Excellent brow tinting and service however nail design is lacking but nails are well done just need to work on designs

We came in an hour before closing for an acrylic set and the workers rushed them. My nails are glued to the underside of my fingers, they’re uneven, and the bottom and sides are unrefined - to the point that the acrylic left on the underside completely fills the space under the nail. Additionally, some of the nails have bubbles on them and are slightly crooked.

Only place to get this look that last. Thanks so much. I always do love my nails and choose my colors.

Tried Billies because a friend always has beautiful nails, my regular technician is away for two months, and its right across the street from my job. With all of that in mind, THIS IS A GREAT PLACE!The technicians take their time with each customer and provide special care. Also, the place is nice and quiet unless a customer is having a long conversation on their phone.Thanks Billies!!

I always go here however last time I waited 30 minutes for my eyebrows & when I was about to leave. She rushed to do them and only spent 1 minute on them and they look terrible.

I love Billies. We go there quiet often today it was a group of 5. Service is always great they dont try to rush and get us out. Everyone is always very very nice.

This would be my second time going here. First time was a pedicure. They sent out the youngest girl to do it. She seemed afraid and new. She didn’t clean my nails or anything. Second time I went back they sent the same young girl to wax my brows. I needed them done badly so I stayed. It too her about 3 mins and looked like she didn’t wax them at all. She told me okay 7$ and left out. Won’t go back

Horrible place i got a pedicure and the woman that did my pedicure was digging in my toe and made me bleed and now i have a toe infection i do not recommend this place at all they was very rude too.

My nails are almost always done VERY well. Im particularly hard on my hands and they are always so accommodating although it is difficult to do nails that are so short. They have an excellent selection, and theyre prices are great! They are kind, helpful, professional, and fast.

The service is great and fast.. Billies is the only place i get my nails done at because im satisfied with my nails every visit.. They are the best in town, no need to argue!

I asked for refill and color change instead of taking my old color off they painted over it so I have two visible colors in my nails and I was cut several times

Best nail salon in town

While I was trying to relax and get my nails done this evening, there were two very hostile women in the nail salon. They gave every staff member a little piece of of hell, and yet all of them remained calm and cordial. Instead of becoming aggravated and treating everyone like a burden, I ended up having 3 people work on my nails and making them extra beautiful. I work in customer service and I know how hard it is to keep your cool with people like the people who were in there this evening. All I can say is props to the staff at this salon for making sure every other customer was happy even though I know those two women were making it hard on everyone. My nails are beautiful and I am extremely happy with the service I received. I will definitely be going back there for my nails.

Nails look great (both hands and feet)! Love the attention to detail, the massage chairs, the foot and leg massage during the pedicure, the massage during the manicure! Such a relaxing (and I think necessary) treat!!!

I love the salon and how my nails turned out, but when I went to pay with my debit card the woman asked me to write a check and leave it blank at the top. Never had that problem before, suddenly cash and checks are better? I saw another employee ask a lady the same thing. I had her make me a receipt just incase. I know/hope nothing is going to happen with my money, but its still sketchy.

Went simply to get a eye and lip waxing and they had a good amount of customers in the shop. The lady that did my lil and eyebrows had wax in my hair, on my chin, and in my nose!!!!!!! Once she finished she ran out to go finish doing nails. This was a horrible experience. I will never go back again. I am a paying customer and just because I wasn’t getting my nails done, she shouldn’t have rushed with me. I am overall not satisfied!!!!!

They used to be amazing! I had a gentleman do my pedi/mani a few weeks ago and wasnt impressed. He was rushing to get the job done and would even look at me asking if I needed massage. I THOUGHT THAT WAS PART OF GETTING MANI/PEDI???? I tried to communicate further on this matter but he couldnt understand me. Needless to say I DIDNT GET THE MASSAGE. LOL

Its small and claustrophobic. Billie is pretty good. I go there when i can get her to do my nails, which is not the easiest task....Otherwise I dont really go there anymore....

Im a regular customer, getting my nails done every two weeks for three years here. On Saturday, March 12th, I came into the salon and got a refill. My polish chosen was an OPI gel polish. On Saturday night I noticed my polish showing signs of chipping. It worsen by Sunday. So of course, Im unhappy and decide to return on Monday (today) for the salon techs to change my polish. My time is Iimited and this was an inconvenience for me. I arrived at the salon with the staff at 9am. I began to explain what happened and what I would like done on this visit and they questioned me; asking who had done my nails. To this, I replied I didnt know the name of the person, ( you dont wear name badges), I said, further explaining that Billie had filled and someone else polished. I asked them if I would be expected to pay for this and they quickly spoke amongst themselves to determine the answer. They then called Billie and stated she was on her way. I waited patiently. Billie arrived within the hour and I provided her with the same information previously given her staff. She listened and understood. She cleaned my nails for me, getting the residual polish off, changed my polish and charged nothing. This is how you do business! I will continue coming as long as attention is paid when something like this occurs and as long as Im happy with the way my nails look when I leave. Thanks again Billie! My nails are beautiful. If I could post a pic of them, I would.
