Discovered this amazing place over the summer and they’re my new regular spot. Had a few different ladies do my nails and never had any issues. I always make sure I make an appointment online because I have seen others have to wait for a walk-in. One day I was fortunate to have Anh and will continue to ask for her! She knows what she’s doing and will ask you along the process how you feel your nails are looking. Now that I make sure to have her each time I go, she has helped me pick different colors that I might not typically try. For the nails in this picture, I came in with some basic pictures but she showed me on an acrylic nail what those pictures would actually look like. The fact that she took the time to do that was great! My photo does not do her work justice - you’ll need to go in for yourself!

I have gone to this salon multiple times and really enjoyed my experience each time. The techs (especially Ann) are courteous, helpful, meticulous, and do a fantastic job on your nails. I made this my normal place to get my nails done. However, this last experience was not the greatest.I called asking if they had walk in availability, to which they said yes. I went in promptly and was taken care of right away. I asked for a full acrylic set with a gel manicure. My tech started to file my nails and was about to start acrylic when I asked her if she could cut my cuticles. She did with no issues. She then stared the acrylic. She went very quickly through the application process. She put a lot of nail glue on my nail, which bled into the underside of my nail bed. Additionally, she filed my nails, but did not take the thickness down. It appeared as if she had another customers appointment and didnt realize that my set was going to cut into the pre-scheduled one. So, the rest of the time became extremely rushed.After the acrylic application, she started doing the gel polish. She did not put on a base coat on my nail whatsoever, so the first layer of gel was on the raw acrylic. After two coats, she quickly filed them and said they were done. She was also working on another client in between my nails curing in the gel lamp. From walking into the salon to leaving was around 30-35 minutes. After I paid and left, I took a deeper look at my nails. I noticed my pinky nail was already becoming detached/loose and that there was a lot of debris under my nail bed (see photos).I immediately went back into the salon and told my tech that my pinky nail was coming off. She filed the side down and said that is was my skin and not the nail. I pulled the skin back and saw some lifting and showed her, and she said it was my skin and not the nail. Seeing nothing was going to be done, I said okay. and left. I was (and still am) not pleased with the services I received. I wouldve much rather them tell me to come back in a specified amount of time to get a better quality set than the one I received.I absolutely love this place, so I am hoping this was just a fluke visit. I am hoping the next time I come in will not be feeling as if the time is rushed, because they really do great work here. I am hoping my next visit will be one that will nullify this last one.

Ashley was incredible. It was busy so she double tagged my sister and I but she was efficient and thorough and did a spectacular job. We left super satisfied and plan to return!

Ive had a ton of services at this salon and they are fantastic! Its very clean, conveniently located and the techs have done a great job, especially with my cuticles. They almost always have had the appointment time I want and are very friendly, both on the phone and in person. Definitely my go-to salon for nails!

Been going to Luxe for a year and a half and will never stop. I take all of my friends constantly! Ann is the best ever - sweet, professional, and great at her job.Also love the other nail technicians and the aesthetician, Kelly, is great!

Did an amazing job on my SNS nails and gel pedicure. I wouldnt recommend any of the waxing or tinting services though.

I love this spot! It is my new go-to nail salon. Excellent service and super friendly nail techs. The Deluxe Spa was worth every penny and was reasonably priced. They took so much time and attention and was so relaxing. I love this place and will be back!

GREAT PLACE AND AMAZING SERVICE. I have been in Alexandria for about 4 years, I have been going to Luxe Nails & Spa for that long as well. I must say the service is on point bar none the staff is polite and consistent. Everyone I refer to Luxe Nails & Spa has never been disappointed. Whenever you are in the Alexandria area in need of a Manicure and Pedicure do yourself a favor and stop by although everyone I have experience does quality work my favorites are Kali and Kelly!!!

Everyone was pleasant. Cali and Anne were the best. They did an awesome job on my wife and I pedicure and manicure. We will definitely be back to see them. Excellent experience!

Luxe Nails & Spa is amazing! Everyone is always super nice and accommodating! Ive been going to Ann for a few months now to get gel manicures and I absolutely love her! She is amazing. Luxe Nails is my favorite, most relaxing place to be. When I moved to VA it took me a while to find that perfect nail place. Do yourself a favor, skip the struggle and come here straight away. Everyone is so sweet and kind and your nails will always look amazing! I love coming here, I love catching up with everyone, the owner is one of my favorite people of all time, and Im always so happy with everything when I leave.

Legitimately the worst SNS nail job Ive ever had. The girl clearly didnt know what she was doing. I will never set foot in here again. Only positive is that they did not make me pay after sitting there for one hour while the girl completely messed up my manicure. The most hilarious part was that she looked at my nails, that looked like this (see photo), and said All set! It was almost 6:00 p.m. and her shift was over. It was clear she was itching to get out of there the whole time. Advice for first timers to this new second location: dont waste your time here.

I love Nails. Everyone is always friendly, and wow, the massages are fantastic. I really appreciate how they dont rush you to pick your colors. They also CARE about the health of your nail. Instead of grinding and filing your nails down thinner and thinner each time, they slowly soak them off using the drill as little as possible. They will always get my business, and my personal favorite.💕💕💕💕💕💕

I always love this place. Ive been coming here . They REALLY shine these days. A couple of the gals (I wish I knew their names) are SO talented!!! I came in today and they were so awesome. I didnt feel rushed, even though they were closing soon. The gal did a cute design (like always) and treated me like they always do. Luxe Nails & Spa was a find and very inexpensive compared to places back home! When we arrived they were extremely busy, but got my husband and I back right away for pedicures. As soon as I was done with my pedicure they were ready to do my nail dipping powder manicure. This was my nail techs first time doing this and she did a job!!Everyone was so friendly and my toes and finger nails look GREAT! Ive been getting compliments ALL afternoon on my fingernails!Thank you!!🌹

Went to get microblading and eyeliner tattooed on top and bottom. My skin is very oily so I have to go back for a touch. Very friendly and good prices. Would highly recommend this establishment.
