Unsure what happened. I made an appt for 5 pm on Tuesday. I showed up at 430pm and the shop was closed. I did not receive a call indicating my appt was cancelled. A bit unprofessional in my opinion.

I walked in to get a silk press this was like a month or 2 ago and the blow out came out nice straight beautiful...but the way the lady handled my hair I had to force her to put heat protectant on my head, she was crazy rude, was hurting my head. And she didn’t put moisturizer or anything she just wanted to blow dry and flat iron..walked out with a nice blow out but my scalp was sore

Xiomara is my favorite. Very good with the heat, as blow outs can be painful at times because the blow dryer is so hot. Also this salon is very quick and they work well together. I have never spent more than 2 hours there.

The ladies were very friendly and took great care of my daughters locks.

I went to this salon for a blow out, the owner was rude. I was waiting for a while for this one styles, she gave me a bath. If you are a black woman with natural hair stay away from this salon, they dont want you there and would treat you poorly. Zero stars

I dont know why I tried this place for the second time. It was only because my hair dresser is out. First time: owner was rude and she gave me a bath without apologies. Adding, my hair looked so bad! Second time: even more rude, another bath, broke my hair off, wouldnt use my rollers for a set and refused to listen to me. Ive NEVER been treated this poorly at a salon. Her shop isnt clean and always empty. Now I see why. You will never get my money again, honey. Ill hall my behind to MD. It appears she doesnt care for natural hair or have the patience to deal with it. Ive worked to hard for my beautiful head of hair to have a salon owner treat it this bad.She needs customer service training, pronto. Save your hard earned dollars for good service that values you.

I made an appt just for a basic haircut and 3 people came in after me. Those 3 people were serviced first and they told me I had to wait for this one stylist to be available. I got up and left. Waste of time.

The nail technician is TERRIBLE but the beautician is AMAZING!! she gets me in and out. Reasonable price for the amazing job she does. I come for blow outs ( have been 3 times) and they look GREAT every time. Normally last for a full month. This has became my #1 hair spot i refuse to go anywhere else. BUT ill never get my nails done here again. I had 3 broken nails in less than a day they were poorly filed, they all had different sizes and lengths. I went back for her to fix and and they look worse than before. friendly girl but she needs more practice and experience.If you are NATURAL I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hair salon.

Worst experience with a hair stylist that I ever had. First of all there is only one lady that cuts kids hair out of all that work there. Second that lady was very rude when i asked her for suggestions of hair cut. Third she gave a small cut behind the ear of my son while using the machine. No apologies were made. Would NOT recommend this place for anyone. Never going back.

I made appointment online for a full set and eyebrows.* UPDATE* The nail person did terrible job. After four days, three nail already broken and one coming off. I was so upset and hurt over my New full set of nails. I think the person was new, and she seem nice. But she had to take off three nails she already put on and it took 1 hour and half to do a full set. She didnt seems to file them down or smooth the top and it very thick and rough. I know the nail person knew I was not happy because she keep saying she fix them. I tried to explain it her and tell her the problem but language was an issue.By 6 pm I was over it and ready to go. Two of the nails did not have enough material on top of nail, it already bent when I got home.My nails looks bad. Money down the drain.My eyebrows looks great, which the Owner did.

Owner was really rude when I wanted to get my hair curled she said it depended on how thick my hair was and she grabbed me by the hair and started pulling it and she said to get your hair curled it will be $80 because your hair is really thick but my hair isnt its actually thin

First time I go to that room, the lady who washed my hair is a person and Pedante, is an animal with clothes, I talked to her and she was silent, I gave her my own products to put it and she questioned each Product that I gave, in the end I asked a question and I answered in a very unpleasant way, and then I finished my time in the dryer She wanted to pass the Blower in my hair and as I was about to explode I said that I I wanted the other girl, called Burma, to make my hair, that Im really happy with her result, in another case you did not go back to the living room, but as the last girl did my hair very well, Im going to return and Ill take my 2 Daughters too.

This girl knows her own, I was delighted with my hair, thank you very much and blessings.
