Great wide selection of equipment for HIIT & bodybuilding, and a massive amount of space.I LOVE all the equipment here, definitely better than the standard equipment you get from most cookie cutter gyms. Especially if you are on the taller side, above 6 ftThe Leg side of the gym is my favorite. Squat Pro, Pendelum, and the Hip Press are some of must haves, so glad they are at DMV.Folks are generally friendly and when I go from 11A to 2P the massive size gym is at a very comfortable capacity. Can’t say enough great things about this gym.

I recently switched to this gym and I’m so happy I did. There are SO MANY awesome pieces of equipment there. I’ve been able to really improve my workouts because of all the options.In the 2 months I’ve been going there, the owner has brought in several new machines. He’s always looking for ways to improve the gym and make the members happy.The place is clean and the members are nice. People have been happy to show me how to use equipment when I asked.If I had one criticism I’d say it would be nice to have some lockers. But really, that’s not a big deal at all.This really is the best gym in the area.

Leo has been incredibly gracious and accommodating for his members since day one. I’ve seen this place expand from one unit to two units to three, and now a fourth soon to be released. He strives to ensure we as members have the highest quality equipment available to help us reach our goals faster. Due to the nature of the environment, there’s tons of diversity amongst members but everyone is adamant about bettering themselves and upholding a phenomenal social environment as well. Extremely fortunate to be a part of the family here!

I switched over to this gym in March 2021 and it was the best decision. It’s an amazing environment that really cultivates enthusiasm and support for all its members. You can tell the owner and staff truly care for the quality of service they provide. Never been to another gym that had so many one of a kind machines.

I joined DMV Iron in April of 2021 in hopes to find a gym that can challenge me, become family to me and continue to accomplish my goals in. Boy, this gym exceeded my expectations. Worth my 20-25 min drive and could have stuck out the gym across from me. Leo creates the most welcome atmosphere in the DMV area. He hand picks various equipments that are simply unique, has them polished or puts them together knowing it has a specific purpose. Alongside with the best equipment, has the best community along with it. Have grown mentally and physically just by joining this gym. DMV Iron has been the highlight of me moving across country again and has truly become my second family. Thank you for all you do. 😊

Top notch equipment and great owner. Leo is the best of the best and truly cares about his customers. At times the gym can be overly busy but people are usually friendly and willing to share (for the most part). Been at this gym for over a year and really have enjoyed my time. I look forward to lifting more and more everyday, especially when new machines show up every few weeks! Lastly, nothing EVER stays broken for long...things are always addressed right away.

I have lived all over the country and this is by far the BEST gym I have ever been to in my life. I had been feeling really depressed during quarantine and I really needed a change of scenery so I signed up after my sister referred me. I was nervous at first coming to this gym, i’ve never competed in any bodybuilding or powerlifting competitions and was not 100 percent sure what to think however everyone is super friendly and has the passion to be there to better themselves while providing any guidance or knowledge to inquiring minds.

Everyone here is about their business, and most importantly, its clean & well ventilated. I live in MD and dont mind having to drive 30mins to workout here.

This is 100% the best gym in the area. No longer a member of the gym as it’s too far away from my current office and I miss it. I see a lot of reviews about how it’s a great place for serious lifters and bodybuilders and while that’s absolutely true (the owner is in the process of getting more powerlifting equipment which I’m sad to miss) it’s also a great place for novices. If you’re not a “hardcore” lifter don’t hesitate to reach out and give this place a try, I saw plenty of people who were new to lifting and everyone from the owner to staff to other members go out of their way to make them feel welcome and you couldn’t ask for a better environment to get motivated. Not to mention there is a machine for literally everything you can think of, which is great not just for bodybuilders but also powerlifters to change up some of your accessory lifts but also great if you’re working through an injury—can’t do your usual back squats? No problem, you’ve got like five different leg press machines that load differently so you can still train (not to mention that pit shark belt squat…probably the piece of equipment I miss the most). Same goes for other movement patterns (e.g., deadlift, presses, etc.). You will love it here.

I look around and see exactly where I will be in a couple years and it gets me pumped. This place is a no-frills, no-BS and I love it. The leg lab is undefeated.

As a girl I am always cautious about gyms. But this gym is amazing! I had so much fun there! Everyone was really cool and made me feel very welcome my first work out!I never saw the Pit Shark before, but oh my gosh it was amazing for my glutes! You have got to try this machine out!

Sign up process was super easy. It is a relatively small facility but those who go are avid gym folks and the price discourages those who treat gyms like a coffee shop. Its too small for drifting from equipment to equipment. People get in, train, and get out. No nonsense. Im fairly new but so far it has been a good experience.
