My project was finished on time and on budget. They communicated well throughout. They suggested materials and fixtures that reduced costs and improved the design. I recommend and will work with them again.

I was disappointed that the technician who came to address a problem with my washing machine only looked at it and said it would need to be replaced immediately. He based this assessment on the age of the machine rather than on its condition. It turns out that all it needed was a part replaced. Fortunately, because of his lackadaisical attitude, I took the initiative to continue my own research and found out that doing the replacement was easier than expected, saving me from spending more than the fee to have the Tech24 tech come out.

Avoid this place at all cost. They took almost a month and couldnt repair my ice maker. Every time they come, they will add up to your next bill, and they said you can stop the service if you wish to. What??? What kind of business is this?
