Monty started out as a wonderful CPA, providing personal and timely service. Unfortunately he has either grown so large or something else has happened that, after a small mistake in my tax return, I can not get my money from the IRS. He has billed me (and I have paid him) for revising the return and communicating with the IRS. Now, he does not return phone calls, does not answer e-mails, and after 18 months, I am still out my money.If you are a big firm with complex needs, this is probably your guy! If you are an individual with minimal needs, probably need to look for someone who is not so busy.

We trust Monty to handle the taxes on our personal and business returns that can get a bit complicated at times. Monty is always easy to understand and listens to our concerns to make sure they are all addressed before our taxes are submitted. Sometimes during busy times he can be difficult to reach via phone or text, but I have never had a problem getting an appointment and in person he is fantastic! Definitely recommend him!

Feeling very disappointed in the tax services we received for our 2013 and 2014 personal tax returns. For the 2nd year in a row we are having to deal with the IRS for an error made on our federal returns prepared by Mr. Dillavou regarding a wrongfully made deduction for over payment in social security taxes. So we have incurred interest and penalties along with the time and effort we have had to put in to deal with the IRS by phone and mail regarding this matter. Needless to say, he was not asked to prepare our 2015 returns.

I cant believe how amazing the service is here. All of my questions were answered and everything that I didnt understand they explained to me. Thank you for all your help.
