Although they had done a fairly good job for our company in the past, this past tax season (2018 returns) has proven to be too complex for them. After filing an extension for both corporate and individual returns they made some significant mistakes on estimated tax payments which in turn resulted in significant penalties by the time the mistakes were caught 6 months later. I still believe they could handle smaller companies just fine but larger companies might want to look elsewhere.
