I wouldnt recommend them they messed up on my taxes always had them directly deposited to my account and this lady didnt do that right its like she didnt know what she was doing at all

Finn helped me file my taxes and it was such a great experience. He was super nice, explained everything to me in full detail and answered all my questions. Going here every year to do my taxes!!

I had my taxes done this year at this location and there was an older lady that was rude to us. I also still have not received my tax refund its been 8 months. I called the IRS and was told to call the Tax Service Jackson Hewitt so Ive been calling this place and leaving messages for them to return my call but I still have not received a response!

Excellent service

11/2/18- I had an appointment at 1pm..at this main office thats supposedly is open all year round. I made my appointment online. I show up no one is there the office was closed. Its supposed to be open till 3pm it even says on the door yet still closed. There was another lady customer show up, they screwed her taxes and this is like the 4th time she comes so they can help her and theyre closed when theyre not supposed to be closed yet. Lady customer said the lady that works there is supposed to have the office open till 3pm but she often leaves at 2pm. So unprofessional. Im telling all my friends and family. Never using Jackson Hewitt again. Specially after hearing to what they did to the lady customer I just spoke to.

I would put 0 start but it will not let me made my appointment for me to do it on my 1hr lunch and was 5 before my appointment and had them help others and keep me waiting be ready for a long wait even with appointment

I had my taxes done at the Menaul location last year and again this year. Im usually happy with things. But this year I got a letter back from the state of Missouri stating there was an error and I owed money. The amount is not as important as the fact that I have called Jackson Hewitt several times over the last week and have gotten no response. The Menaul office website says it is closed every day. I left several messages. No one is returning my calls. This makes me very nervous about the rest of my tax return. I would recommend you stay far away from this office!!!
