We made an appointment because of Covid 19 to drop off about 3 boxes of documents for shredding.Upon arrival, we were met in the parking lot by a friendly technician. He removed the material from the trunk and remaining 6 away asked we wanted to observe.Out of curiosity, we went inside. We were the only customers in the place. The tech had already placed the paper in their huge shredder. He asked if we wanted refreshments.He started the shredder and fed in ours and some other documents.It was all completed in just a few minutes and we were charged a fair price.Friendly, fast, efficient, economical...Whats not to like. I highly recommendBlack Dog shredding and will use them again. (I will never tie myself down to a tiny dangerous shredder trying to do it myself again! )

This place is almost half an hour away from me, but Ive gone several times because they are quick, friendly and I prefer that I can watch my documents being shredded over dumping it in a box somewhere and hoping it gets done properly. Also, they have a friendly kitty, and that is delightful.

While I was shopping around for mobile shredders I spoke with Jackie on the phone. He was both very polite and courteous and helpful and gave me all the information I needed to get my job completed. I opted to take my shredding to their warehouse in lieu of having them come to my location. What a wonderful experience. There was five family members who took the documents back to the warehouse and they allowed all of us to watch While they shredded our documents. It was a little difficult as we were shredding blue prints that were drawn by my late father who passed away last September. Jackie shredded my stuff as soon as I dropped it off-no worries about those old documents compromising my security anymore. Their attitude was disinterest, their price was outrageous, and not only do they not do the shredding on-site, they ship it out of state! So, I went online and found Black Dog Shredding. When I showed up, Guy talked to me like a friend as he unloaded the boxes from my car. His upbeat attitude and lighthearted humor, along with the fun of watching the shredder in action, made the whole experience a real day brightener. To top it off, the price was surprisingly reasonable. This is the only place to go!

I called, and in the course of the conversation we discovered 2 things: (1) my job was small enough that it would be a little pricey for him to come to me, but (2) the truck was right then at a site just a mile or so away. I carried my boxes of documents to the truck, and he gave me a *very* good deal. As a bonus, if you like gadgets or just want to make sure your documents really get disappeared, you can watch the shredder work on a video panel on the side of the truck. Awesome!

This company is the best paper shredding business in Albuquerque.
