This review is on Louis Martinez. The worst realtor you can hire. He comes across as a well put together agent. It is a lie. He is dishonest and is know to lie to make a deal. We were going to use him and thank goodness we found about him before hand. We have friends who say he falsely initialed a purchase agreement. They plan on contacting the NM Real Estate Commission to file a grievance. BEWARE OF THIS SLICK USED CAR SALESMAN

They dont have a zero on here otherwise thats what they would get rated! The agent (Jeanette) and her boss, (Jerry)the broker, wont return my calls. The drain blockage issues promised to be repaired before closing are still not handled since 6/9/2020.After a 2 day rain, about 5 weeks after closing our roof leaked and the ceiling caved in. We used their home inspection guy. Now none of them want to respond or take responsibility for any of it.My real estate agent Jeanette, called my claims all nonsense and said All you do is complain!Imagine you telling a customer that! Im enclosing a photo of said nonsense! Keller Williams uses their home inspectors that will tell you that the house is ok, so they can get it sold fast!P.S. A&R home inspection said they dont look for anything out of code. Thats why they didnt alert me to no smoke or carbon monoxide detectors, no GFCIs no ventilation hood, and a ceiling fan that was dangling by a thread!

1 star is an over rate for this company. We had the worst realty experience with this them. They represented their buyers in a recent deal. They ignored deadlines, broke contract multiple times and were still attempting to negotiate 4 DAYS BEFORE CLOSING. Super unprofessional. The realtor attempted to bully us into paying up to $12,000+ after breaking contract and the window for negations had passed! House had appraised at agreed asking price or more.We were in contract with buying a new home. This brokerage decided to ignore the legally binding contact and terminate beyond deadlines. Their termination affected 3 separate deals. The brokerage and the buyer were unwilling to work with us. They wanted an additional $12,000 4 days before closing. This was an unprofessional tactic to bully us into more money knowing that it would affect so many other people. If you’re selling a house, beware when dealing with KELLER & WILLIAMS. They will break contract, miss deadlines and ultimately try to bully you into more money after breaking contact.

Although the overall rating is very poor, my real estate agent, Dario, is a very nice guy. I really like Dario on a personal level but from a business perspective, my overall experience was very poor and very costly. I had owned a home in Santa Fe since 2007 but had to move in 2009. I couldnt sell my home because of the housing crash so I rented the home in 2011. I met with Dario in April 2016 to ask how the market was doing and if I could sell my home for at least the amount I owed, without taking a huge loss. I lived out of State so I was completely reliant upon the professional experience and judgment of my agent, Dario. Dario assured me we would sell the home within 45 days and for at least the amount I owed, citing very low inventory in the Santa Fe area for the price and size of my home. I evicted the renters in June 2016 and the home was placed on the Market near the end of July. The home finally sold in March 2017, eight months later, at the loss of several months rent. Also, the agreed upon listing price that Dario and I had signed was $260K but when the home was finally listed in July 2016, it was posted at $270K. I was confused at the $10K increase but again, was relying on Dario to know what he was doing. After the home didnt sell for months, Dario did agree to drop his commission from 3% down to 2% and also absorbed to costs for staging my home but when all was said and done, I lost nearly $12K in rental income and still ended up writing a personal check for over $17K to cover all of my losses in the home sales transaction. Another concern was the overall lack of communication. I would have to frequently text or email Dario to see what was happening with my home as he couldnt seem to sense my needs regarding updates and keeping me informed. In hindsight I should have rented the home for another year or two until the Santa Fe market had rebounded a little more prior to selling. Again, I really do like Dario on a personal level but my business transaction was a huge disappointment!

Showed up to my house at 7pm on a week night and rang the doorbell and left a flyer when I didn’t answer the door. Why would you interrupt someone at 7pm at night for a house for sale down the street? Like come on families are eating dinner at 7pm. Just put them in a mailbox. Totally not cool.

We highly recommend, Do not use this company in Albuquerque to buy or sell a home!! It was the worst experience we have ever had!!. Our agent David Buchman did not notify us once we had an accepted counteroffer on our home, after assuring us he would do so. The only reason we found out 16 hours later is because we contacted him, and by that time we lost the home in Florida!! Then his excuse was oh I dont work after 8 oclock at night. I would give them a rating of negative stars if I could!!! also the qualifying broker and the CEO would not return calls to address the issues.!! Terrible company in Albuquerque!!

If you want an extremely awesome experience buying a house Jonathan is the realtor for you. I was afraid of trying to get a house after the first experience I had years ago. Thanks to me having Jonathan as my realtor it was great. He kept up on everything. I got pre-approved and started looking at  houses less than a week later. Jonathan doesnt plan around he wants to best for you and you can see if when hes working. He was always checking to make sure everything made sense and that we were comfortable with what we were doing. Ive never had a better customer experience than I did with Jonathan. If you want a house fast with an amazing experience Jonathan is the man for the job. I promise its a choice you wont regret!

My husband and I and our daughter are very pleased with all the effort and help in searching for a home with Noelle Padilla - when ever we sent her a list of properties to look at she had them ready in a heartbeat, she did not waste anytime. We viewed at least 12 properties within 2 days and we finally found a winner! Noelle has been very nice, patient and also very helpful with the schools in the area for our daughter (she cares about our daughter and we LOVE that). She has a beautiful heart and is funny and has a great personality to be around with. We have been in contact with her throughout our move to New Mexico from Las Vegas, NV and we found it it was worth the wait and we are glad we met a great person to know a lot about Rio Rancho, NM and Albuquerque, NM.*****The Lucass******

We purchased a home with the assistance of Daniel Gaillour and his team at KW and could not have been more satisfied with the level of service we received. Daniel kept us informed throughout the entire process and I felt that we could trust him to do the right thing for all parties. I highly recommend him for your buying or listing needs.

Tina Robles sold our house in 14 days, she was our 3rd realtor in the Napa Valley Area, if you are not good working with contractors and your house needs updating and you maybe cant afford to do it all, she has people who work with you and price you fair. Shes easy to contact and takes constructive critique well.

Whatever you do stay away from Anna Stovall. She does not care about your wants or needs what so ever, she is only out for herself and commissions. To top that off she never returns calls, emails, and when she does she is super rude like youre bugging her to do her job.
