The property Four Hills Studios is being ran into the ground and Allen Sigmon does not care! IT IS NOT SAFE HERE! Myself and my daughter live there, and was promised upgraded apartments. I have NEVER received the hot plates, since we cant have a stove, since I moved in. I was without air conditioning for 3 days during 100 degree weather. The gate is broken, so people come in and out as they please, defecate in walkways, needles are all over the property, rodent and bug problems. My daughters door has a big opening where the lock is where people can look into her apartment, and theres mold in her bathroom and in the kitchen/living room ceiling. I have recorded calls, photos and videos to back up everything, and the owners know. The office personnel are a part of the drama and drug problems here, and they get replaced with the same type of people over and over again. We are just getting started with letting EVERYONE know about Allen Sigmon properties that arent on the wealthy side of town. THEY SHOULD DO SOMETHING!!!!

Their maintenance guy has asked about my young kid twice of where my kid went to school, and management just brushed it off.Have bug problems at an apartment complex, have had someone entering my apartment when I was gone and broke something of value.Not professionally staffed.

I lived at university village and their manager James went to our door. Pointed his finger at us and said evicted. James and daniel run it like its their own house. Check window seals for black mold. One lady (brenda) and her dog died it was so bad. This was the old vagabond inn was not properly restored.

I wish I could give them a ZERO for management skills. Poorly built properties and no services, no management. Terrible!

This place needs to screen there renters better having issues at a Phoenix ave nw location that this place owns the renter is a nuisance burns trash all hours of the day and night has traffic in and out all hours of the night has people sleeping in cars and RV parked in front of my home I have spoken to the manager and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE law enforcement has been out multiple times ..renter has unsafe people who are wanted by the law hiding out in this dump TIRED OF IT ALREADY ...GOING TO A HIGHER LEVEL THIS PLACE SUCKS AS A BUSINESS AND THE MANAGERS ARE NO BETTER

Great place to work and cares about the local Albuquerque community and economy.

They do neglect there buildings . poor management, maintenance, some no surveillance, yes it might be nice working at allen Simmons they all get paid to do nothing except rent and collect..

WORST PLACE IVE EVER STAYED . THERE WAS A SHOOTING IN THE PARKING LOT MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO MANY TIMES AND UPON TRYING TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUES WITH THE OWNERS I WAS TOLD TO SHUT UP AS WELL AS MY WIFE AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE
