Upon meeting Tina, we had all paperwork, appraisal, and inspections done. Tina simply had to update paperwork and inform us of any changes.Instead, she:-Refused to work with our original lender and insisted we could close in two weeks if we used her suggested lender-Upon the continued mistakes the lender made (Lynda at Planet Home Lending) while filing paperwork, Tina blamed us for choosing the lender-Communication was dismal at best as she would often ignore our calls and texts hours before important deadlines-At one point Tina actually started yelling at my wife over the phone-Tina misrepresented us on our paperwork several times including offering more than she was instructed and ignored issues we brought up until it was too late-Tina her duties taken over by the qualifying broker three quarters through the closing process because she was incapable of handling her responsibilitiesOur experience with this realtor was generally unprofessional all around and made this buying experience miserable. Her lack of experience really showed and continued to ruin the home buying process.The only reason we went through with this deal (besides the fact that we were so invested) was due to the qualifying brokers (Susan Blackwell) efforts. She was fantastic and I wish she could have taken over for Tina sooner.I cant speak for the rest of the team, but I would never recommend Tina.
