I have seen Alvin Garcia handle numerous real estate matters and he demonstrated excellent knowledge and strategies on every one. I liked that he gave directions for self-help that kept the projects on course AND reduced the final attorney hours and fees. Bottom line is he gave the right road map that worked was as economical as possible. A good strategy at the beginning gave an advantage that was helpful the rest of the case. Public beware!!!! Alvin Garcia Is not as knowledgeable of an attorney as he leads you to believe. Never prepared for court, too many other clients, irresponsible billing practices with out just cause. I had to get a mediator to have money returned for calls not recorded, hours biilled etc. We had a very good case but horrible attorney. Made a fool of himself in southeastern NM. Don’t waste your time and money or believe his promises. Ohhh quoted $$$/hour in one contact and later proclaimed it never existed and provided increased contract on much, much higher amount.Corinne Guzman
