If you have sensitive teeth DO NOT go here. The dentist does the teeth cleaning and he is super fast. I told all of the assistants and him how sensitive my teeth are. He did not stop or do anything when I flinched, winced, or made noises that I was in pain. He never stated or explained any of the procedures he was going to perform. I give 1 star only because the staff is great. I give 0 stars for the dentist.

Dr. Reddy is so kind and he has super high skills! I always receive great treatment from him. He always lesson my issues and he explains how he is going to treat for them. And also staff are very hard worker too. I think Apex Dental is the best dentist in New Mexico!!

Apex was there for me on a Saturday when I guess really needed them. All the way from the ladies who were answering the phone to the time that I was in the chair with the doctor,I felt respected and that I mattered. I had an emergency situation that they dealt with very diligently, assertively and promptly. Thumbs down on their competitors in the area two of which stated they were an emergency dentist operations. One of them never even answered the phone. And the other one never a doctor never even called me back. I would recommend Apex to anyone in the local area. And anyone especially traveling or that is in the transportation business like myself. Great service. I had a very bad cavity that had to be pulled ASAP! Apex came up on my browser and within a 15 minute call I had a same-day appointment and got it removed. Over a year ago I sought treatment for an extraction of a molar that had a failed root canal. Ive had this happen to three other molars as well. New to the town I didnt have a dentist in the area. Ive waited this long to review because I realized I wouldnt know if there was a problem until I started down the road of having an implant.I reached out to them and actually spoke with the dentist. He and the staff were great to speak with and seemed caring and compassionate.Without having seen me he informed me that the tooth would have to be cut up in pieces and removed. I told him that had not been necessary with the other three molars one of which had had two root canals that didnt fix the problem with that tooth. Despite that flag the pain it was causing put me in his office.The extraction took nearly 3 hours and they did their best to keep me comfortable. He used what seemed like a great deal of bone graft material and quite a bit fell out over the following days. He used a membrane on the wound site which also disappeared in a week or so despite my not chewing on that side during the recovery. I realize that all those things could possibly happen.Fast forward to last week. I began the process for an implant that I delayed due to Covid. The only problem was the x-ray revealed what appeared to be graft material that didnt fully integrate following the extraction. Again, I understand this could happen. The doctor doing the implant hoped that there would be enough good bone that he could place the implant. Instead, he had to remove what he described as mush followed by a more elaborate bone grafting procedure that we hope will be viable in 4-6 months. The recovery from that has been worse than previous extractions and the following implants due to the amount of work involved.Let me reiterate that I like the people at Apex and I understand things can fail. Im not a dentist but I do know this. There was no no reason that I could discern why that tooth should have been any more difficult to extract normally than the previous three molars. Had that been done I would have a different story and needless to say if I had it to do over I would have waited until I could get an appointment with an oral surgeon for the extraction.

Received a simple cleaning. The staff was friendly but the area couldve been cleaner. Glad they were understanding of my pregnancy as I couldnt lean all the way back in the chair. Haha... Also, Im glad they were able to make an appointment for me fast. Little wait time.

Dr. Guddeti is great. I had an emergency where I had to have a tooth pulled. (My first time) I was nervous but he had me in and out of there so quick and calm. I actually called to have him do my future dental work.

I am the patient mentioned in a review by Mr. Todd Marsh below. I am disappointed that someone who was not a patient would write a terrible review without first hand experience. Yes, my eye would not shut but it was not due to an overabundance of novacaine; sometimes the placement of the injection is close to a nerve and the is no way to tell exactly where the nerve is. Furthermore, I had no issues with my eye once the numbing agent wore off. As far as the other patient mentioned in his review, I do not believe there was anything else that could have been done to help. The patient was treated in exactly the way I would expect.Regarding my experience, I have some serious anxiety when it comes to dental work but I was in so much pain I knew I had to have my wisdom teeth removed as soon as possible. I called on Thursday, had an appointment Friday morning, and was home by noon. First, the extraction was painless and Dr. Reddy was careful not to damage the adjacent tooth which had a large cavity. Second, the price was much lower (by a lot) then the quote I received a couple years ago from another dentist. I literally took two Advil a few times over the following day and a half and was good-to-go. I plan to return to have more work done and highly recommend Apex Dental for general dentistry and major dental work.

Hello! I was very happy with Apex Dental. Making my appointment was easy and done well. The receptionist was quick, efficient, and courteous. The dental hygienist and Dr. Reddy were both very good and had good questions for me. I was treated very well. I will recommend Dr. Reddy and his entire office staff happily. Thank you!

Only downside to my experience was acting to wait overnight to be able to get seen. However I did receive instructions on what to do for pain management until the next morning which I was taken as a walkin right when they opened at 8:00am. They were professional as well as understanding and considering I had to have my tooth extracted and part of the bone broken off along with it I was extremely well taken care of.

EDIT: Apex Dental called and emailed me less than 24 hrs after I posted my review. They said that they hadnt charged me for my appointment, so could I meet them halfway and take down the photos and delete my review? No; I had chosen them because of their overwhelmingly positive Google reviews, and now I know why they are all 5 stars. The following is my original review:Tools appeared dirty and old. Two open 28L trash bins with used gloves, used bibs, etc. next to my chair. Trash on floor. 11/16/20, during Covid lockdown; I went for an emergency infected molar extraction. I was uncomfortable with Dr. Reddys careless, overworked approach and the offices uncleanliness, so I left after waiting in the chair for an hour.

3 fillings fell out within 6 months, when I went back I quoted an even higher price to fix the problem. Went to a much nicer dentist for way less money.

Had a dental emergency late in the evening reached out via email got a phone call and email within hours and got an appt the following day, I may have found my primary dentist. Such professional staff that treated me with care and accommodating.

I went to Apex Dental with a dental emergency. I was dealt with in a very professional manner. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Reddy Gudetti. I had to have my tooth extracted and had a really great experience. It wasn’t traumatic and the healing process was very easy. I plan on switching over to Apex Dental as a patient.

I got there early I knew paperwork to complete. I had a bit of a wait, I was seen an hour after being in dental chair. I didn’t want to complain last thing I want is to rush the dentist. I left confused as to what my treatment plan should be. I have periodontal problems. I left so sad because I don’t know what to do or where my treatment is headed. My Dentist/Doctor Reddy very nice. I was hoping for something. Just sad and confused on what to do ...I left feeling there’s no hope for my teeth & gums.

Was told they were not taking any patients because they were closing for the day. The earliest they would see me wouldnt be until the following day. It was the dentist that told this to me. Im in extreme pain and havent been able to eat for two days. Aweful experience.

My husband typically gets his dental care from IHS but when he needed a crown IHS couldn’t help him. He looked around for several dentists and cost compared and found Apex Dental to be the cheapest and he really enjoyed his experience and the staff throughout his experience. A few months later, I began experiencing immense tooth pain. He told me to call Apex because they were great and I did. I was able to get an appointment the next day. I ended up having to have an extraction and I experienced NO PAIN during the procedure and little pain afterwards. I felt back to normal a few hours later with no more tooth pain. The best thing was, the staff is super nice and friendly and take the time to explain things. I hadn’t been to a dentist in a very long time and never wanted to go to one because I was afraid of being judged and never once felt that way at Apex. Now we are planning to get my teeth back to good shape and I will continue to go to Apex Dental to keep them that way.

My son had a horrible toothache on a Saturday. I called Apex at 12:30, and they got him scheduled at 2:00. Everyone was so helpful, and they were able to pull his tooth with no issues! Very impressed with emergency service! We will return!

It’s the first time I can say that I was happy to be in a dentist’s chair.

Two of my fillings cracked on thanksgiving day. I I called around to see who can get me in and the place I called couldn’t get me in till January I couldn’t wait. I googled emergency dentist and this place popped up I called on a Monday and they got me in the same day. Everyone was very nice and professional. I had to wait in the chair for a while but the whole time the doctor and the techs checked up on me apologizing for the wait. I appreciated them Checking up on me often I wasn’t in to much pain and I understood he had to take care of the people that were in worse pain then I was. I will definitely be going back for a cleaning and anything else I need when it comes to my teeth. You guys are awesome and thank you for taking care of me.

Very unprofessional dental office. Waited over an hour before the dentist even came into the room to see us, while the dental assistant and another dentist sat and talked about being hungover from Las Vegas and strip clubs. The dentist was unable to do the root canal and left my sons temporary filling in a painful state. When we went to a specialist to get it fixed, we were told the temporary filling wasnt even covering the entire root. Shotty work in an unprofessional setting. I do not recommend this dental office.

There was a little bit of a wait due to complications with the patient before me, but as soon as the doctor got to me he was incredibly quick. He didnt make me wait anymore than I had too, but was still friendly and did an amazing job on my teeth. He never shames you for your dental health, only suggests ways you can be better. My last dentist made me incredibly fearful of getting my teeth cleaned, but Apex Dental has removed all of my fears. Thank you!

We love this dentist and refer anyone who asks. Our first dentist was one of those corporate dentists who upsold constantly and over charged. We discovered Dr Reddy at Apex when my wife had a dental emergency. He was great and did a great job and did not over bill. He also did not constantly harrass us about getting the dental work done and waited until we could pay. He Id friendly, honest, and alway remembers your name. We have now been going there 3 years.

I had been having problems with my cracked wisdom tooth that was keeping me up all night.Due to COVID-19 regulations, Labor Day, and being on Medicaid, finding a open dental clinic was hard. I called to schedule an appointment this morning for later this week but was able to get seen the same day I called! I was in and out in literally under an hour. They are SUPER friendly and made me feel comfortable right away and we’re able to extract my tooth pain with nearly no pain and sent me on my way. I will definitely be coming back for future dental needs.

I found him approachable, through, patient and willing to do anything I needed for any of my teeth right then even though I just came in for a second opinion. I and my family had very good experience with Apex Dental. The wait time is reasonable and Dr.Guddeti is very caring and detail oriented. I saw him for regular dental cleaning and he did root canal for my father. I was impressed by the fact that he made adjustments to his schedule and accommodated me during a weekend. He explained everything clearly and did not take any shortcuts. We are happy with the results and extremely satisfied with the care we received.

I was in a tough spot, I broke my filling on my top front right tooth, I had to call into work because I couldnt hardly talk without discomfort. I called all around the area and no other dentist offices could see me for days. I was able to get same day exam and treatment for my chip at apex. I dont carry insurance, and the price for my tooth repair was very reasonable. I would recommend to anyone needing dental care.

I had a tooth crack into the root causing excruciating pain. This occurred on a Thursday and I had difficulty finding a dentist that was available Friday or Saturday. Well, Apex Dental is open for emergencies even on weekends! Dr Reddy discussed my options and was willing to perform an extraction asap. He and his staff are friendly and they explained every step. It is invaluable to access to emergency dental care in the late afternoon and on weekends.

Got me in immediately! Super nice staff and the Dr. I saw was very professional and explanatory. The only reason I give it a 4 star is because I felt he didn’t help much with my pain level at the time. Which I’m sure everyone knows the frustration of tooth pain. Over all great experience though!

After a fall that broke my tooth I was in desperate need to find a dentist. I called Apex Dental and spoke with Dr Reddy. He immediately scheduled me an appointment on a Sunday. He did my procedure which ended up being a root canal and made a temporary tooth for until I return in 6 weeks. During my procedure Dr. Reddy kept asking if I was comfortable and doing ok, he and his assistant took there time and did a thorough job.I would highly recommend this dental office and Dr.Reddy’s services. Dr. Guddeti is a wonderful dentist. I had a root canal done and felt absolutely no pain. He is a very intelligent and compassionate Doctor. He took time to make sure that all of my questions were answered. The whole staff is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. They all really went above and beyond in order to accommodate me.
