The ivory carpets were stained from our elderly dog .. Bravo were able to return them perfect!

I called Bravo this morning to set an appointment and to my great surprise they are cleaning my carpeting currently. The three employees that showed up are friendly and professional. My carpet is looking amazing!!!! “Bravo” to Bravo.

I called Bravo this morning, and asked to schedule ASAP. They were literally at my house within 2 hours. Very responsive! We just purchased our house and moved in a couple of weeks ago, and in the move, my cat peed in the one room that has carpet. Now that were settled and hopefully our cats have figured out the lay of the land, I wanted to have this room cleaned before it became a habit and a problem. They treated the entire space with an enzyme cleaner (which is the best way to effectively remove pet spots/smells), then steamed/cleaned, and deodorized. They were professional and knowledgeable and quick! Great experience.

I recently had my upholstery and carpet cleaned by bravo. Results where better than expected and better than any of the other carpet cleaners I’ve used in the past. They even got out a stain no one else was able to get out! The best part was when they finished it smelt great and looked new again.

I recently had Bravo Carpet Care steam clean my home carpeting. I wanted a good steam cleaner to do my carpeting and I was impressed with the top end steam cleaning system this company uses. I got a quote on the phone and they honored it when they arrived. They were prompt in arrival and did a very thorough job. I would recommend them.

Very courteous, punctual and professional. Spoke to a nice person named Tina on the phone. Employees Steffanie and Alcon came out same day I called and got completely rid of a huge and splattered red wine stain in dining room carpet. 100% gone. Plus they got out other dark spotty stains that were there when I moved in. Realtor and owner will be very happy. Before and during their work, they explain everything they do and dont create any false expectations. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

We went with Bravo Carpet Care to clean our tile after a long remodel. Our tile was new but look terrible due to all the work that we had done on the house at affected it. They came in and did a fantastic job. when they left I did notice a couple spots in a look as good once it dried, called them up and they sent someone out to finish the job and went above and beyond what I expected. I couldnt recommend them enough and I will definitely be using them in the future.

Bravo Carpet Care did such a wonderful job. They came in to do carpet cleaning in rio rancho, along with my dryer vent, and they were very professional. Bravo carpet care did such an amazing job. My father, who’s a vietnam war veteran, had a water flood in his house. I called Bravo to suck up the water and let me tell you, they went above and beyond to make sure my father’s problem was taken cared for. He didn’t have a lot of money to spare for this. But Bravo, bless them, had sympathy for his situation. They left their drying equipment there for an extra day to be sure that the carpet and walls really dried. And they didn’t charge him extra for that. If you ask me if I’m gonna recommend them to my family and friends, you can be sure I definitely will. Thank you Bravo!!

Ive used Bravo Carpet Care for many years. Their service is professional, friendly, flexible, and prompt! I have teenagers and pets, so my carpets and rugs need frequent cleaning. Bravo does a great job removing stains. Plus their method really does dry quickly! I wont use anyone else.

My carpet has been cleaned multiple times and I am relieved to say this Company has always done perfect work. When I called for estimate I was told the areas to be cleaned would be measured and a quote given at that time. Anyone getting a quote has the choice of accepting it or not.I also have my house cleaned every week. From the fans to the blinds to the baseboards. Luckily Bravos standards are as high as my own. The house sparkles and smells wonderful.They both do a great job.

We are still in awe a week later at how clean our carpet looks and feels after having Bravo clean them! They honestly look new again! Recommend them above all- have tried many! With 3 dogs in the house I will be calling on Bravo for future cleaning.

I have used bravo in the past and have been very pleased with their work, but I called them the day before Thanksgiving, and had an emergence. I spilled wine on my carpet, and I had all my family coming in that evening. I didnt want the big mess to be seen. I panicked called bravo and they came out immediately, cleaned and treated the spot. They left UV lights on the stain and that thanksgiving morning, they had disappeared! I am very thankful to those 2 young gentlemen. They are the best!

I called this carpet cleaning company in need of something quick and comparable with the price that Stanley Steemer quoted me (thier price was the same) and I totally relied on the fact that they have the vortex machine and that they use green products (enzymes) and had a 4 + star rating.The staff were @ my house cleaning the carpets within an hour! The 2 young men were very nice and moved some chairs,small tables and rugs for me (as I have a bad hip which was 1 reason I had someone else do the cleaning!) and were done cleaning in a little over an hours time.I was happy and satisfied with the service,the speed of the cleaning and the price! and I will definitely call them again!! =]

Beware of estimates given when you schedule a cleaning! I spoke with the office 3 times before my carpet was cleaned, giving very accurate information as to the size and what rooms were to be cleaned. When the cleaners arrived for the job, they said I would have to pay $50 more because of the areas to be cleaned. When I called the office to complain, she told me the cleaners set the price, so I would have to pay the extra $50. Why give me a price ahead of time if it is meaningless? They did a good job cleaning the carpet, but would not use again because of the pricing descrepancy. The estimate should not be $50 off.

Unprofessional employees, they don’t know how to keep customers. Got a quote over the phone, they ended up charging 50% more when the job was done. Will never use them again or send them referrals.
