My first review of this company was not very positive. Today I deleted my first review and wanted to praise this company. I recieved a phone call from the companies owner. She was very very nice, and apologetic, and she set up to send a team out to redo my floors and they even cleaned my cabinets! A very nice Supervisor also came out to make sure I was happy with the results!That is great customer service. It was much appreciated. They did a great job! I always believe in second chances. This company will work with you if at all possible to do things to your liking. I went from being a unhappy customer to a customer who will bring them back monthly to clean my house. Im thoroughly impressed with the service this company did for my out of state Real estate clients prior to listing their property. The 3 person cleaning crew was professional and very thorough. There was a walkthrough with the supervisor before and after the cleaning, so we could be sure expectations were met and everyone on the same page. While their prices were a bit higher, so was the quality of service. You get what you pay for.

I used this service for the first time. The cleaners were professional, thorough with my needs, super friendly, and overall did an excellent job.My reason for the 4 star, and not 5, is because I originally purchased a 5 hour cleaning. When the 4 cleaners arrived, they started increasing the time because they knew they wouldnt finish. In my head they were going to be staying until 9p.m lol... Well, they ended their service at 2 hours and 45 minutes. I wasnt disappointed but felt they were rushed the last 45 minutes.Where my issue is I assumed 5 hours, meant 5 hours and I still dont understand how my original 5 hour cleaning of $199 plus tax, resulted in a 9 hour (2 hour and 45 minutes in real time) $428 bill. If somehow its broken down by how many cleaners show up to do the job, then that should be explained at the onset of making an appointment. I dont mind paying for great service, which is what I received overall, just felt the need something like this should be addressed.I am aware for next time! For anyone else... just a heads up, and ask better questions on the hourly rate and what it REALLY means, then I did. 🙏-Response to owner:I have no problem paying what I did. I am aware of signing paperwork as well. I am just stating that when explained what I was signing in my home, labor hours was not mentioned. Simply just hours. So as a first timer, I took it literal. When one of the ladies was explaining to me, I understood it as full 5-9 hours, and had even asked about it, because that meant they would be cleaning super late into the evening. She explained it as the hours were split between the cleaners, which is completely fine with me. I made this review as a heads up to other customers, like stated above in my first initial review, to ask better questions better then I did. I should have read the intial agreement in my home, myself, rather then be explained to, and this could have been avoided. I wanted to make your company aware that simple wording, whether during the initial appointment set up, or discussed in the home, could really cause confusion. I dont mind paying for good service, which is what I received. I have no complaints there! I would request service again from you guys, this was just a learning experience I felt was important to share in case, to avoid future confusion to anyone else.Thank you for responding back to me. I urge you... Do not hire this company. Overpriced and no attention to detail. They charged us over $400 for a move-in cleaning (empty house). There was hair in the bath tub and smears all over the fridge to name a few issues. When we told them we weren’t happy with the service they proceeded to call our landlord to have him pay more money telling me $400 worth was not enough time to clean the house. Honest companies would try to solicit more money for not doing a good job...

Not only did they show up an hour late, they didn’t even apologize. They blamed it on bad scheduling and that they couldn’t find my apartment, even when I gave them directions 3 times. They took forever to get situated and take my credit card for payment. I was late to work and late to getting my dog to the groomer. I had been told they would arrive between 8-8:30 and they didn’t come until 9. Only giving 2 stars for I going on blind faith that the cleaning was done well since I haven’t had a chance to see it myself. For $133, I would have expected better service. They called the night before my cleaning trying to change the date and time of my appointment because THEY messed up the appointment. I have guests coming into town tomorrow so I had no other day or time to move it to. They were also completely unaware of what I needed done, when I already explained what I needed clean when I booked the appointment. Having to repeat myself when they were already running so late was infuriating. First and last time using this service.Update: the cleaning part of the service was done very well. My apartment looked great with just a few things not dusted which was no big deal as I know not everything can be done in the time frame. I appreciate the cleaning service that was provided. I am throughly disappointed in being judged from the owner about my age and demographic as no company should discriminate. And for the record, I did call to find out where they were at 8:52am, so I was concerned and would never have asked someone to put their safety in jeopardy as you have implied. It is extremely unprofessional to attack my personal character as you do not know me, nor do I know you. I only know the experience I had today and chose to share it. I simply have nothing else to say about this company.

When we bought a home I had them come and do a deep cleaning and they even moved some furniture when asked. There were some things missed but I think they were strapped for time so even then they did a good job. Their employees are friendly and professional.

Great company. I needed someone to clean a property of mine. Decided to give them a try and Im glad I didnt regret it. They were very professional and they got the job done fast!

After having a wonderful experience with the cleaning crew, I asked to be put on a permanent schedule. 10:00 every second Wednesday every month. They missed my appointment - No word of delay – No communication – Nothing. I had the nerve to call at check whassup at 11:15. Over one hour late. I got every excuse and put down saying something about not being a priority schedule. After listening to every excuse why the schedule didn’t really matter and wasn’t really a real schedule, I dared question being spoken to in such a harsh manner. Upshot: I was fired as a customer because the crew was late and because no one saw fit to call me or re-schedule with me because of whatever their delay might be. Their maids are great. Their office crew is reprehensible. If you pick this company, then I suspect that you too will not be able to reliably “schedule” their services without neglectful communication and borderline verbal abuse if you dare question their tardiness. Advise you to stay away.
