Found what I needed pretty easy and very reasonable prices only down fall is its all of walking and in the heat its killer but over all great place

I always find parts out there. They have a lot of cars to choose from.

Can usually find what you need. Its become way easier with checking inventory online. Prices are good. Just bring your own tools.

Very pleased with a rear view mirror needed for a 2000 Ford Explorer. They informed me 10 vehicles in stock to choose from. I found a premium auto dimming mirror in third unit that was in great shape.Very reasonable prices over ordering one at Ford Dealer.Id buy again from them. Also I called several other places that had very little to choose from inventory.

They give you wrong information to sell the parts. They never return money, they just lie you have 60 days return and when you return the part, they refused to return the money and give you store credit. They don’t respect costumers and just try to sell the part even with giving wrong information.I was looking for a starter for Hyundai Sonata 2012, they said you can use 2009 cars starter and told me to take off the starter from 2009. I asked them several times and they were sure.It didn’t fit, when I return the starter, they gave me store credit instead of my money. They said because these information is not accurate you should pay attention.They have absolutely unethical way to make money.

These guys are the best. They stand behind the parts u pull. There always kind helpful and can send u to the car, truck, van or import that will fill ur needs. I have delt with them exclusively since they started, and always fair in prices. Its the coolest place on the planet!!!DRC. ;)

I like coming here to get parts for my cars & if my car part needs to be new I wont get it here but this place you can get a part ASAP

The staff were very nice.I had never been to one of these places and found it amazing!The lot was huge!After wandering around, another customer helped explain how to find the cars on my print out.I ended up just walking up and down the rows and rows of autos.Didnt find my part but the trip was worth it.And it was nice to see that the manager and supervisor were both females!

I love this place. The seats i needed for my econo cutaway were $200 each + shipping online. I got some good condition seats PLUS a console for my rv for $75. And when we didnt have the right tool there were friendly people there to help out. Its always an adventure roaming the yard too. lol

Its was pretty good and planning on going there on Friday for more things.

Might have the vehicle and parts I need at times... But thats about it. Ive gone, and numerous times Ive got charged incorrectly due to a staff member not knowing the exact part in my hand. Need better training or parts manuals on hand.

I call a day b4 for part ..n the lady answer the phone c say yes they have the part I need ..just bring ur own tool ..next day I got there for the part ..different lady check on the inventory n say nope not have what I need it ..kinda disappointed..cuz I live all the way on Montano n coor drive all the way there for nothing 😑..the lady say if the part come in c call me ...well I just order online like $5 dollars different but newer..if anyone do call U PULL plz make sure they have ur part..

Great staff. Found what I was looking for and they even have independent parts pullers which was a blessing for someone with a bad back! Plus it was hotter than hades on the 4th of July.

Youd think it would be cheaper to go there cuz you have to pull it your self and U pay for we had you get! So I usually just go on line and get what I need most of the stuff is cheaper like the axle for 2

Good place to get parts on a budget, cars are organized pretty well which makes things easier, if u need parts for a good price go check em out.

Its was a hot day I took some parts it was like hell out there hot n hot but sooner or later I got them all but they were in all rite condition but I felt they over charge I didnt end up buying all the parts they didnt even worke with me so I think they over price when u get the parts out of old used up cars my opinion I say

Sold them an old car that wouldnt start. They paid almost 3 times as much as another local place that gave me a quote and had it picked up within a few hours. Great place to sell an old unwanted vehicle.

Its a good place to shop for used parts for your vehicle, tell you truth thats the only place I would shop and pull my own parts

Plenty of cars from m which to pick. BMW selection was skinny. But the F150s were a dime a dozen. Found the parts. Well priced. Even had bathrooms on the grounds. Wenches available.

Cheap to get in and attentive employees. Helpful on getting us information about the vehicles we are looking for. Only compliant is last time I went there were needles all over the parking lot.

Friendly and knowledgable employees, the yard was well organized albeit a little messy, bit thats to be expected.I walked in and found the part I needed within minutes. They could clean up the parking area a bit, but otherwise I had a pleasant expirience.

This is like thrift shopping for men! We found 90% of the parts we needed for a hell of a lot less than the dealership. We will be back but next time we will bring water and sunscreen.

Service here is decent enough, just keep your tools close and your parts closer like in any salvage yard. I took off one star because they opened 30 minutes late today with no explanation and a line of customers waiting outside for 40+ minutes

So horrible customer service, BUT you stumble upon pretty good finds from time to time! Got a driveshaft for my car as a temp and it works great. Also found a pretty sought after grill which is why the three stars. On the other hand some of the employees are sorta rude and act like your an inconvenience to theyre day but still there are others that seem nice enough. Also if you have to return anything you only get store credit.

I have been going there for a couple days now to get a part I got there to continue working and noticed the vehicle was moved off the lot into a scrap yard lot I talked with someone and they were able to put it back so I could continue removing the part that I needed cannot say enough about this place best customer service and just a bunch of really good hard-working people

Its ok for when u need a part for your vehicle and dont have the money for a brand new one. However dont expect to get your $$ back. Instead they force their store credit on you, which can be a huge inconvenience.

Even with a 15 person socially distanced waiting line to pay and get what I went for, its still a amazing place to save $$ and feel satisfied at the end of the day!

U pull it is great if your mechanically inclined and prefer to do the work yourself. They currently charge 2 bucks for admission and offer a list of where the same make and model vehicles are located. They can also lookup vehicles that offer compatible parts of you inquire. Locations of vehicles go off letters a-z for the isles and numbered for vehicle identification. They provide wheelbarrow s if needed and available. However, you must take your own tools and remove the item yourself. I know that some items are already removed and ready for sale. The pricing is decent and they do accept returns of needed. Their website is convenient because they offer vehicle and interchangeable part lookup and you can get an average cost per item. They also offer military discount and occasionally offer discounts for all. You can find this info on their website and by subscribing to their newsletters. Hope this is helpful and enjoy the hunt!

Good place to buy parts at 3/4 the brand new price. Horrible place to take your vehicle to sell unless youre wanting to basically donate your vehicle, and you better make sure you put the title in your name before you contact them or they wont buy it anymore. So get ready to jump through some hoops for chump change.!!!

This place is good for a low-cost way of getting parts for your car IF you can find a car with compatible parts that hasnt been picked clean. I searched online for a wheel for my sons car and it showed me four cars that were there but when I got there none of them had wheels.

U pull is the best. Part prices almost always below market average, however the non affiliated parts pullers that strip the yard make it difficult to keep u pull and pay as a place to rely on to have any kind of high demand part. Even with checking on a weekly sometimes daily basis.

Great place to get less expensive parts for project cars!

I was surprised today. Ive been a couple of times on a whim, but Im usually hunting for Jeep Cherokee parts - specifically a couple few years of them. Im usually the last to find out when one hits the yard, but I can almost always find something worth my trip out there. Today was no exception, I found some of what Id wanted, and Im eager to get my next projects done. I was able to borrow a wheelbarrow today, which isnt always an option but I was there early, and that probably helped. :) Dont forget your tools. I just spent $30 at HF and bought a set dedicated to going to the junkyard or on rescues. Well worth the 2 buck admission, and really, its something to get out and do vs having to sit at home.

Got some parts for my car great place to go visit. Bring your tools, sun hard, and water. You can not go wrong here.

Found exactly what I needed in the first vehicle I checked. Definitely going back.

Fast and easy. One complaint is their online inventory system includes the cars they have, but not accurate inventory of what is still on the car. Still, more organized than most places.

It was a great experience. They have plenty of inventory to browse through, their import section could use some organization. Their prices are fair can be accessed online at u pull & pay can also view their stock to see if they have your vehicle, it is a 2 dollar admission for all access and all day. They do have limited wheel barrels available to use if needed. Bathrooms are portable but they have a hand washing station to use. All in all cool place to check out.

Since they started letting people in with power tools this place went down hill. Not worth going anymore.

Sometimes tough to find your make and model but thats not their fault. Always courteous at the front desk and cant beat the prices. I need to take advantage of their military free admission days one of these times.

Cars get picked clean pretty quickly but if you check often enough you can get the parts you need for less

The cars that I looked up in their inventory were not there. And it took 30 minutes of waiting in line to exit. With no parts.

I give it a 4, theres really good customer service there and there is also a lot of vehicles to tear apart, there is also quite a bit of good parts I saw, but it is a bit pricey for some stuff like I got gears and those shouldve been at the most 5 dollars but it was 15 each.

Well as that name metions you pull the parts u need yourself. Not recommend if u have no basic mechanical skills. Also some of the employees. Rude as heck, but its cheap if you can find the part your looking for. faster check out service badly needed. Look at that line.

I was a bit intimidated when I first walked in, but I guess thats the junkyard culture. Was a great experience once employees warmed up to me. Huge selection that churns rapidly so if you dont find what youre looking for one day, come back in a few days. Try to get in as early as possible for the best selection.
