Tyler proved himself to be extremely knowledgeable, understanding and patient above all as he and CJ, who was responsible for my billing, allowed me to take the adequate time to obtain my drivers license after putting a down payment on the vehicle. While I did experience some issues with my vehicle as Ive had to wait quite some time for my title and plates, as well as having to have faulty headlight ballasts replaced by Fiesta, this is where I was able to see that Fiesta Subaru truly cares about their customers. I brought in two Subarus for oil changes first thing in the morning on 9-27-21 and on 9-29-21. Both mornings, I dealt with service advisor Xavier Gutierrez, who was great to deal with. Both mornings the vehicles were taken in quickly, the oil was changed, air was added to the tires and they did a complete multipoint inspection test. I have always used the dealership for oil changes and all other minor and major service work since I moved to Albuquerque, NM. from Vermont. Dealing with Burlington Subaru in Vermont was always at best questionable, as I had numerous issues with them over the years. That has not been the case since I moved here twelve years ago and I will continue to use this dealership and I recommend them to anyone else for work.

Im from Fort Worth, Texas and was traveling through Albuquerque when my car broke down. My service advisor, Roy Valdivia, did a great job practicing Great customer service. He was professional and efficient and kept me up to date and got me on the road as quick as possible. As an out of towner, they knew I would not be back, and yet they made me feel that fixing my car was important to them. What a Great place.

I have used three other Subaru service centers throughout my time owning Subarus and this one has, by far, the best customer service! My service advisor Michael was willing and happy to answer any questions and made sure to tell me what would be involved and the estimated cost for my next recommended service (a major one) so I would not be caught off guard when that time comes. Put a deposit down on a vehicle, salesman Tyler didn’t like what I had to say. Wanted to refund my deposit (because I’m pending sale to another dealer for my current vehicle, which by the way was supposed to take place this morning) I told him no, that i never asked for a refund. Clearly I want the vehicle if I put a deposit. Asked to switch salesman and I take a look at my account this morning… guess who got a refund? I have never seen such a rude group of salesman, so UNMOTIVATED to sell a car to a serious customer.Bad business, will DEFINITELY be calling Subaru of America and fiesta corporate.Definitely would NEVER recommend Fiesta Subaru or Tyler as a salesman. Let me also make it clear that I was never once rude to the guy.

They lied to me and were very shady.Charged me 160 for no work done and when I asked them for a refund they said they would give me one but I never received itI found out how to fix a door online and they were trying to charge me 600 dollars for something that was free to fix. They charged 160 dollars to confirm the door was not working and did not comunicate the cost till after I was charged.

I took my car to this location July 24, 2021 because one of my tires had 1 issue with the TPMS, they told me it was an easy fix; they charged me $185 to fix, but then 1 hour later the light turns on again for the same tire and so I take my vehicle back today and they said they would have to charge me $145 for a diagnostic test plus $180 to fix the same issue that didnt get fixed properly in the 1st place; complete rip off, I shouldnt have to pay for any services again on something that didnt get fixed, the oil changes and transmission changes have been fine. I am pretty disappointed by the way.

We recently built a 2022 Outback with the help of salesperson Ardy Reed. Ardy was great from start to finish. She showed us the various features available but did not pressure us to buy. Instead, she listened to our needs and recommended that we place a custom order. Everything was up front, no hidden fees, no surprises about how much the car would cost. She gave us the price for purchase with and without a trade-in. When the car arrived Ardy called right away and cleared her schedule for us to pick up the car that day. She made sure we knew how to operate each special feature of the car so that there would be no surprises when different lights came on but also skipped long explanations of features with which we were already familiar. We also feel confident that, should we have any question in the future about out new car, Ardy will quickly find the answer for us.
