This was my second visit to Quanz this year. I had my car repaired back about 6 months ago and was impressed with the work. A few days after I had picked up my car I noticed that my seat had some paint on it from the repair, and shortly after that discovered that the sensor in one of my doors wasnt working correctly. It took me about 6months to bring my car back in due to my own busy schedule, and am extremely impressed with their customer service! They stand by there work and fixed both the door and removed the paint stain without a hassle. Although I hope to never need body repair on another vehicle, Quanz has secured my future business if ever needed.

I am highly satisfied with this location’s service! They were helpful, attentive and informative. I had a mix up in insurances for covering the cost, but the staff at Quanz were supportive and worked hard to get my car fixed. My bumper looks like it was never busted!

BEWARE!!! Unless you want to get ripped off.. We chose this body shop because it was a State Farm recommended shop. One of their drivers was at fault and we took it in for body work. When you take your vehicle in running fine, they say it will take 3 days and it comes out in 3 weeks!! When we picked it up from the shop, we drive 10 minutes down the road and the check engine light comes on and the car runs very poorly. I believe they disconnected my battery so the check engine light would reset so it wouldn’t be on when we started it to drive home. When I called the next day the gentleman tells me your car was fine when we post scanned it from our shop. He also said your vehicle is older, why don’t you check the battery. I also had a discrepancy about the before and after mileage that they tried to say was bogus, but that mileage is the same they submitted to State Farm the day before they started working on it. Never got anywhere with them. No customer service! It is just unfortunate that when you ask for honesty they beat around the bush and try to make the customer feel guilty instead of owning up or just offering to see what was going on with the car. Just be Bart weary of what they are doing with your vehicle while it is sitting in their shop for weeks. Take pictures of your odometer for the proof!!! Don’t get burned like we did.

Chose Quanz to make the repairs to my vehicle after an accident that put my car in the middle, sustaining damages to both front and rear. Quanz was very thorough and upon inspection found substantial damage to the hatch. Which was not detected by insurance represenative. It took a little more time than anticipated due to the slowness of the supply chain, but it was well worth the wait! Chris, Caleb and the team did fantastic work restoring my vehicle. With what I thought might take more than I week, I dropped my car off Monday, and was able to pick it up Friday before closing.When my car came out, it felt like new, I really appreciated the effort and expertise that was put into the repairs.Special thanks to Caleb who kept me updated, and could walk me through any nuance during the process.

Today I had a mishap my ring fell out of my pocket and fell into the door of my car. It got stuck in the smallest crevice and could barely be seen. I came to Quanz so desperate for help getting my ring out. An employee by the name of Blake was more than willing to help me. He came outside got on the hot ground and rescued my ring. Quanz was fantastic from start to finish. I went and saw them after I was hit on a parking lot. They gave me a quote in under 24 hours and were very easy to work with. Very professional and called and gave me daily updates. Super friendly. I will absolutely use them again (but hopefully won’t need them). Highly recommend. Blake was great to deal with.

Not satisfied. I received damages on my 2020 Toyota 4Runner from the shop’s meticulous tech. No integrity from the owner, Daniel Quanz and some staff of Foothills location. My vehicle has been in this shop twice to properly install the rear bumper and a paint job. I verbally explained my concerns about the poor job that was done on my vehicle. I physically showed the owner the ripple of the 1st installed bumper and the adhesive tape of the decal. The response of the owner was, “I need to take the vehicle to my husband to see if it’s ok with him!” My husband is currently TDY for the United States of America. The owner said, “the rippling I’m seeing is because the vehicle is parked near the street.” The second attempt is worst but no ripple because the shop order and replace the bracket for the bumper. The paint job is way off and my colored blind friend can notice the horrible paint job. Now, my vehicle has unfinished work and damages that the shop did. When I brought up issues of the damages the shop tried to turn it back on me. Tried to make it sound like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Thanks to the woman who sideswiped me on Central because she decided to drive in the bus lane and she thought she cleared me but ended up catching the red arrow.

They did an amazing job on fixing the hood of my car. They gave me a realistic Time of when theyll be finished and helped walked me throughout the whole process. They called me on every step of the process to make sure were on schedule and even allowed to fit in an extra day to fix another thing on my car. Really recommend this place. Price was really good too.

I love this place! The staff are really nice and professional. They kept me up to date on the repair paint process. The I do think theyre expensive - even when I asked to quote an out-of-pocket expense (Non-insurance claim). Regardless, I would highly recommend this shop.

My Brand New 2019 Ford Ranger was Recently in a No Fault accident up in the Heights. USAA got me Connected with Quanz in the NE Heights and I Am Soooooooooo Impressed at the Down Home feel and the Fantastic Costomer Service. I was contacted from Quanz to set up a time to get an Estimate (I didnt even need to worry, they called Me!!!!!). They let me know that I could come by any day during business Hiurs and get a Quote while I waited 😲!! Heres the best part, they are a USAA Preferred Shop which meant my experience gets better. I was greeted by Chris Jaramillo who made me feel at ease and comfortable that my truck was in the right hands. We walked the truck, he got his quote going and boom! Set up a date to drop off and 7 Days Later and $7k damage all Covered!!!, Black Beauty was all Better!! Quanz and USAA did all the work, I was comfy in a rental and had no worries.
