The service was great and everyone was nice. The only thing was the cost. It is rather expensive these days to rent a car.

I have been a customer for many years, and have never had a bad experience. I appreciate the convenience of having my car delivered, being picked up and taken to the lot, and other niceties no other company gives. The staff are professional and educated. The cars are nice and clean and comfy.
Great service all around, from booking the rental to picking up was a very easy and actually enjoyable experience! Enterprise is also very much on top of keeping things extra clean, due to the whole COVID-19 pandemic. My visit today could have possibly been frustrating, as there was only one person running the whole show, but he (Bryan) was amazing! Not only was he courteous and professional, but he was able to help a couple ahead of me and myself in less than 15 minutes! Expedient but thorough, didnt miss a thing and made sure I was not just satisfied but legitimately happy.Thank you Bryan, and Enterprise, for making the rental process easy and stress free! It means a lot, especially in these rather stressful times were all going through day to day.
There are very few cars available, however the professional at this office checked for any availability but no luck, hope rental industry recovers soon.
Did you ever travel with one of those airlines that overbooks their flights? When you get to the check in counter with your ticket in hand, (paid in advance), the agent tells you the flight is full. Remember that feeling? That particular day I had 12 hours to get to my mothers funeral. Why did I give my money to a business that feels Im not important enough to save my seat once Ive paid for it? That will be your experience here also. Thats twice Enterprise! You used to be my favorite agency. What has happened to you?
We picked up our standard SUV which was upgraded at no cost. It had some smoking odor so the customer service rep re treated it which made it quite tolerable. The car was a loaded GMC SUV which was very nice and served us well on our trip. Upon return I was greeted by a polite and professional young man who completed what was a good overall experience.
My main concern is a poster of a gun with the words that they are serious about inspecting the cars. Does that mean that they will shoot me if it doesnt pass inspection? We have enough violent images in our society.

For me, he most important factor in picking a business is their customer courtesy and care for my satisfaction. Ive used Enterprise several times now (the one on Montgomery NE) because the staff is friendly, helpful and really do go out of their way. Pickup and drop-off were fast, the conversations fun, the cars were excellent.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car has the best customer service I have ever experienced from making sure we have the correct car, to picking us up or dropping us off when done. They review the car in detail and dont high pressure to add additional items. They also call during the trip to connect and make sure we are happy. I will use them for all of our volleyball travels.
They will not take cash, Chime, Pay-Pal, or attempt to help... just a greedy but self safe company.
Rented a car about a week ago from this place. Worked with Bryan Clark, Management Trainer. Pointed out a side swipe damage on the driver side back passenger door which he said “ the dent is not 6 inches” but he notated that there was a dent on that side. Now as I’m returning it today the manager Kyle decided to say yes there was damage in top but the bottom dent that matches the same but is near the tire right below the top dent doesn’t match and I’m filing a claim. I have rented from enterprise for 4+ years and always go to the one on San Mateo and have never had such dishonesty with them. This will be the last time I ever give them my business. I have filed a police report, and a dispute with there customer service. I have pictures to prove this and will ensure that every one knows about this establishment. Even the police said the damage matches to one another!
If I could give this place a half of a star I would. Very dissatisfied with this place. My cars in the shop and I couldnt get a rental car because they dont take net spend cards or a card that isnt a bank card. They told me they wont take my card because of covid! What the hell does covid have to do with renting a vehicle? While I was waiting on my husband they gave away my rental car!🙄😠🤷
The vehicle was dirty when i picked it up. I kept having to put air in the tires, because the tire pressure was off I will try another place when I rent again. Thank u
Staff member that original waited on me didnt seem to have a clue. Manager assisted after my initial encounter and made every effort to improve my experience. This location had a limited number of cars available. The vehicle provided did the job with minimal issues but wasnt what I had asked for. No other options were available in the needed time frame.
Kyle Hitchcock was a life saver during a rough time. Not only did he help navigate my allowance provided by my insurance but also kept in contact with me when I was having issues with the rental. I felt comfortable talking to him anytime I needed. Thank you for your help!
My wife and I moved to Socorro about a month ago. The day after we arrived, we financed a car that turned out to be a lemon. When we had no other option, we realized we had to rent a car. When we discovered that there were no rental lots nearby, we got a ride to Albuquerque. The only lot that had anything available was this branch. We reserved a midsize car, but when we arrived, the car wasn’t there yet. They upgraded us for no cost, to a very nice Dodge Ram 1500.We ended up having to keep the car for almost 4 weeks. Every time I called with questions or to extend our rental, I spoke to Lane, who I now know is the branch manager. Every time I talked to him, he was professional and empathetic. Even when I told him we had a flat and had to bring the truck back with the spare on it.I’ve used Enterprise for rentals several times now. Every time, I’ve been treated with respect and kindness. This branch has been no different. I hope I don’t have to rent a car again anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll make the 80-mile drive here.
I went in for my rental having reserved a compact car and came out with a luxury Camaro! Happy Mothers Day to me. The staff was extremely nice and offered a free upgrade since it wasnt reserved already for the weekend. Great service. A bit of a distance from downtown but well worth the great service and friendliness. Not often we get to give great reviews for businesses so I wanted to make sure I shared. The manager and lady sales rep there were really just great. (didnt remember their names).

I am so pleased with the quality and professionalism at Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Montgomery. This location historically had a myriad of problems but the Blake, the manager, has really reorganized and re-energized. What a fine representative of Enterprise he is. And Lacy is always friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I travel quite a bit and I really look forward to seeing the folks when I pick up my car. I highly recommend them as your first choice for car rental.
Long time customer of Enterprise. I always have a positive experience renting with Enterprise. The cars are always clean and well-maintained and I usually try to rent on the $9.99 weekend rate. The staff is helpful and friendly. I have seen then work with customers that have had issues and they seem to end on a positive note.
Ordered the vehicle online. When I arrived, they were able to quickly pull up my reservation and information. Got the paperwork done without a hitch, then walked out and was told I was given a free upgrade! NICE!Ive always liked Enterprise for good vehicles, plenty of locations, better prices than the competition, and reasonably quick paperwork.Also, I do not do credit cards, just debits. They handled it well. And the return was even faster than picking up!

Terrible. I had a big event coming up and tried enterprise. Well when I booked and everything the total came to about 130. Okay not bad however then when I called they now jumped my price up a damn good amount. Nothing was stated on websites or was told to me by the employees of enterprise . They had fees that werent stated when reserving the car. Terrible way to run a business. People should be aware of charges from the start not a day before I needed the car. Will never use enterprise ever. Not recommending either.
I had a reservation at 12:00 pm for pickup, and I walk in at 12:04 and was told by the employee that they were closed, and that there was no way they could help us out. I waited in the lobby area until she was done with the previous customer (and by then it was 12:15), and when they left I showed her the confirmation page for the pickup time and she told me that she could not help us because their computer system shuts down at 12:00 (while she was on the computer at 12:15 with the other customer). I don’t buy that. And don’t schedule me for a pickup time at the same minute of the day that you guys close when pickup usually takes about 15 to 20 min by the time one gets in and leaves with the rental. I’ve had great service in the past with this location, but those were different employees. Today was terrible, and not my fault whatsoever. Yes I was 4 min late, but terrible scheduling on their part in the first place.
Great service, outstanding staff. They treat you like you want to be treated. That is why I always go with Enterprise. They take customer service to the next level. I wish a lot more of the companies in this country took a look at how this company ran their business. This branch is close to my home and I rent from them when I have company from out of town. They have always been great to work with!
I have rented cars from Enterprise for many years and in a couple of different countries because the people are great, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The cars are always in great condition and get really good gas mileage. This last time Zach at the Montgomery location in Albuquerque got me the car I wanted and we had a great vacation. The service provided by this location was excellent - I had a last minute car problem and had to get my car into a service near their location. The only negative was that I was asked to call in at 8:45am to see if they would have a rental. When I did, it went to the St. Louis call center and that was a negative experience. After half an hour they told me there was not a car available but when I went on in to the Enterprise just to see, they got me a rental right away. They were terrific, especially Reggie.
What can I say but Excellent Customer Service all around! Dealt with Jeff in the Satellite Office located in Car Crafters and he was on it! Knowledgable, profession and most of all (from a customers point of view) caring! I could tell he cared and thats not a quality you find anymore! All they had was a truck (not fond of trucks) so he located a sedan (nice one too!) but it wasnt washed so he drove me over to the office on Montgomer for a quick detail job! I said itd be okay, Im not fussy and he goes: Were not going to put you in a dirty car, Mr. Austin! While in the lobby waiting, Kyle came up and asked if I needed anything and I could tell he was ready to attend to me needs! Good job, Enterprise Montogomery! Will definitely recommend, will definitely use again!

After a long horrible weekend, I ended up at Enterprise to rent a vehicle. Jalisa had me in and out in about 10 minutes. Not only was she quick, but she was friendly and informative. She also was able to handle two phone calls while assisting me. Super impressive. This is the best rental experience I have had yet!

Initial vehicle had non height adjustable seat which my son was hitting his head in. But they found and delivered another van with fully adjustable seat which worked great.
Have used this location for both work and personal travel. On two of the three occasions we went in to pick up the vehicle and it was either not there at the scheduled time or the reserved vehicle was not available.Reservations were made between 4 and 6 weeks in advance and yet the management still didnt have these vehicles ready. Do not trust the reservation process with them. It will bite you. I will not make the mistake of choosing Enterprise again.

I recently reserved a full size car to go on a vacation, but because of the hurricanes in Texas and Florida the types of cars available were limited because most had been sent to the people whose cars were flooded, so I was given a mid size SUV which made for a very uncomfortable ride for the next 2 days, Enterprise switched it out for me in Chico California for a Chevrolet Impala which was a huge relief.. I got back home early and upon returning the car to the Enterprise location on Montgomery in Albuquerque I met Aaron Romero who is the branch manager and a young lady named Jalisa Oakley, Aaron wanted to make sure that I was taken care of which I was very happy with .. Ive rented cars from every other car rental company around and I have never been treated this good by any of them, i will definitely be using Enterprise only for all my car rental needs in the future.. thank you Aaron and Jalisa
Ive found this location to be poorly managed and lacks clear communication. When I reported the excess of $1200 charged to my account they said they couldnt do anything. I did report to my bank and they ensured I would not be penalized. Enterprise did nothing but turn their backs.My family returned after renting one of their cars for the week, however we were caught in the snow storm New Years Eve day turning a 6hr drive into 12hr journey. We spoke with this location and were assured since they were closed the next day if we couldnt get back by the close time we wouldnt be charged. In an effort to get Enterprise their car back as soon as possible the next day, I woke up at 630am to return their car.Not only was I charged but an additional $1200 was pulled for deposit and overcharged near ok y $200. I was shocked and horrified they could and would do this. After calling to straighten this matter out a day later, they said theyd return my call, which never happened.Without a vehicle, since mine is at the dealership waiting for a new engine, Ive been unable to talk directly with them. Today I went in and they said they could do nothing. Even after showing them all the money they had pulled from my bank account, near $1400!!!These are just the facts you decided but my suggestion NEVER GO HERE. I know I wont. I hope this doesnt happen to some else...poor business practices like this need to know they cant get away with it, no customer patronage. #enterprise #enterprisecarrental #dontgothere

We had a reservation for a minivan which was going to take us to our family reunion. When we went to pick up our RESERVED minivan, the day before we were to head out on a 1,500 mile trip, I was told there wasnt a minivan or ANY 7 passenger vehicle available for me in all of Albuquerque. After many calls to customer service and various locations, their response was basically, sorry about that. I was doubly frustrated as I had seen two minivans at one location, but evidently those werent for me. Luckily Avis saved us at the last minute with a mid-sized SUV that was acceptable for the trip. Enterprise has lost this customer for life. DO NOT COUNT ON ENTERPRISE RESERVATIONS. Oh, and dont count on that ride they promise either. The first time I rented from Enterprise, we waited for about an hour for a ride because they forgot about us.

In the commercial they say they will pick you up or drop you off...but for this one if its more then three blocks its out of there range it seems. Other then that it was a nice visit, got a free upgrade cause they didnt have the car in which i reserved and didnt charge me for fuel

This is the only place I will rent a car from. The service is above and beyond. The last time we rented here, there was a problem with the car (the rear passenger side panel started to come loose when we got on the interstate), which caused a major delay in our 13hr drive to California. They fixed everything, apologized profusely, and comped a day of our rental. Fantastic staff.

The staff at the office on Montgomery Blvd, just east of Wyoming Blvd, is great. They did a thorough walk-around of the car with me, and annotated any marks on the rental car paperwork. My only complaint is with Enterprise Corporation for not providing a bluetooth instruction sheet as to how to connect the bluetooth audio system with my smartphone. This should be mandatory given the laws in most states about using phones while driving. Also, all 4 tires had different pressures, varying as much as 10 lbs, and this caused an unsafe driving experience until I discovered this issue and spent approximately $3.00 at a gas station air pomp. Other than the air and bluetooth issues, the Altima was a great car, and again, the staff at the rental location were professional and nice.

I reserved amidsize car like a camry, in that range, my confirmation indicated to pick my rental at 12 noon on Saturday, which was the day the rental begins. I needed a car and planned to return it on Monday.Let me back up a bit,1. when I arrived to pick up the rental they were out of midsize cars, all they had were economy size. Additionally, the rental was closing that day at moon because of memorial day weekend. Had i arrived at the appointment time of noon, they would of been closed. I arrived at 11am.2. I was still charged the mid size rate with an explanation that i would get free insurance coverage to make up for it. I already have insurance which covers rentals, i told that to the agent before hand when he tried to sell me earlier.3. My reasons for renting the car fell thru so I didnt need beyond 1 day. However it was memorial day weekend, the rental office would be closed until tuesday at 730 am. What the agent failed to tell me is i could of returned the car to the airport at any timeI could have saved over $100.00.! The sign in the office said they were no longer accepting early returns due to security risks. No mention about returning to airport.As for the car, well, it was a car, it ran, and was clean with 1/2 a tank of gas, (i returned it with a full tank).

Had a reservation for a mini van to transport family on a vacation. Show up at my scheduled pickup (7:30am) and they do not have the vehicle I reserved, nor do they have an substitute anywhere in town. You may want to trust in another rental car company as this one will just hold their hands in the air and tell you there is nothing they can do. An Im sorry, but there is nothing we can do just is not a response when you made a reservation and put your trust in a company.
