They were fast on getting my car to me. I was in and out with in 10 mins.

We have to find another car rental place ended up at Avis they are hands-down one of customer service and vehicle choices at a good rate.

Rented a car for work at a hotel, only mentioning it because we have similar pet and smoking policies. Filled the tank before returning the car, cleaned the 1 piece of debris from the inside. Was given a final receipt saying the gas was the same at pick up and drop off, I think, thats how Im reading it but no one will tell you, then was charged $42.40 @ $9.99 per gallon for gas. When I first called them they did not answer so the call went to corporate, who would not explain the receipt to me, but offered for me to send them my gas receipt, which proves I bought gas, not where I put it, this logic was not explained to me either. My second call to their direct line also provided me with an employee who could not explain their receipt as he was off for a couple days did he forget how the receipts work? He did say their policy is to take the car to a station and try filling it up, I did not get the name of the station they go to, but mine was within 1 mile, so no way I used 3+ gallons to drive that mile to return the vehicleHe would not provide me with any assistance or guidance as to how we could resolve this issue at a 1 on 1 level, his favorite words seemed to be I dont know. He only offered to provide the corporate number.

Best car rental experience I have had. Every part of this rental experience surpassed other car rental places. The nicest agents, great car, affordable prices. Helped to make my stay in Albuquerque the great vacation that it was.

Nice place

I went through this Avis location to test drive an Avis vehicle I was considering purchasing. Unfortunately none of the staff had heard about this program before; the location was only open for four hours and closed before the two-hour test drive window closed, without giving instructions on where to return the vehicle when we finished. I suspect the goal of this program is to convert these test drives into weekend rentals, draining money out of gullible customers who were interested in a test drive. In the end I didnt buy the Avis vehicle; their prices are similar to Carmax but with higher mileage and seemingly lacking the thorough inspection, Satellite Radio service, and customer support that Carmax provides.

Aweful customer service! They charge outrageous pet hair fee even when there was no trace of any type of animal in the vehicle. When called about it, they were rude and uncompromising. All they care about is ripping you off and not providing a quality service.
