My car shines like brand new they did a excellent job here i highly recommend this business for detailing . im very happy

Bought a Groupon for $135. Groupon says to schedule on the website which shows no available dates. Eventually I called and they wanted to schedule me out 3-4 months if I didnt pay an additional rush fee. I didnt. This business will charge extras for everything! Paid $135.00 for groupon+ $25 pet hair removal fee + $15 NM Sales Tax + $5 Covid fee + $3 Square processing fee + another $4 for NM Sales Tax. Was about $200 by the time everything was said and done. Service was ok but employee cursed in-front of the customer/me and didnt have good communication overall. Car looks nice but obvious thick layer of cleaning solution on all surfaces. Found some areas of crusted food/drink still in cup holder and some remaining smears on windows. Overall car-detail wise it was a good experience, everything else was terrible. Wouldnt recommend this place overall. EDIT: After posting this review, I got a hangup call that called me a b*tch. wow, very professional.

SHOWROOM SHINE are professional, courteous, friendly, informative (take a couple of minutes to talk with Edward about cars and life and you will get some insight), and thorough. They are very inexpensive & fair, not like some other detailing outfits that charge more because of their name. Well worth the time and investment.

I wish I checked the reviews online before buying their Groupon. My experience seems to be the same as others based on review on various sites. It was tough to make an appointment. Once the appointment was made, I dropped off my car. The person there was confused and did not have me on their calendar. I was told the car would be done by noon (dropped off at 9am), and that I would get a call if done earlier. I told them great, and that I would be back around three since I didnt need it till then. When I arrived, the car wasnt ready. There was no apology.They charged tax....TWICE. They added the tax to the amount they charged me, which is fine and legally required. But it was more than the state and local tax combined. On top of that, they charged me tax on that total amount. Meaning, they charged me twice for tax.The actual work was fine. However, the business is unorganized and unprofessional. Im not sure if that inaccurate charges is incompetence or cheating. Considering others seem to have the same issue, Im leaning towards cheating.

If I could give a ZERO star I would!! Their customer service is absolutely horrible!! Rude! Rude!Rude!! And cheaters!! They did a great job on detailing our truck.. They were rude, but chalked it up as possibly having a bad day. So decided to give them another try, this time using a Groupon for headlight restoration on another vehicle, and received even worse customer service than the first time. Went all the way from Rio Rancho twice for my appointment as they didnt answer the phone or the door after ringing for over 15min.. Then they acted like how dare me, n had no idea about my scheduled appointment that I made a week prior.. Plus... they were RUDE..as usual, but awful, hateful rude.. Like I was interrupting them . Than, they are cheaters, crooks, RUDE, people...Paid for the Groupon of course and still had to pay an extra $20+ for SURCHARGES and more taxes!!! Wth??? When I questioned the guy he said, yeah, you should have read the fine print. I was shocked, as I have purchased lots of Groupons, and never charged extra!! So after using Groupon to save money, I ended up paying more than had I just not purchased a Groupon!! Hence...RUDE CHEATERS AND THIEVES!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! I AM ALSO REPORTING TO THE BBB, GROUPON, FACEBOOK, ANGIES PLACE, TWITTER, ETC ETC....

If your looking for quality service this is the place a real hidden gem, My advise is pay the GROUPON PRICE in store you get more for your money and avoid all the xtra fees . They got me in the same day and did a excellent job on my vehicle and Edward was very nice to me and also gave me a ride home when they didnt need to . They do GREAT WORK HERE .

I scheduled an appointment for car detailing and I was told prior that late or missed appointments would be charged $25.00. Myself and another customer arrived for our appointments and they never showed. I got a later call back with no apology and he said call Groupon! Unprofessional and a scam! Don’t go!
