Air Force One is looking a little long in the tooth, but I know that is just a function of what owners are willing or able to put back into the business.I did get an excellent pre-wash and a good wash. Your troop, Tyler, is doing the best he can with the equipment provided.I will continue to be a customer.Bottom line, dirty car in, clean car out.

This place use to be a great place to get a car wash but the person that they have running it now is extremely rude and unprofessional. If you youre going to take a lunch break dont just block the entrance with cones and expect customers to know why they are there. POST A SIGN! Its NOT rocket science. Also,dont be rude to your customers! Afterall without them you would not have a job! I will not be returning! Whatever happened to great customer service?

Would not recommend. Bought Air Force One wash. Seemed like a good deal ($14.. shouldve just spent the extra 2 bucks somewhere else for a good wash and experience). Employee said wash usually comes with a free towel but they were out and assured me I would get ____ for free instead of the towel.. Dude literally could not remember what they were called. Needless to say I never received whatever it was that was supposed to come with the wash. Wash itself was sub-par despite the quick scrub down by the employees beforehand. For a frame of reference, most gas station quick car washes do a better job and equipment seemed very outdated. Redeeming factor was the free vacuums with a wash, however, the first vacuum I attempted to use did not work. Will not be returning. Truly embarrassed that this place advertises itself as veteran owned.

Use your credit card here at your own risk. Air Force will use your card information to initiate unauthorized revolving monthly charges. They have done this to me, and to my wife on a different card. Good luck stopping those charges because (a) there is never anyone there who will take responsibility (b) their phone number is invalid (c) they are often closed during regular business hours.I used to love this place. They will never see me, or my money again!BTW: My credit card company said the only way to stop the charges was to cancel the card and issue a new one. I have done that. Thanks Air Force, for your high professional standards!

Best car wash I have found in the entire city. Mister Wash didnt even get the dust off the back of my car but here, the staff soap up and scrub the whole vehicle before you even start the tunnel process. Its the most clean Ive seen my car!!! And theyre cheaper.Half the vacuums are broken but I had no problem finding one. I will definitely be driving out there regularly and will probably sign up for a monthly unlimited account because its such a great deal.

Very disappointed w this place. Their card service was down and no signs to alert. The employee comes out and just tells me “what is the problem” like he was having a bad day w attitude. I though that was unprofessional of him. I would never come here again! Don’t waste your time here. Go somewhere else.

I have been using this car wash for years. This last time I went will be the last. There were 2 guys that helped me. One swiped my credit card and walked away, the gate didnt open. So I was trying to do it myself. Another man walks up to help and I give him my card. He was very rude in his response telling me it didnt work because my card didnt have a chip, which has never been an issue before. No other words he walked away opened the gate and they then opened the cones to let me out. This car wash has always been amazing im super sad to not be able to use it anymore.

Honestly, this place does good car washes, but the vacuums need more pressure.

The young man who helped me today worked really hard at scrubbing my car. He paid extra attention to detail. I wish I knew his name. Thank you to him!

Bought a monthly car wash membership and this whole week it has been closed.. will be canceling it.

Staff was very nice to me. Great place to support local business.

Not sure what has happened to this place. Staff used to be quite thorough washing my truck. Pressure washing first then brushing the whole truck. Yesterday no pressure wash or brushing on my grill, headlights or front bumper. The front of truck came out of the car wash with the same dirt on it that went in. Disappointing.
