I took my car in yesterday, I was pretty happy with the clean the car did look a lot better. Two reasons I was not satisfied with this business for one they called me yesterday at about 4:00 PM (they close at 5) saying they were done with all cars and wanted to go home early, I couldn’t make it over there at that time the suggestions they gave were we can put our mailbox or leave the keys in my car! Both are terrible and very unprofessional options. I show up to pick up my car every window is down car is unlocked very easy to be access and robbed . My second reason for dissatisfaction was I have LED lights that are in my car I didn’t notice it right away but later that night the lights weren’t working I come to find out the cord that connects to my lights is ripped off and broken. That was never mentioned to me a simple “I accidentally broke these I am sorry” would’ve gone a long way for me. A great clean on my car just disappointing service

Isaac did an amazing job on my car! He was very professional and trustworthy. My car looks brand new. Their prices are very good for the quality of work they do. I would definitely recommend them for your detailing needs. I will be back again.

I spilled a good amount of coffee creamer in my new truck one morning, and the thought of it spoiling or setting in, made me worried. So I called these guys right away to have it all shampooed out of the seat and rug, after about an hour and a half, the interior of my truck looked brand new. I know I probably couldve taken it elsewhere for cheaper, but wanted to ensure it was taken care of properly. I was satisfied with my decision.

Definitely not an experience I would recommend to anyone, made an appointment which had some signs that this company lacked customer respect. Still went through with the appointment, 12:30 the appointment was, the people took extremely long, two calls went to voicemail and a third call went through “ owner answered phone “ what the hell do you want” and cancelled my service because I called him out on being rude to a customer. He then proceeded to text me saying he was going sue for sharing my experience. 10/10 would not recommend, this company lacks work ethic and respect for any age, because I’m young he thinks I was stupid. Also owners left my keys inside my gas can because they refused to speak to me. Closed doors early.

I highly recommend this place! My car was a wreck after they got done detailing it and shampooing the carpet and seats it looks like a brand new car!! I was really impressed i will definitely be recommending this to my friends and family and will also be taking my car back!

Employee and supervisor are rude and lack good customer service skills. Supervisor Edward lacks managerial skills and proper phone etiquette. Interior detail was great but the exterior was poor! My vehicle was still dirty. I used Groupon but still paid just as much as I would have without the Groupon. Also for an extra 15$ I could have taken my vehicle to the jeep dealership where I know I would have received phenomenal customer service.

The workers were very chill, quiet, and direct guys (some other reviews cite poor customer service, but I didnt feel that way at all). They did an amazing job, inside and out, on my car, which was an honest wreck beforehand. I was impressed with the pet hair and stain removal, and I would definitely use them again. The communication was usually indirect, but they have the option to text a real person for questions, updates, and scheduling, which I really appreciated. Would recommend purchasing directly and not through Groupon though. The shop ends up losing a ton of money, Groupon doesnt mention the added NM fees before purchasing, and its more difficult to schedule through Groupon. Would rather have just asked to make a price matching deal with the manager. The Spas site is very clear about the additional NM fees specifically in relation to Groupon purchases before scheduling though, so I didnt feel mislead by the Spa at all. Overall, Im pleased with the experience.

Bought a Groupon for $135. Groupon says to schedule on the website which shows no available dates. Eventually I called and they wanted to schedule me out 3-4 months if I didnt pay an additional rush fee. I didnt. This business will charge extras for everything! Paid $135.00 for groupon+ $25 pet hair removal fee + $15 NM Sales Tax + $5 Covid fee + $3 Square processing fee + another $4 for NM Sales Tax. Was about $200 by the time everything was said and done. Service was ok but employee cursed in-front of the customer/me and didnt have good communication overall. Car looks nice but obvious thick layer of cleaning solution on all surfaces. Found some areas of crusted food/drink still in cup holder and some remaining smears on windows. Overall car-detail wise it was a good experience, everything else was terrible. Wouldnt recommend this place overall. EDIT: After posting this review, I got a hangup call that called me a b*tch. wow, very professional.

I had a Groupon with this business. I could not make an appointment. They will not talk to you on the phone but he spent a lot of time belittling me by text. They will not give you an appointment until you give them a credit card. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
