I will be the first to admit that I have a hard time trusting places to take care of my vehicles. After looking through Hella Cleans social media and portfolio, I decided to give these fine folks a shot.I can definitively say they did not disappoint! They were extremely professional as well as very willing to go above and beyond for the car. I had some PPF and some minor paint correction performed, and they completely nailed the PPF (which is an art form in my opinion). They were out with me getting every last seem perfect and every bubble pushed out that they could reasonably do.The entire shop was incredibly clean. I loved the open bay and the ability to see active work being done. They are proud of their work and the openness just highlights that. The staff were incredibly friendly.If I could give ANY criticism at all, it would be that communication around delivery expectations could have been improved. I was originally quoted about 5 days to be complete, but found myself calling after about 4 days to learn it had been delayed slightly. I am a patient guy, and didnt have much going on, however I could understand how others may have been put off by this. Customer communication and setting expectations can be difficult to always nail (especially right now), so I am not going to ding them at all for this.I am beyond impressed and will be using their services again in the future.Stay classy Hella and thank you for your amazing attention to detail. I had an amazing experience taking my 2011 IS350 in for some vinyl wraps. The staff were all extremely nice and professional. The wrap itself turned out very nice and I was extremely satisfied with the end product. Their quality and pricing were extremely good as well. I don’t trust many places with my car, but I would definitely recommend this place in the future!

I am very impressed with the quality of work I received from the Hella Clean guys. I took my Tesla m3 in for a full 1 stage polish and Xpel PPF wrap (big task). The film went on great, and many of the edges are tucked, leading to a near seamless application. My 20k mile car looked better than new when I picked it up. They allowed me to come back in the bay and watch some of the process too, which was really neat.As an example of their attention to detail, the entire bumper piece was installed, then a small contaminant was spotted trapped underneath - so they started completely over in order to get a perfect application 🌟There was a small miscommunication with some extra work I paid to have done when I dropped it off (PPF on the b pillars and door sills). This meant that I had to come back for an extra session a few days later, but they were able to get it done same day. And they threw in a free wash too, which was icing on the cake.Of note, Hella Clean has PPF customers schedule a free 3 week checkup plus a complementary detail to make sure the film is properly adhered and free of bubbles.Needless to say, I highly recommend these guys. Dalton was extremely professional, walked me through the entire process, and was clearly passionate about what he and his team do. As an aside, their detail shop is really cool on the inside.

Excellent service. Everyone is extremely friendly and always willing to help. I’ve taken my car here for a full body wrap and installation and they ALWAYS give 10/10 service. They’re always sure to do a walk through with you to be sure you like everything. Even if you have to call back days later because you missed something, they’re always willing to help. The full PPF/ceramic coating/exoshield was on point. Most panels you can’t even tell it’s there unless you look super close (it’s how the technology works if you do your research properly).If you guys are thinking of utilizing this place to invest in your vehicle, I hope you take the few bad reviews they have with a grain of salt, based on all the business they do, I’m not entirely sure if there isn’t more to the story. 2019 Corvette Z06 - Hella Clean did an awesome job! They are very professional and clean. They treat your car with respect (the vehicle had the exact same mileage when I picked it up as when I dropped it off and the staff drove it away slowly). See Final Update #1 of a few-----They Made it right.......I thoughtSo far I am not very pleased with their services. I asked to see what it would cost to install PPF film on my hood and fenders of my 1997 Jaguar XJ6. I also asked that they do their $200 detailing package to the rest of the car. I first got a quote of 2K for the PPF film, but after letting them know that I was shopping around it went down to 1K. I was alright with that especially after seeing all the positive reviews. I dropped my car off on a Monday and let them know that I was not in a hurry, but that I needed it before the weekend. After not hearing from Hella Clean all week I called that Friday and asked about the status of my vehicle. They said they were still working on it and that my car would be done by 5pm. They finally called at 6:30pm and said they would be done closer to 7pm. I went to pick the car up and although the PPF film looked good they did not detail the rest of the car (did it really take 5 days just to install PPF film on the front of my car)? So I then inquired about the detailing package and was told that it was not noted down when I initially called. I specifically told the individual helping me that it did not make sense to just install the PPF, so I asked for them to detail it too. Dalton told me to bring it back the following week and they would do a full detail on the house as a result. I bring it back and now they are telling me they cant get to it this week, but to bring it back next week...About ready just to give up. I hope Hella Clean will make it right by delivering a solid detail. I will provide an update when and if they finish my car. My car will be brought in on the 28th. I also have some quality work when it comes to the PPF film and will point that out to them when I bring it in.Update #1. Took my car back at the end of last week. Received a call from the owner stating that he apologizes and will make it right. I will send an update after my vehicle gets back in the next few days.Update #2. They made it right!! They reapplied the PPF on my car, They detailed inside and out for my troubles. This car is 24 years old, has 180,000 miles and it looks like it just came off the showroom floor. Thanks Hella Clean for making this right. With your reputation I knew that I would be leaving your business with a smile on my face and a car that again stands out on the road.Update #3 (The saga continues) - Well I thought they were all done. I got my car back and found out that they scuffed up my bumper and so they told me they would get it repainted. So I brought my car in AGAIN. I dropped off my car and a week later they called back and said that it was done but come and look at it because something was not right. Well although they gave their painter the color code the paint did not match...and it did not. So I brought my car in again last week and to this day it is still sitting in their back lot . It appears that it has not been touched. Over the last two months I think my car has been at their shop more than in my garage. I think that if this was a Ferrari, Lamborghini or another high priced car It would have been a one and done. I want it done right but how long am I willing to wait to drive my car again?Final - Yesterday I was called by one of the owners. Lets just say he was not happy with my review. He told me to come and pick up my vehicle. He stated that the bumper was painted to the correct color code, which it was, but it still does not match the rest of my car. I guess I will have to take it somewhere else to get it done correctly. As for the job that I initially brought my car in for I must admit that the second application of the PPF looked GREAT and they also were able to get out some marks on my car that had been there for a while. So I am satisfied with their work the second time. Just frustrated that it took so long to get it right and it will cost me a little more.

I paid a $296.66 deposit for my hood to be wrapped and my lights tinted. When I showed up for my appointment it had be moved to another day. No call to let me know they changed my appointment. The owner said they would definitely give me a refund on my deposit for the inconvenience. Haven’t seen the money back. They must be hurting for business to burn another small business owner for a measly $296.66. I warn you do not come her!!!!!!!!

2020 Ecoboost Mustang - Diamond White WrapHella Clean did and amazing job, I took my car to a local business to get a wrap and they did awful there was bubbles and they even cut my paint. I refused to let the other business finish. I took my car to hella clean after and they fixed everything and finished my car, they even added little details on my front bumper! If you plan on wrapping your car take it here! The staff is amazing and their work is perfect. Definitely taking my car here for my next wrap. Thank you hella clean :) 10/10 recommend!

Basically paid $200 and still tipped an additional $50 for an outside wash and interior vacuum! Gear shift was left just as dirty, I had to clean it out with a towel myself because it was now moist and gross too. Seat belt buckle areas are the same! I just purchased this car and wanted it detailed, went here because of the high rating, but obviously went to the wrong place. Was better off cleaning it myself!

I was scrambling around trying to find a place that would get me in ASAP for PPF since I had just purchased my car and wanted it protected. When I called hella clean, they got me in hella fast and were hella efficient with their work. Kept me updated with ever step and took great care of my car in their possession. Very professional and great work they provide. You want quality work, this is the place to go to 100% for any of your detailing and wrap/PPF needs!

Update: March 15, 2021 - At the present time, I cannot fully express my frustration. What makes it worse is it doesn’t pertain to my own vehicle, but my fathers. I genuinely expressed my enthusiasm in regards to Hella Clean and their delivery of vehicles. It has been a headache having to see my father’s Jaguar brought back multiple times to correct something because of it was not taken care of initially. The encounters with Hella Clean have really had me evaluate their their level of attention and detail to vehicles. The customer service is also an opportunity for growth. Well this shop has always been polite the actual service has not been on par. Seeing the level of attention spent on other vehicles and then getting the delivery of mine and my fathers is a great example where it’s not consistent. You may ask, why do you keep going back? Well, it’s because the owner has tried to make it right (which is appreciated), but unfortunately not making a difference. I have given Hella Clean the benefit of the doubt on multiple occasions, but at this point I truly am at a loss.Update: February 5, 2021 - I can truly say that Hella Clean delivered. I am grateful for what Cannon and his team did to make things right for both my father and I. Although, I would have liked things to work out the first time, Hella Clean truly listened to our concerns and was sure to address them. Both of my Jeeps mirrors were redone as well as the hood. I am pleased with the attention that went into fixing all the problem areas this time. Additionally, I am happy to see the quality of work performed on my fathers Jaguar XJ6 aligns more closely with other work that Hella Clean has produced with other vehicles. Cannon took the time upon delivery to go over all the work performed and acknowledged opportunities he and his team learned from this particular experience. Thank you for doing that and for taking the time to make things right. I will be providing additional updates as Hella Clean will be completing a few more services on both my father and Is vehicles.Up until recently Hella Clean Automotive has always impressed me with the work they do. I recently had my 2018 Jeep Compass in to have Xpel PPF installed on the entire hood. I also inquired about having both my side view mirrors redone after a rock tore a hole in the original PPF, which I had installed shortly after purchasing the vehicle.I dropped my vehicle off Friday, January 8 and told them not to hurry as I wanted the installation of the PPF to be done correctly.After a week went by and checking in I went to pick up my Jeep. After looking over the vehicle more closely I realized the install of the PPF film had very clearly appeared to have been rushed. It was not at all how I expected. I brought my Jeep back (Wednesday, January 27).I truly hope that I can provide a positive update as Hella Clean has been the place I have previously entrusted my Jeep’s automotive care with. I have referred many of my business clients and even family to them. Most recently, I referred my father to to have his older, well kept 1997 Jaguar XJ6 in for a front PPF. Hella Clean truly disappointed on the delivery of his vehicle. I am genuinely upset that I hyped up Hella Clean to my father (and business clients) as much as I did. The quality of work my father received was no where near the caliber of what I (or he) expected it would be from their team.I am more then willing to give Hella Clean the opportunity to make this right. That said, I do expect that the work is done properly and that quality of work is more prevalent when we go to pick up our vehicles. The overall disappointment stems from the simple fact that the work performed/ delivered does not align with the length of time your shop had with both my Jeep and my fathers Jaguar. I will provide an updated review in the future as well as photos of the corrected and final Xpel installation.

I had my brand new Alpha Romeo scratched on accident by dogs while I was out of town. The damage was the entire right side of the car with some scratches into the paint. I was devastated, and was looking for a place that could make it look like new without costing too much. Dalton and his team performed a phenomenal job with the wet sand to remove the scratches from the car. I then decided to add the ceramic coating to the vehicle and a clear bra for the front end to prevent damage to the paint. I am grateful for the services they performed and their ability to buff out old swirls from the dealership car wash that were there prior to my purchase. I highly recommend hella clean for all your car services and needs. They are flexible, communicative and willing to go the extra mile to assure you are satisfied!

I heard of these guys from a friend of mine,Jeremiah, and was recommended to see what these guys can do for me.I requested a wrap from these guys and asked for it to be done on a rather tight schedule. They excepted the request and I drove all the way from California to get it done. When I arrived I was greated with a excited and a professional group of individuals. We discussed our plan for the car and they got started on it that day! When I got the car back not only was it in the time frame I requested but the aftermath of what they did was flawless. Took my car in for some minor wrap work and they cut too close in some spots (leaving white showing), broke my emblem and just kept putting me off when asking to get me a new emblem. Was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and let them replace the emblem but it’s been about 6 months now and I’ve had to call several times. They say they will order the emblem each time I call and they never do. Im not the only person I know that’s had a bad experience here.

Recently took my 3 series BMW in and had full front PPF done to it. They went above and beyond to make sure it was done right. Their establishment was by far the nicest shop I’ve seen in The local area. We’ll be back for more work.

Mediocre place. Water pressure was out. They also quoted me they’d be done by 12 p.m. and ended up finishing at 4:00. My car wash was fine but for some reason they stuffed anything they found in my car in the middle console. They also did not accommodate their lack of time management whatsoever. VERY mid grade experience.

I have known Dalton and his crew at Hella for a couple of years. Their devotion to quality work is unparalleled. They are my go to detailing company. I have not only had them work on our own cars but have recommended their services to many of my friends here in Albuquerque. On our most recent visit they performed a number of additional tasks and one that we didn’t even request that turned out absolutely amazing! if you would like to have your car look show room new these are the guys you want to go to.I only learned recently that they not only do wrapping of cars but they also offer a number of ceramic coating services that are supposed to protect the finish of your car and glass, etc. we haven’t done any of that yet but we are definitely researching it.

I had them come out to try and remove some scuffs on the roof of my car. The guy was cool but didnt do jack. I took it to Mister Clean and they were able to remove all the scratches leaving my roof look like glass! Waist of $40. (This happened a while ago, but I was reminded of the incident when I saw a hella clean van driving around)

Hella Clean did a great job on my truck. We just moved here from out of state and there was dog hair all over the back from our shepherd. They did an amazing job on the interior and got all the hair out. Additionally they were able to get a nasty black scuff off of my perfectly white paint job (thanks walmart parking lot), not one remnant remains of it or any of the other surface scratches. These guys just did a good auto clean on my stang. Basic wash starts at $20. Full detail was $120. I went with the $60 package and they gave a $10 discount for veterans. Plus they came to my house. I give them 2 thumbs up.

Had a great experience with these guys! I forgot a doctor pepper in my new car with this unrelenting heat and definitely regretted it. Seeing the scene I didnt think anything was gonna be able to remove the stains but I was proven wrong! They wrapped my frs and it came out AMAZING! They also offer ceramic coating which I got my carbon fiber parts for my RX8 and FRS Coated by them. I cannot stress how much I RECOMMEND hella clean!

They have only provided top notch quality for all my families and personal car which includes 2 C63 AMG mercedes, a Nissan Xterra, a couple BMWs and a WHOLE fleet of semi trucks, these guys literally do it all and i never worry about swirl marks, leftover water stains, or any other imperfections! Hella Clean Auto Detail did a phenomenal job detailing my vehicle. I have a 2010 Lotus Evora and they made it seem brand new. Showroom quality and great customer service. They completed an excellent exterior wash, a brilliant interior clean, and a clay bar finish.
