Very little in way of customer service. Employees seem to be overwhelmed and haggard. Very little competition in the salvage business with only 2 players so its their way like it or leave.

Very unprofessional.. the employees are also disrespectful to each other in front of people! Received my car with damage in the front from them using a forklift to transport my vehicle!! Ridiculous I do not recommend & will NEVER use their service again! Stay far away from these people unless you want your car damaged & them not wanting to take responsibility & fix it! 0 STARS

Staff was very nice.

This place is garbage, our insurance had my girlfriends car towed there for inspection after an accident. We got the car back and stuff was stolen out of our car. Dont do business with these shady immoral people.

They took out the stereo from car that was totaled. It still had the stereo in good condition. This people take the stuff out of your car.

I will NEVER buy again from this location. I traveled 12hrs to go get my vehicle because there is not transportation available.out of this place. When i show up i can not pick up my vehicle because they are running an action. Im extremely exausted of my driving and now i gotta wait another 3 hrs untill the auction is done so they can release a vehicle that has been paid off a week ago and plus they are charching me storage when i supposed to have a week to remove it. Awfull customer service. Typical from IAAI Empire. Who knows what is next when i pull the vehicle out.

Bad customer service, was the highest bidder on a vehicle when the live auction ended to find out they deleted my highest bid and put the vehicle on buy fast option with $95 price increase. Before I buy the car someone else did. Other auctions if you were the highest bidder will call you or do counter over but thier way is cheap and waste of time.

Kristina at the counter refused to provide the service with the paperwork when the driver was there by 4:13pm where the auction cut off time is 4:30 and till last loaded carrier. And stated to wait till tomorrow....

The customer service was very poor. The gentleman that was working the front desk was rude. Other than the manners that the worker was lacking the business might be ok.
