I went to Bentleys to pick up an item I had bought last night. It was my first experience and everything went great. It was easy to pay and Eric out in the yard helped me load the item. He was great!

Bought some items in January. Debating even writing this review, which is why the delay. Pictures made items look better than they were. Damage to items were not disclosed, items were missing, items that were one unit were split as seperate items (example: toolboxes) to try to get more money. Bidders would also offer ridiculous offers on some items. I have heard people say they are rude, I wouldnt say they are rude, but I also would not say they are friendly and happy people. I probably will not buy from this company again

Good place to find things you need, sometimes at a good price. All employees are great, friendly & great to talk to. You should check them out.

Worst company ever! They’re are no words to describe how awful this company is. I will never purchase from them again they are rude and obnoxious people they are disrespectful and they are just money hungry jerk I am wowed by how completely unprofessional they are I am very upset with their service and hope you don’t purchase from this awful company.this company doesn’t even deserve one star and probably pays for good reviews

Dont share your business info with the dude if you have employees that use this site, he tries to go and make your business look bad over 20 bucks on Google reviews, try calling someone and settle your trivial debt and dont slander my company name! Dude is unprofessional, I would look at other auctions to use! Dont get trolled old timer!

Buyer beware, lot details do not report damage or broken items. If you complain they say its your own fault and get defensive. We also bid on a 2-unit lot that was really only 1 unit. Shoddy and unprofessional. Really gone downhill.

More industrial auctions. Business equipment, tools, desks, science and lab devices, hotels that have closed or remodeling. Always interesting and often surprised to find things to bid on despite technical equipment.

Great place to get auction deals.

Picking up stuff, guy in forklift told me, they dont need my business if I dont have time to wait until they want to. Boss Bentley is too old to keep control.

This is the WORST place I have ever bought from. They do NOT provide exact details on the product being bought. I am appalled on how they treated me and disrespected me. I will never be buying from here ever again. They call you a liar and accused many people of crimes to hide behind their dishonesty.

Dishonest as hell. These people couldnt write an accurate description about their material. If I could rate 0 I would. After bidding on an item that in pictures on their site had no damage or descriptions of damage (while every other item with damage did) when I went for inspection they couldnt find the item, (it was found on the top shelf laying flat) went to bid based on description and pictures. Arrived and item all scratched to all to hell. Ask them to void it and their boss said all sales final. I would not trust these people to be honest. They are not.

What a dishonest auction house. Their customers should fire them. I was bidding at their auction tonight and any bid $5 or more was put as pending auctioneer approval. All my bids, and they were numerous were denied. This not only wasted my time as I did extensive research prior to bidding, but cost their customer a lot of money as my winning bids were rejected, but also I wasnt able to push the bidding of even the ones that I would have ultimately lost. I do about five auctions a week and this company is by far the worst out there.

I went to the auction today 4/15/17 and thought everything sold for either very good or reasonable prices. I wanted to post a better rating for these guys because they deserve a lot better than 2 stars!! The other posting I read on here the gentleman said they sold his item because he didnt pick them up.... Well, if you go to an auction and buy something you should probably pick it up, just saying...

For the most part, this place has been great but there is only one issue. On some auctions, when they dont want to dispose of items that dont sell, they just add it onto the win list of the next person that bids and wins something for $1. Sure its only a buck, but not only are they making you dispose of trash no one else wanted for a buck, but making you pay to dispose of trash for them.

There is poor to no management of item pickup after the auction. I bought a pile of stuff, and there were guys wandering around eying lots that had sold to other people. By the time I got home I found that a few of the items I bought, paid for, and personally pulled from the shelves and stacked in a corner to load out had been grabbed and taken home by other people. I got the very clear sense that nobody at the auction house cared a fig about this, and they all seemed very aware that it happens regularly. There was no way for me to prevent this theft from happening.Also be aware before you think youre getting something cheap that $25 will be added to any purchase, plus the 15% buyers fee. Apparently the buyers fee is not enough to cover their cost of disposing of things left behind, so they add further fees to everyone.

I purchased items from one of the Auctions this company hosted, I paid for the items immediately, and upon going to pick up the items the owner Jeff Bentley advised me that he had sold the items I legally rightfully owned. Super bad business to make double the profit off of one item cause technically he received $32 from me plus another $20 from the guy he sold the barstools too. Double dipping is what I like to call this!!!! ***********DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE RUDE INDIVIDUALS*************

Got shorted a few items in a lot. When I mentioned it, the employees just shrugged and grinned. After waiting an hour and a half to pick up the items, I was informed that one of the owners had given away one of the lots I had already paid for. It was replaced with an item that didnt sell, but I still would have preferred the actual item that I bid on and won.

Ive been going to Bentleys auctions for years. Jeff Dawn and all the crew do a hard mental job that frankly Id never touch with a ten foot pole.Like any auction you gotta read the fineprint and know what your bidding on.Day of auction its a freaking Chinese circus so just be on your toes and stuff will go great.

If you really want an item bid in person and not online...we had a tie and according to auction house rules item goes to 1st bid. We bid online 2 seconds before but they gave item to in-house bidder.
