I purchased a rock drill located in Shiprock via a J&J online auction. The unit was as described and the process was as smooth as Ive encountered when buying equipment.

Absolutely horrible to deal with they messed up the title Charge me to fix it .Waited 2 months for my check said it was because of the mail which I run 3 businesses and have no problem with otherwise. Said they mailed it no call backs always say theyre too busy say they communicate with you and say that they try and email you but you dont respond. She kept saying that the check was in the mail which was a lie it was posted 2 days before I got it .It took months and weeks and days. Hung up on me very unprofessional lack of communication and untrustworthy these people are horrible

Dont trust them. 1 title toook 4 months to recieve and title was soaked in water an not legible. The lady said try to register it and see what happen. Lol the second purchase has title issues that cant be fixed. Getting the run around. Buyers beware

Lots of great equipment, trucks, tractors and a ton more. I always find something I need and can sell my excess equipment and vehicles. Great people to deal with.

Bought what was advertised as a 5000 watt generator. When I picked it up it was a 2250 watt generator. The auction sticker was placed 2 from the watt rating for the generator. I contacted j and j about this twice. First time no call back, second time told it was my fault for not inspecting it first. I was told they would resell it for me for free. I guess Ill call it a 10,000 watt generator and see if I can make a profit. Apparently no one at j and j cares what its advertised as.
