Great service then flying here for years now

Boutique airlines was delayed, so that made me miss my connecting flight. I asked for a hotel voucher, and they turned me down. With no money and a stranger to the state, I had to sleep in the airport for several days to get it all situated. Lost 7 lbs. I would recommend another airline when picking who to fly with. These wouldn’t care what happens to you.

If I could give this airline a zero star review, than I would. Due to the flight never even showing up, I had to spend hundreds of dollars more, with more expensive flights, additional hotels, and additional food costs that I would not have had to otherwise.I was supposed to fly out of CNM on Sunday the 18th on flight 655, however you all cancelled the flight, causing me to have to get a hotel in another city, a hotel, and have to schedule an entirely new flight.I am currently in the process of requesting that Boutique Airlines reimburse me for the following:The cost of the hotel that I had to stay at: Holiday Inn Express Hotel: $110.82The cost to get to the hotel. (Costs: 134.81)The cost to get to the airport. (Cost: Free due to free shuttle through hotel)The additional food that I had purchase. ($33.15 from Panda Express from the hotel through door dash, and $22.47 food from the airport)The cost difference between my original flight and the new flights that I had to schedule so that I could finally get back home. (New flight cost $609.20, the original flight cost $313.20, the difference cost $296.00)It is completely inexcusable that boutique cancelled the flight and did nothing to help get me to the airport or try and get me a new flight.This also cause me to miss a medical appointment and not return to work on time.The only redeeming factor was the attendant at the CNM airport was nice, and was trying to keep me informed.

Plane never runs on time. Do not have a connecting flight you need to catch when flying Boutique Air. You will not make it in time.

Last 3 trips they delayed 2 of my flights and cancelled one, very inconvenient

I have taken two round trips with Boutique Air and have another one scheduled next week for Albuquerque, NM. Easy flight reservations, pricing is very good, cant beat the one hour flight each way, and very friendly staff and pilots. I hear another airline might take over the contract, I hope not.

Nice people. On time reliability not great

This is a perfect way to fly. Inexpensive, amazing views, and TBH the planes are like private planes....

These flights are NEVER on time. I use this airline out of necessity, not desire. I really wish they could get their act together cuz its a miserable flying experience every time.

These guys are great, the pilots are freaking awesome!!
