The absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I fly with Alaska often and have always been treated great until Albuquerque. The most unacceptable part, these people shooshed a member of our active duty military. Thankfully, the folks at the delta counter jumped in and took care of all of us.

Super helpful staff at the counter. Daughter was flying as an unaccompanied minor and the Alaska Airlines team made everything a breeze. Thank you tons
