My friend and I are from out of town and we wanted to treat ourselves to a pedicure. We are so glad we came to Enchanted Nails because everyone was real friendly. It was packed when we came in and had to wait about 45 minutes but it didnt bother us a bit because it was wonderful just relaxing and chatting with each other and felt like the employees wanted to be there and they had us laughing. Excellent. We definitely want to come back!

Great place to take your elderly loved ones. Wayne did an excellent job on my Moms feet which were in really bad shape because of Covid-19 lockdown at her assisted living facility. He was very patient and made her her feet look new.

My daughter and I got our nails and toes done before going on vacation. I called the week before and set up an appointment for us.We were taken in immediately. Everyone was so friendly and nice!!

I’m from out of the area but Enchanted Nails is the best nail salon I have ever been too! All staff wear matching scrub uniforms and everyone is so genuinely friendly. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing — they have so many beautiful wood decorations and plants. Due to COVID, they run by appointment only. Many walk-ins arrived while I was there but they were already booked for the day but I feel like if they would’ve had any cancellations they would’ve tried to fit you in. You are asked to call upon arriving and they will come and let you know when they’re ready. You sign a release form to receive services and your temperature is taken upon entry, then asked to wash your hands. They require masks, as they should. I came in for an acrylic fill-in with gel polish and to shorten my nails a little, all of which was $40. I feel this is very reasonable given the quality of service and atmosphere of the salon. My technician’s name was Yin I believe and she was so kind, friendly, and funny! I really enjoyed coming here and you will too!

Great if youre seeking cleanliness and plain designs/manicures. Not enough attention to detail for the nail artwork designs...

Extremely unprofessional to call and be left on hold for 5 minutes, to call back multiple times to be left to go to to voicemail. They have caller ID and the receptionist purposely silences multiple calls after I was left on hold. Spend money here every two weeks plus tip just to receive service like this from the receptionist! Absolutely unacceptable and will be going to a different nail salon due to this!

I booked an appoint for 9am with John. I arrive at the salon and he is not there. Instead of the owner accommodating me and my appointment time she sent me away with a piss poor apology. Such an inconvenience. I will never come back to this salon.

Very clean, took temps, followed social distancing guidelines.. me and my girls enjoyed our pedicure and I got a gel manicure.. we made an appointment and had a very short wait time.. we will come again😊

I got a deluxe pedicure and it was awesome. Felt so good and just helped me relax. You have to have an appointment and wear a mask.

Too much complaining. If your gonna complain on how long it takes to do nails, dont be a nail technician. Simple. Not really impressed with the results either.

One of the nicest nails salons i have ever been to. The decor is so modern and welcoming and the staff is super friendly. The nails are pretty common prices, unless u get delux packages. Those will jump up the price like 20 dollars. I would recommend this place to anyone. I have only been here 3 times, but all good experiences

Very friendly, paid attention to detail!

Everything was perfect except the wait. I got a mani-pedi and my nails turned out beautiful and everyone was so nice I didnt end up caring that much about the wait. They started nearly an hour after my appointment was scheduled but based on how things are run, I assume that was an anomaly. It was an overall extremely pleasant experience and I am definitely coming back.

Love this place! I am a regular customer every 4 weeks. I have been using Stacy over 15 years and she is awesome. Atmosphere is relaxing and very clean. Everyone is nice and helpful. Definitely will not go wrong coming here. Many colors to choose from and many different pedicures. I live the romance volcano pedicure. The building has very nice decor!

Love them! I’ve been searching for a nail shop and I think I found my place. Although they’re busy they do a very great job. Very pleased with their work! Lots of colors to choose from. The entire staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend & return!

I too was there the day that the pizza was ordered. They were very busy but they were being very polite and getting the job done. I too was waiting, they take reservations Monday through Thursday, Friday and Saturdays are walk-in only. Getting back to ordering the pizza....these employees dont leave their job to go have a lunch hour or even a half hour. They stay there from open to close, they do have to eat and its not like all the employees went back to the back to eat their Pizza all at one time, when their clients were finished they would go back and get something to eat then. My experience at enchanted nails has always been exceptional.

Nice work but too expensive! Ombré nails cost me $50 + $5(for coffin shape)+ $5(for nail removal). If I would have just got gel polish on my natural nails it would have cost me $35.

I saw another review about how the woman who wrote it traveled for work and chose salons based on reviews and had a bad experience at this salon. I also travel full time and chose this salon based on reviews and I LOVED it here. My nails look great, the staff was amazing and so friendly, the place was clean and well ventilated. And on top of everything they were great with my kids! I will say I wish there were more gel color options but they had enough that I liked.

Cant believe Ive never been here before. I will never go anywhere else! Everyone is so friendly and fun, they really enjoy themselves and their clients. Its clean and nicely decorated. Great music playing. Just a good vibe, good atmosphere. And my nails look fantastic!

LET ME START BY SAYING IF I COULD GIVE YOU 100 STARS I WOULD...ok continue I have small nail beds every other place I have went my acrylics have fallen off that day. So this acrylics I got the day before my dance and NONE HAVE CAME OFF ITS BEEN 4 WEEKS. I LOVE YALL ENDLESSLY AND MY SISTERS GOT THEIR NAILS DONE AND THEY LOVE THEM.

Everyone is awesome and attentive. Great atmosphere. Stacey squeezed me in with a little patience. I’m very particular about my nails and don’t often go to new places. If your a local or just passing thru I highly recommend.

I travel for a living so I always go to the place with the best reviews. I guess you have to be a regular to get good service here. I wanted a pedicure, a fill in and eyebrows but I’ve been sitting in this chair with foil on my toes for 45 minutes. The lady they gave me must be new because I had to tell her I had gel on my toes 3 times and she’s still trying to get it off with a nail file. It’s 2019 there’s no reason for this amateur service not when you charge 30$ and up for pedicures and have to pay extra for gel polish!

Ive been coming here about twice a month since September. Pre pandemic my services cost $76 + tip. After pandemic $91 and as per the owner her prices havent changed. Be prepared to be nickeled and dimed even if youre a repeat customer. Normal trimming is now cutting down, repaired nails due to faulty product are $6 a pop. Im taking my business elsewhere.

These people are great! John is awesome!! Ask the dude with the tattoos on his arm, who the women are, hell make you giggle!! Deisha, long black hair, really really sweet girl.. loves bows.. then theres another girl there from Cali, shes got a pet pig.. the manager is THE BEST at getting out your ingrown toenails, SHE DOESNT hurt you or anything!! Theyre all really really great. Really clean.. minus some of the techs forgetting to take their gloves off when checking you out.. you have to remind them.. they get Soo busy but we still dont need the foot funk on our money 😂. Other than that theyre pretty great. They make you feel welcome. AMAZING atmosphere. GREAT prices.9/10 recommend!

I had to wait almost a hour and never got any service done! TERRIBLE! Everyone moves slowly even though they had many customers. The workers ordered pizza and joked with each other rather than making sure their customers were happy. I went to Angel Nails and received great service!

I love the overall atmosphere! Very relaxing very, extremely friendly staff. Reasonably priced! And even on a Saturday morning there wait time was not too too terribly long.

Out of 10 workers, only 3 knew how to do acrylic nails according to them so I waited 45 minutes while others were able to walk on for toe polish service. Although I had waited 45 minutes I was told it would be another 20 minutes. Finally walked out because I was there for a full set and toe polish change and no one touched my toes while others went ahead of me

Wow if you want to be ignored and made to feel like a bother come here!! Service was adequate but my loyalty card is on the ground outside their door. Thanks anyway

It’s called Enchanted Nail’s but you only have 3 employees who can actually do nails? Waited well over an hour only to find out that the nail salon with 10 plus employees only 3 can do nail..... Horrible experience!!!! Might want to consider changing the name to Enchanted Pedicures!

Best nail salon I’ve ever been to! John and Vee were so friendly and did a superb job. Music selection and overall atmosphere was so fun! FYI Sassy Nails in Lee Co refused service at 7:20 when their closing time was 8. Staff was cleaning up. They must not like money...

I am from Chattanooga but went to visit my sister and mom this past weekend. We decided to come to Enchanted Nails on Ledo Rd. The service was amazing! The massage was fantastic and my manicure and pedicure both look amazing. I got regular polish on my toes and gel on my fingers. This was a wonderful experience and I plan on coming again during my next visit.

This by far is the best place in Albany! The staff is very friendly, the shop is extremely clean, and they laugh and joke with all the customers. John did my nails and he did a great job!

I was treated very poorly as a customer. I walked in being 3rd person through the door at 8:57 and 7 people followed behind and was immediately helped but I was told that only John could help me cause was the only nail tech for the day so I will need to wait till 945. I do think it was unfair and very rude and could have been handled in a different manner.

This was my first time there. They did not rush me and made me feel important. Everyone was so friendly. I got the mani pedi and it was wonderful.

I went and asked for simple white nails with glitter on one finger, and then made a little skinnier, showed him a picture and he said he could do it, after paying $30 for a fill in they look horrible! I told the person that did them i am not happy with them and he simply told me anything he did at this point i wouldn’t like. I told him i do not like the French in the coffin shape and he told me it’s pretty. I asked if there were any colors he could paint them to cover up the white tips also. My nails look horrible for Valentines Day!! The reason i gave 1 star is because i had to. The place is very clean, but he was very rude. I just had a new set a little over a week ago, i just wanted them done 1 color and pretty for my date tonight, they looked better before i walked in. Definitely not happy with my experience there. If i needed a new set to make them look the way i wanted he should have told me.
