Melissa and all the employees have great skills!!! Melissa is the best o of course. Sort of small inside but very organized. Always busy, no appointments. I recommend going first thing in the morning on weekdays!!! Either way, youll LOVE your nails.

She does great lashes but horrible service 2nd time I went and it was drama..first a girl was complaining of catching a fungus on her feet from here..then yesterday it was baby mama drama..and it went on for about 20.mins..one girl even called about 5 people to salon.. and to pay 101..dollars and to deal with that nah not again...fun while it lasted love my lashes to

Tan is a nail GOD!!! Young and sexy, fun to chat with while doing nails.. His skills are amazing.. Took me a long time to find someone that was good and i trusted. he is the only one i will allow free range to do anything he wants to.. Now he does all my friends nails too..Just a few i managed to remember to take pics of..I tried a few ppl before, Patricia i didnt have the best experience with,was on phone (took 4 hrs on my nails and feet ) and my nail edges had acrylic all over the skin.. I went back next day and Melissa took care of it asap. She seemed very concerned i was back and fixed all at no charge.. I did tip tan for fixing them perfectly and used him ever since..The lady that sat next to patricia in chair 2 left edges same way too.. (Think her chair spot moved after remodeling the store)Melissa is an amazing owner that cares about her clients happiness.. The remodel of salon came out really nice too..

I went here to get my feet done and my granddaughter feet and nail done. That was alright then I went back the next day to get my eyelashes done and now my lashes are coming off. One eye started a couple days ago now the other one is starting to come off. I have not even had them on 2 weeks. Matter fact they got done the between the 18th and the 20th of this month. I didnt check my credit card receipt before I wrote this but. What I will not be back there. I could of had one of my daughters put them on instead of going there.. I will not be back and I gave her a tip they didnt deserve my tip.

Ive been going to Melissas for around 5 years, and generally had a great experience...but this week I was handed over to a random man in the shop. $50 for a French ombre, and two days later theyre breaking off. You no longer can make appointments so you wait, or get whomever now. 😣

Great experience there since Ive been going back.. I schedule my appointments and im in and out.... Tan is the man, he does amazing work, have a creative mind, and keeps thr conversation going... Moon is awesome as well, I go to her everytime when I need my eyebrows done...

I went there and got my nails done my high school graduation, and they ended up looking DISGUSTING!!!! I paid 50 dollars for a set of acrylic with normal nail polish no drawings or stones added (yep very over priced!!!). Not mentioned that they were ruined the next

Very nice employees. My nails came out pretty good but the eye lashes were ridiculously over done and the quality of the lashes didnt feel natural or look natural. I hope in the future they improve on this. But overall I had a very good experience with this Nail Salon.

TC and Sally are the best. I will not go to anyo e but those two. They take the time to get to know the people that comes to see them. They are very friendly and I love them both like family.

I came here for the first time today, I booked an appointment for 5:30 with Vi and came in five minutes early. Once I entered I told a young gentleman in the front I had an appointment booked for 5:30 with Vi, he responded rudely that I was skipped and started laughing obnoxiously and said I had to wait, I received a sincere look from Vi and she apologized multiple times that she had forgotten, I was upset but her work definitely made up for it. She’s very sweet and her work is AMAZING, despite for the mix up and the gentleman in the front, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning :). Much love to Vi!

If I can give this 0 stars I would. First of all, I went in there with a specific picture and design I wanted done for my nails. If they would have told me from the jump that they couldn’t do it then I would’ve taken my business elsewhere. But no, they didn’t they insisted on doing them anyways so while I’m in the middle of getting my nails done they take my card and charge my card for what I was getting done. She tells me $55 but charged me $65. My nails look horrible and they look nothing like the picture I showed. So they took my money and wouldn’t even give me a refund or do them over. I’m so upset because I get my nails done all the time and my nails are always nice this is so embarrassing I don’t even want to go outside. I will be filing a report on this as well.

I love Melissas Nail Salon. The owner does appreciate her customers and wants them to leave happy. Patricia #Chair1 does the best designs ever. Shes Hispanic, the first and only Hispanic I seen in an Asian salon ❤️Laura- #Chair2 is great as well, her fills and the way she does feet is the best ever. The shop however is a great shop, but Jenny in #Chair5 is really rude and disrespectful. She rushes her job and doesnt take in consideration that this is a business & customer satisfaction is the most important! If you have enough time and want the best designs in the Upstate region #Patricia #Chair1 is your girl ❤️❤️❤️

Paid 50 dollars to get my nails done they looked nice but within less than a week my nails were just breaking without me even bending or banging them on anything and every time I went to get a repair it was four dollars to fix each nail for the price I paid I dont think the should have been breaking off so quickly and I definitely should have not been charged to fix them when the knew I just got them done and they shouldnt have broke

They always do a great job here. Melissa is the only one who has touch my eyebrows in years. I have moved from Albany, to Schenectady, to Clifton Park. This is still the only place I go for my pedicures, nails, and eyebrows!!

Used to love coming to this place until a recent incident when one of the nail techs made a mistake and put acrylic on my nails when I ask for gel which I would’ve been fine with if they just corrected it for me free of charge because it rip pieces of my nail apart. But instead the owner wanted to yell threaten and hang up on me. So I will NEVER be going back there again and I suggest you to never have any issues with your nails because all the owner will do is be rude and disrespectful to you. Worst nail salon experience ever !!!!

Not the best results when I go there, I politely asked a nail tech can she fix my ring finger because the nail was slanted and very skinny compared to the rest and she roughed up my hand because she got frustrated that it wasn’t coming out right. You can tell she was rushing. I usuallly don’t give reviews but the lady was pretty rude from the start.

Workers very pleasant and down to earth. Very talented and helpdul to clients. Dowm side it very busy and long wait. But if you have time you wont be disappointed.

Went in for ANC overlay on my natural nails. No wait at all which was one of the only positive parts of the experience. When the lady went to soak my nails to remove the ANC I had on already she allowed my first hand to “soak” for maybe a minute. She proceeded to pry the anc off of my nails with her nail and a fake tip she found sitting next you her. Very uncomfortable and borderline painful. She was moving quickly but I didn’t mind because she was doing well and my nails were looking good. Then when it came time to let the nails dry a little after she put on the top coat she rushed and messed up my pinkie nail by rubbing it with her entire finger tip. After she attempted to fix it, creating a large bump that she then tried to file down. I asked her to fix it more and she filed it more and then put oil on the spot, shut her light off and stood up. All of the nails top coats are bumpy and uneven because she rushed. All together not a terrible experience but the rushing was unacceptable.

I came here right after an experience at another place that was awful! The lady in the first chair tried to help me. She filed my nails to look a little better but her paint job was awful! All I wanted was a navy blue color with a gold line. I was so horrified at how bad it was that I didnt even let the nails dry or ask for my money back or have her take it off because I just couldnt believe how ridiculous my nails looked! Then tried to blame it on the the messed up job that I got at another salon because she didnt do them. If she had actually put on my tips I dont know if it would have been any better than the way she painted them! There was polish on my fingers and the gold line that she painted was crooked on several nails! Never again.

I’m so upset I paid like $90 for my nails on May 29th and they started to fall off 8 days later. All I can say is must have been cheep with the Acrylic smh. Never again 😡

For gel manicure is $25. Without the manicure is $15 I dont know how much tips are cuz I dont get them but far as I know the service is good Ive been there before and theyre very pleasant to work with

Love this place.. Has become my go to place.. Tan (young male) is amazing, fast, very kool and funny.. He makes my visit here great!! I alwayd give him creative liscence to do anything he wants and i have never been disappointed.. Moon is the only one i let do my eye brows.. She does an amazing job... She is very clean too.. Mine Can be a lil pricey but if u get average tips and things its an average price.. I tend to go a lil beyond average so i pay more for it but totally worth it!!

The spanish women did my nails believe her name was patricia. She was on her headset phone the whole time and had acrylic all over my skin, thinking she was going to use the drill I didnt say anything until she starts buffing Im like can you please remove all of the acrylic on my skin around my nails and she tell the person on the phone I have to go I have a problem Client I then get up and tell the owner I hope her next customer doesnt speak spanish because she was incredibly rude. I will never go there again. And on top of it I let the owner know she just sits there and acts like she dont speak english, girls like oooooooo. Never again
