Fawlty Towers couldn’t do a worse job. Parked in the Hilton car park following signs. Couldn’t find the office. Phoned them. Told to move the car to Hilton pull up point. Had to argue way out of paying for parking at the Hilton. Found reception. Told to move car back to where I started. Met lady half way back (it’s about a five minute walk/drive from reception to car park) who then took the keys to inspect the vehicle. She then left the keys in another customers car. Utter joke.

I rent cars from Hertz at this location for 3 years. Im afraid my last rental will be the last. The staff working there couldnt be more rude. I called the place on Monday to reserve a car for Wednesday because the website didnt allow any intermediate size vehicle to be book online. She treated very poorly on the phone. When I arrived Wednesday morning to pick up my car she was even more rude. When I was leaving the store to pick up the car age informed I would need to fill the car. I also asked if she had a car with CD player and she said we do but Im not giving it to you. The car she gave was dirty. I was in a rush and I took it. When I came back today, she received me back even nastier than the day before. I informed her that she gave me a car having only 1/8 of fuel and I was returning with half a tank. Should I have a refund? She made a duh face. Also I wrote the final milage in the paper but not in the place she wanted and she again gave me the face. I decided to remove myself from the hostile situation. I rent cars from this place for work through the OGS Ccontract and personal use. Im a repeated business customer. The previous staff who worked there were always courteous. I could read in her face that my foreigner accent was bothering her. Hertz wake up. That location is in Hotel and hotels host foreigners. Im done with hertz and Im also going to make sure my coworkers and friends will not use hertz anymore.

Malcom at the downtown Albany location is pretty awesome. Its hot in the building so he shared hours AC with us. Hertz is the only place e rent from... They are cheap and usually have nice cars.

On the web and at the location, it says on door, Closed 11-12 and then the other hours. Perfect, no problem. However I waited at this location for an hour after 12pm! I called one of the numbers and the woman said, this location is temporarily closed. Um where does it say that and did it say that when I was making my reservation??? And then she gave me attitude and didnt even offer a discount or something else for the inconvenience. Overall she was very rude and annoyed that she had to come there. Sorry you have to do your job :/ they should just close this location if no one wants to work there! The best part about online booking and living in America, is convenience. Except at this location.

Was very I formative and made me feel comfortable with helping me and my family choosing the right rental

No one there, door locked from 0830 to 930. No one answers the phone.
