Great experience. My son can be a bit wiggly. Tina was great with him. Would definitely recommend if you got kids.

Friendly Professional that are very accommodating.

We went for a haircut for my 2 year old and that was a 5 star job. It was his first haircut and they did so well talking to him and telling him what they were doing and the haircut was done nicely as well. The reason for the 2 stars is bcuz after the haircut I got an eyebrow wax. The lady was very nice but I left with 1 and a half eyebrows instead of 2 full eyebrows. Now I do have fine hair blonde eyebrows so mayb they arent the easiest to wax, but I also got wax in my hair and on my eyelids. Il take some of the blame for the wax on my eyelids because my blinking at the wrong time wasnt her fault. Its mayb 3 weeks later tho and I still have wax on my eyelids and cant get it off. (Mayb not their fault either?) anyway I have had better eyebrow waxing expirances.. please note tho that the ladies were great people.. I rarely write reviews but seemed mayb I would this time..

This is by far my favorite place to go for haircuts. The staff is amazing! They pay very close attention to details, and your haircuts always turn out great. I have yet to have a bad experience and I have been going to this staff for 4 years now.

Super nice and helpful in suggestions for an attractive style for framing my face. I really enjoyed talking with Tina and she is very knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to go to this salon. I will be back for sure.

Awful Customer Service! When walking in to the studio with my family, not one stylist greeted us. We stood at the front waiting to even be verbally acknowledged. Each stylist looked at us and looked at each other as if they were questioning why we walked in. Finally one stylist walks half way up to the podium and says, “hello?”, my husband replies, “ Hi, do you by chance cut children’s hair?” She replies with hesitation, “um, well, normally, but we’re far too busy today.” I quickly replied, ok, thank you. And we walked out leaving with the most unwelcoming uncomfortable feeling.A salon we will return to or recommend to!

This is the only place I will go to get my hair done. The staff are extremely nice and attentive to my needs. They are great with kids and worth every penny!

Just was told by Debra she was behind (15 minutes past my scheduled time) and I could come back later. Funny, I made a appointment with Tine 2 hours before and wasnt told there might be an issue. Too bad. Nice place and good haircut.

Ive been seeing Debra for my haircut for a long time, even before they moved to Studio 401. The day they moved from Precision Cuts to Studio 401 I freaked out and tracked them down. That is how good these people are.

I schedule a cut and color three weeks ago, I called ahead to find out where they were since their normal location was fenced off and closed then arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. I was not greeted or asked what I was there for for the first twenty minutes. Once I was asked they said that the person I was schedule with was running behind, waited for another thirty minutes. I finally get in the chair and show the lady what I want done and she tells me she cant do color. I told her that I had scheduled a cut and color and she stated that the appointment was with mellissa and that she just left. They tried to call her back but she was already doing someone elses hair but that we could reschedule for next Saturday. There was no apology, no effort made at all to try and make it right. I will never go back to this place. I am generally a pretty chill person but when I have to wait three weeks for a hair appointment and then another hour just to be told that they cant do what I schedule the appointment for and do nothing at all to try and make it right then they have just lost a customer.
