Update: Still seeing no enforcement of mask policy even within 10-20 feet of the front desk since posting this review.Unfortunately, mask enforcement only happens at the entrance. Every day, I see guys flaunting not wearing masks around the weight machine area just steps away from the front desk or membership office, and nothing is every done. Ive seen them let people in without masks who just throw a towel on their face. The lack of masks is a problem especially after 6pm, as the staff with any authority to reprimand members have already departed for the day. I know several people who had breakthrough infections this month, and this establishment doesnt require vaccinations. When Ive mentioned this to the front desk, they responded that they could be shut down for not complying with the county health ordinance. Seems like they are more concerned with appearing in compliance than actually providing a safe environment for members. Ive spoken to some of these guys about wearing masks myself and they continue to not wear one unless instructed by a staff member.Hope this place gets up to code soon and sends a staff member around every hour to enforce their policies, will update this review once I noticed a change. Been a member on and off for over 25 years so I hope they can get back up to code soon.

I finally felt secure enough go return to the gym, and their COVID precautions make me feel comfortable and safe. Things are kept clean and disinfected in the gym and locker room.

I love how you at these commercials about inclusiveness. but when I do research there is no way that any normal person can afford this. This is totally a club for people who are all about themselves

Great health club! Family oriented, in a beautiful setting, the staff is wonderful! Gym, hot tub, heated pool, spa, tennis, child care, after school kids club, summer kids camp, etc.

Disappointed with my family membership in the club. This place seems to be geared towards elder members and kids under 14 are not welcome/allowed in most of their programs or classes no matter how well behaved the kids are. When we were sold the membership the rep reassured us that our kids could participate in the classes. Anyway they refunded our membership in full. So I would not recommend this club for families with kids. So if you are looking to hang out with lots of older ladies who dislike kids this is the club for you.

I just had a very disappointing interaction with the head of maintenance for the club regarding the bike locks. Some of you may have noticed that the club intends to cut off any locks left attached to the bike rack. I am one of those that leaves a U-lock type bike lock at the club because it is one of the most secure locks, and not easily carried while you are riding. For convenience, consequently, I leave the lock attached and retrieve it when I am at the club.I understand the desire of the club to remove the locks, but I think there should be a reasonable alternative, which I suggested to the maintenance person - build a small free standing rack out of galvanized pipe, placed in one of the dirt planter areas near the bike rack, and let those who want to store a lock there do so.Seems simple and provides a reasonable accommodation. The maintenance person, clearly uninterested in my suggestion offered this solution - take your lock with you.Thank you sir, for the insight and interest in trying to see other options.I am quite disappointed in the interaction and dismissive way the maintenance person conducted the conversation.

You can go and have spa services even if youre not a member. The place is showing its age but I kinda like the retro feel of the locker room.

Harbor Bay Club is a lovely quiet oasis on Bay Farm, facing the water. This review is really for a massage therapist who works there, Lori Melero.I have worked with Lori Melero for several years, so when she relocated her practice there- I followed her. Lori has over 20 years of experience that has allowed her to hone her unique blend of gentle intuitive massage, body work, and energy clearing. She also skillfully infuses essential oils into her work with clients if they want that. Lori creates a calming, safe, and non-judgmental space for her clients to rejuvenate and to heal. Her work is powerful and effective. I always feel big rippling shifts in my body and life for weeks after a session with her. If youre looking for a massage that is more than just a massage, but something that also helps your body and life balance and expression- see Lori Melero!

Overpriced. Not worth the money, but so many people you know go there that you get sucked in. Dont like the yearly membership. They need to offer a summer package.

A nice selection of equipment, beautiful location, warm pool, but definitely needs an update from the late 80s early 90s decor. The womens locket room needs to be scrubbed with bleach and recaulked to get rid of the moldy parts. Recent massage done was ok, but there is zero ambiance to the spa area. You can tell the lack of flow from turning raquetball rooms into weight areas, it needs to be updated badly!
