I would suggest homeowners and non HVAC contractors to search AMAZON and other online sites because they wont sell even the simplest of parts to you. Not even as a cash account. They force you to not shop local. It was a positive for me because I saved well over a hundred dollars and received the item in one day on my door step.

It would sure be nice if someone would answer the phone. Being put on hold for 15-20 minutes is getting pretty old.

The staff is always helpful and courteous!
