Our air conditioner stopped working on a 90 degree summer day. Our house was 78 degrees. I called Hybrid and they were able to get someone out the next day to look at it. Within 24 hours, Trevor stopped out to take a look at our AC unit. Trevor was wonderful! He was very professional, efficient, and thorough. He clearly explained the issue to us and checked our freon. Their pricing is very reasonable and they truly work to resolve the issue! I would highly recommend Hybrid to my friends and family!

I had an issue with my air conditioning unit and there were a few things going on with it but it definitely was not working and I had no idea what the issue could have been. I send a message to this business online and very fast I got a call back from an employee named Steve.This guy really set the bar for what customer service should be and when a business could gain money from someone that had no idea about air conditioning units and service calls as I am a new homeowner this guy did not take advantage of that.He really helped me get an idea as to what the issues could be and what I could do to take care of them before they would have to come out and take a look at it. If I could give this business 10 Stars I would I want to say thank you Steve very much and if his boss reads this give this guy a raise he deserves it because anytime I ever think Heating and Cooling now or have any issues with my systems you can bet my first phone call is going to be hybrid. Got multiple bids and Hybrid came in at a very reasonable price for the models and high efficiency that I wanted. Brian gave me bids quickly and everything was ordered and installed within a week. Dan and Shane did a great job with the install. My home is much more comfortable all day, more consistent temperatures throughout the day, and no more hot spots upstairs. Hybrid put in my furnace and AC and has been servicing those same systems for about 10 years now. I have had nothing but very good service from them. They are prompt and very professional. The price is good too. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

Trevor and Dan came out today to install an Aprilaire humidifier. They arrived on time and were very professional. They even listened to my complaint about the filter placement. They suggested a side opening for easier removal. I agreed and they were able to do it today.Both guys were very friendly and explained how to use the humidifier. They cleaned up their work space and where gone in two hours.I highly recommend Hybrid Heating and Cooling, I will be calling them again.

WOW!Just finished my experience with Hybrid. After my AC went out yesterday, and being on and off the phone with every AC tech in this area, one stood far above the rest. Dan came out today, on short notice, to refill our freon. 2 years in a row, Blind & Sons claimed we didnt have freon. Last year Blind & Sons claimed no leak after testing and refill. Put locks on because they said they claimed someone was huffing our freon. Now same problem this year, and Blind & Sons wanted to charge more than 2x than last year (not counting the actual cost to repair component that is leaking)?!Hybrid came out, and tested and refilled FOR LOWER THAN LAST YEARS COST! Dan was thorough, professional, and friendly. Thank you Dan, Hybrid now has new permanent customers in us. My wife and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone who needs a quality HVAC company.

Would NOT recommend Hybrid unless it’s an emergency and you’re willing to pay top dollar.Called because my heat pump was encased in ice. The contractors themselves are very cordial, professional, and great guys. The bill, however, was exorbitant and unnecessary. The contractors spent the majority of the time on with tech support, multiple hours of muzak for which I was charged. It is not the customer’s responsibility to pay for their learning curve. As professionals in heating and cooling, I’d expect them to be able to troubleshoot initially without the aid of tech support. In speaking with several other heating and cooling professionals on my own, without even seeing the unit, they each correctly diagnosed the issue.Hybrid replaced a part, but the issue was not corrected, so they had to come back out for yet another service call and more hours on the phone with tech support. They did their best to come back out in a timely manner, but got called away on other service calls. They did not let me know until 4pm that they would not be able to come after initially scheduling a morning slot. I was undercharged initially and they called back days later to request corrected payment, which I complied with even though it was their mistake!Charged ~$850, only $250 of which was parts. Taking all that into consideration, the manager would not even offer a small discount on the service time. A simple olive branch of 15% or 20% off the service time would have sufficed. He offered a lengthy set of excuses, even indicating that they knew tech support would take hours and that I’d be billed for it. They knew this and didn’t mention it to me. If you don’t know the machinery, say that! They get an F on customer satisfaction!!!

Called because I had an evident leak in an ac unit (had it filled a year prior and it was blowing hot again) so they came out to fix it. I find out after the fact that they just filled it back up without finding the leak, charged me for an overtime call that I had no knowledge of, and here I am a month later and its back to blowing hot after paying them $400. Called and was met with a bunch of excuses and no solutions. Would not recommend.

Called after hrs bc my furnace stopped working and we have a 3 mnth old so had to have heat. Guy came out on o.t. hrs and was here for 30 mins to tell me i needed a new circuit board. 120 bucks for that 30 mins and if i wanted it fixed right then and there it would be another 75 bucks to open the shop up and get the circuit board on top of the 120 and the 380 for the board. I opted to wait for morning and have them fix it then on regular time. They came first thing in the morning and fixed my furnace in bout an hr. Guys were both super nice and professional. I would recommend trying to call a couple other places if you have an emergency after hrs first unless your pockets are deep. Other than the pricey service they were very fast and courteous. I know its just business but they could def do without the 75 buck open the shop up to get a part fee. My total after opting to have it done the next day was 503 bucks. I would highly recommend these guys on regular business hrs bc they are knowledgable and courteous, just wouldnt recommend if u have an emergency after hrs.
