The company is very honest and upfront. Bud was very nice and straight forward. Best pricing in town. I had 6 different companies come out and their pricing is the best. Even other companies said their pricing is amazing and they cant beat that. Excellent work and customer service. Jennifer was very nice and friendly from customer service. I got a new AC and new Heat unit, new thermostat and co2 detector for under 6000 dollar. they got it a done in one day. I would strongly recommend them!!!!

Always good techs, good service, on time, reasonable rates.

They were always responsive but they installed our heat pump incorrectly. Had constant issues until a Train rep came out and said the wiring was hooked up wrong.

Amazing service and care. Replaced the air conditioner in my 97 year old fathers house. They could not of been nicer or more helpful. The installer patiently explained everything and answered all of Daddys questions. Cant thank Bud and his employees enough

So the technician comes to my house to clean and tune the furnace. He immediately hits me with the you have cracks in your air intake, big gaps... and tells me he cant tune my furnace. My family is in immediate danger. Then tells me how they have furnace installs on sale. He was in my house for 90 seconds. 90 seconds and I need a new furnace. I was then charged $70 for the service. Look, I teach, I dont install furnaces and I understand that the nature of the business relies on a companys ability to scare me into paying for expensive equipment because I dont know anything about furnaces. I get it. The man was in my house for 90 seconds. I wont be using Buds Heating and Cooling in the future. I hope the $70 was worth it.

We called Bud’s about our furnace going out. They had an associate to our house within a few hours and identified the issue. We ended up having to replace the furnace. They had a crew out the next morning, had our old furnace out and new one in within a few hours. They were very professional and respectful. Highly recommend them!

Wouldn’t go with anyone else. Great folks, informative technicians and knowledgeable installers provide trust and gives me the security that I made the right call on an expensive investment.

They came out were very professional from the gentlemen who put in my furnace to the lady who works in the office. I set up a service for my furnace they came out Tuesday the gentleman was kind and explained I needed a new due to the age of mine and the office lady helped get financed and they came out the next day and installed my new one !!

Called there number looking for a part, got answering service they took my number and a tech called me back promptly . He was very helpful over the phone got me through the weekend. Had Central AC installed in for the upstairs of our 1900 era Victorian home. They handled a very technical install utilizing a spare closet for the air handler and ran insulated ductwork throughout the attic! Major problem solving required.

Bud has done both AC work and fixed our furnace for us. I called him at 7am saying our furnace was out and he was at our house by 8am and had it fixed very quickly. He is priced reasonably and very reliable. I Highly recommend him!

Bud’s heating and cooling was cognizant of my schedule even though I was calling in for a repair and was frustrated with one of their competitors. They were able to offer me a four hour window and sent a text when they were on their way. The person on the phone was top notch, professional, but friendly. My technician, Bob, found and fixed the issue right away, but took the time to give the system a visual check and to install a replacement filter that we had sitting near the furnace. Charges were reasonable. I have scheduled a maintenance cleaning which I’ve been meaning to do anyway. Even with the purchase of a spare filter, my bill was only about $50 more than what the competitor was going to charge me just to show up. So, to be clinche, I vote them fast, honest, and fair!

Beware of Buds Heating and cooling I got charged $120 for them to tell me I needed a new AC Compressor which is fine so I told them I have insurance and they will take care of the replacement but they would have to call the insurance company and tell them what the problem is.They said they would and then give me a call back afterwards.i waited several day then called them and they said they dont take insurance because it takes too long to get paid and I told them the insurance company said once they call they would be paid on the spot by the insurance company they told me that bud the owner would have to ok it first and I would be givin a call back soon I never received a call and when I call to see if bud ok it I was giving the runaround so I just went to another company to get my Central Air replaced...I believe that this company has something dirty going on and I hope that the information that I forwarded to the right people will uncover that..So dont get scammed by this company stay Away I warned you so if you get this kind of treatment its on you...

The service was very bad. Bud the owner looked at my furnace. Bud was completely wrong about what was needed to be fixed on my furnace. He ordered a part that was not even needed and told me to wait 10 days with no heat.After I paid the bill with Buds heating and cooling. I had to contact a different heating and cooling company and they fixed my furnace in 20 minutes.I would stay far away from Buds heating and Cooling. Bud has no idea what he is doing. Bud also has a bad temper, and will try to push you in to buying a new furnace when you dont even need one.

Buds installed a furnace and air conditioner. It was installed in one day, they cleaned up the work area and removed the old unit. We have had the unit for 7 months and are satisfied with the product they sold us and their workmanship

Had a Very poor experience with Bud himself. I had problems with my air that just needed a easy fix with I got with another company and not with bud wanted to add alot of extra things to the bill to get it fixed that were not needed. So Beware!!
