I want to share the remarkable experience I had with BMS CAT not only with my unfortunate stove fire but dealing with the COVID pandemic shutdown. While Andrew was my initial first contact Jay M. was the Project Manager overseeing my project and primary point of contact. Jay was not only an amazing PM who coordinated and organized all the contractors involved on this project but keep it moving along to meet the completion deadline. He went above and beyond not only to make this stressful situation for me as seamless as possible but was available to answer any and all questions I had. He always ensured the safety of not only myself but the contractors working in my home from any possible and unnecessary exposure to the virus by following proper protocols and procedures. What an asset he is to the organization. His follow up to any and all issues that I had during this lengthy project were dealt with not only on a timely basis but to my 100% satisfaction as he held his contractors to the highest professional standards. I could not have asked for a better PM! The end result far exceeded my expectations and again I can’t thank everyone involved enough for this experience. I would truly commend them on a job well done and great customer service throughout my ordeal.
