I needed my carpet cleaned and called at 6:30am and to my surprise Lynn answered the phone. They were able to come out the next day Saturday. Called me to see if they could come earlier and let me know when they were on their way. Always appreciated! They did a great job. My dog had some issues and put him the bedroom while they were cleaning the family room. After they left my dog had had an accident in the bedroom. I called them to see if they could maybe come back on Monday and they were so nice and said they could come come back after their next appt. They cleaned the bedroom and did an awesome job. They were both so friendly professional and personable and the carpets looked great. I highly recommend them. Thanks again!!

Had my vents cleaned, carpeting cleaned and dryer vent cleaned out by this wonderful husband and wife team who did a great job. I have a dog so needless. to say the carpeting had son stains. He did a great job on the stains. Unbeknownst to me there was a birds nest in the dryer venting outside. He removed it along with a backup of lint (a fire waiting to start). They were very personable, they worked fast and explained what they were doing. I would definitely call them again and definitely refer them to others.

Called for dryer vent cleaning. The two other companies I had in the past didnt fix my problem. Andy came to my home and had it fixed within 15 minutes. He really knows his business. For years I have been frustrated with my kitchen floor. I was never able to get it clean and wanted someone to professionally clean it for me. Im a senior and didnt know who to call so I asked around if anyone knew someone who could help me. When youre my age its easy to get taken advantage of and pay more than youre supposed to! What a wonderful company! Referred by a friend Andy came to my house to give me an estimate on my ducts and soiled carpet. My air ducts had not been cleaned in many years so the dust and even black mold were evident upon inspection. Not only was the price fair but what an outstanding job he did and he supplied an industrial fan to ensure the carpet dried thoroughly. We had our air ducts clean by Lynn and Andy team and they were very through and very professional. Since we have a 2 yr old and a 7 month we wanted to make sure our ducts are clean and they were the best team out there for it! Highly recommended!!

Carpets looked great. Only thought excessive water usage until a lil over a month discovering water damage in many areas involving the trim in my home. Find someone licensed and insured and a company looking for repeat business. New homes do not use same materials as older homes. Older homes have pine more study trim. New construction uses builder grade so it doesnt take much to ruin those. Owner provided names of 2 of his construction people, never came to see the damage and is outright refusing to acknowledge my complaint. Im taking my complaint to small claims court. It will be my first time filing such. FIND A COMPANY MORE REPUTABLE.

Just awful. The guy who came over would not stop chatting about random stuff, broke my air switch flip, never apologized for that with the comment it never gets used anyways, left dirty handprints on my freshly painted walls and my white dining chair as he needed to hold onto something when he was getting up. Didnt do a good job either - my vacuum cleaner can still suck some pieces out of the ducts. Waste of money + addition damage.Just a scam - use GreenAirCare instead.

I called Budget King to provide carpet cleaning services after one of my cats urinated on the steps of the staircase. None of the store bought cleaners I purchased worked. From the on set they were honest and transparent about what they could do and how much it would cost. Ben was very knowledgeable and personable. He made several recommendations to help future incidents and was very super friendly overall. Even though the smell isn’t 100% gone (because it penetrated the carpet padding) - he did everything he could to make it better including coming out a second time free of charge. My clothes were taking longer than usual to dry. I was about ready to purchase a new dryer. When talking to my neighbor she stated she had the same problem earlier. She told me to have my dryer vent cleaned so I went on Google and called Budget King. Andy came out and found a bird nest on the outside vent .He cleaned it out and put a pest guard on so no more birds could get in. He also cleaned the dryer vent on the inside as well. I couldnt believe the amount of lint he pulled out. It could of caused a fire. I am now on a yearly maintenance cleaning schedule. A big thank you Andy for a job well done!

Where do I start with my experience with A. Roto Restoration... So, Ill start from the beginning... July 18, 2017 my family received some AWFUL news, my cousins 1 year son was diagnosed with Stage 3 Cancer. While, they were in Children Hospital Itasca, Wood Dale and surrounding area got hit with that terrible storm. Meanwhile, at the hospital my cousin wasnt aware of what kind of damage was done at his home. His basement to his house had flooded, he lost furniture, clothes, and all their babies toys. I (Lissette Neal) live in Cleveland, Ohio and starting making calls to local businesses around the surrounding areas looking for someone to help me cleaning out my cousins basement. A. Roto Restoration, was the 3rd company that I called, Andy (owner) answered the phone... Me, (with a shaking voice) asking him if he had 5 minutes for me to explain my situation, without any hesitation, he replies of course, with that I processed by telling him about my cousins baby being diagnosed with Stage 3 Cancer and while he was at the hospital his house flooded. I that was looking for help, Pro Bono Work, or even Huge Discount on helping my family to get their home back in order, so that they didnt have to worry about the baby getting sick and any infection while he was going though chemo and radiation. Andy, had expressed that he wasnt having the best either, he expressed that he completed another job for a basement that flood, and they refused to pay him. And, all Im thinking was... Im here looking for someone who has a compassionate heart to help my family in there time of need. Andy, told me he wasnt sure why, I was sent to him, or maybe just a the sunshine of his day. He told me of course I can help you! Andy went to my cousins house looked at what had to be done. My cousin, asked him how much would this be mind you, I told Andy if its a couple hundred to let ME know. My cousins world has been flipped upside down and he has enough to worry about. So, Andy told my cousin DONT WORRY, I GOT IT... ITS ON ME!!! WOW!!! How Amazing of him... Andy, expressed that my cousin, just stared at him like a deer in headlights of shock. I cant express on How Grateful, I am to have find someone So Amazing, who is willing to help a family in need. With, the bad day that he had and for someone to have the means to pay and wouldnt is just Terrible. But, Andy and his Family was there to help mine. I will also be Grateful for him and his family. God what a great guy i called A ROTO Restoration and had told him i had some leaky pipes in the bssement and were just dealing with it till we had a fullout flood. I was lucky to reach him so late in the evening.He was promt returning my call and came out that evening gave me a ballpark figure on the job price for removal of water soaked walls with or without mold. I wouldnt recommend this company, first-time over the phone when asking for information- an estimate... they told me tha they charge $ 5,99 for room for basic cleaning? So I hired them to clean 4 rooms... in a new house that I jus bought, the carpet wasnt that dirty, so it just need it basic cleaning, on the cleaning day, a guy show up and take look and mesures of the rooms, then he explained me that carpet was really dirty and need it to be deep cleaning then he told me the price of $ 340 dollars, I asking why that high price, he doesnt what to answer, so I agreed because I though that they really going to cleaning up really good? The I saw the guy bring it in a kind of big rental carpet cleaning machine, similar to those on rental stores, I took him 50 minutes to clean 4 rooms 12 stairs steeps? Meaning that he didnt really clean up good the carpet did dry on less than 2 hours, I wouldnt hiring they services again... Ok and see that you answer to my review ok... Obviously all this good reviews are from paid people or workers... This company are a fraud... dont use their services or you will learn the hard way...when you found out the ridiculous overpriced service...

Worst on commitment. They overbook and over commit and then dontappear for service on committed date. I did all prep work for them get room stuff out and now come to know after calling them they cannot come. crazy!!!
