After checking a few companies and their reviews Ive contacted Top air solutions, and after speaking with Mike, Ive decided to hire them to do the duct cleaning in my house. They arrived precisely on the time scheduled, they came with all the equipment, and they both did an amazing job. They are both very nice and friendly, and they completed the work in 3 hours as promised. They did a clean and efficient job and I am very satisfied with their work. Outstanding experience today. Friendly call before my techs arrived. They were actually early. The 2 techs that did the work (john and David) were professional, friendly and thorough. They explained the steps they were taking as they performed the work. I highly recommend this company and would use them again.

Did an amazing job! Came out and cleaned all my ducts, then cleaned my dryer vent. I purchased a new dryer and it wouldnt dry - come to find out it was the dryer vent was clogged. They blasted air through it and used a brush to remove a lot of lint, great company. Thanks again

The team called about 30 minutes ahead of time to say they were on their way. They arrived at the exact time of the appointment. They quickly diagnosed the duct set-up and went to work. They left everything clean and in perfect order. The final cost was at the bottom of the range they had estimated over the phone. It was well-worth the money.

They also placed a UV Light in my system to kill any germs, bacteria, and possible mold that could be blown through the air vents, which my family breathes. I am one of those people that do not leave reviews often but these guys were great. Just had my rental property serviced and they did a tremendous job. It was on a such short notice and they were able to get me on schedule immediately. Asked to have my home serviced as well.

Great and fast company ! I had work done in my apartment not to long ago and Top air provided me with the best service. I had old and dry batts that had to be removed. When I called the company to see what the next step would be to remove it, they kindly explain the work that needs to be done with this kind of project. They confirmed to see what date works best for me, and we set up a date and they came and removed it after that they had installed a new blow in insulation, I had no complaints and we can really feel the differents.

John and his partner came to my house on time. Worked fast and explained everything. They even showed me before and after pictures of my air ducts which have never been cleaned by the previous owner of the house. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10.

What a scam. They wouldnt honor the $69 coupon. Same as other reviews - said there was mold and needed to be sanitized. Quoted me for five times that much. Left messes throughout, including dryer fuzz all over my patio (which hasnt happened before when we had our ducts cleaned by other companies) and vent covers, etc put on incorrectly.

I shopped around for 3 days getting quotes to have my air ducts cleaned in a new house my wife and I purchased. We ended up going with Top air when they described that not all contractors were licensed and certified. Not to mention they had fair pricing in comparison. The day of the work the two gentlemen quoted 3 hours time to clean the entire 3,200 sq ft home, and they finished nearly exactly as promised. They also provided the before and after shots so that I could see the difference the cleaning had made. Thank you John and the top air crew.

I get price for 199, and asked confirmed before, they said full deep cleaning, but when they come they said they will not do main line, and changed price for 250usd. What is meaning of cleaning if its not main line. Its like cheating. I was agree. But the tools, vacuum was not professional. Sam was very polite, helpful and friendly. He did best job! BE AWARE!! They lie to get service!!I had called service for Air duct cleaning, 2 technicians reached on time, as they were inspecting vents they claimed it has lot of dirt/bacteria/virus and needed sanitation(I agree) I have kids and that is expected to see some stuff in vents.First Lie: Went to inspect furnace with one technician, he claimed there is lot of dirt on the furnace blower and needed a complete system cleaning, I disagreed as the furnace was inspected a year ago and cleaned with proper maintenance and confirmed its dust free, then the technician agreed its very little dust on the blower, when I looked myself with technician its just few(very few) dust particles, entire unit was very clean.Second Lie: While we were near furnace, the other technician came back with a phone camera picture claiming there is mold in my vents. when I asked him which vent, he took to laundry room, I asked him how he took picture and when I started taking pictures there is no Mold at all... Ive asked other technician to take picture and confirm, he confirmed there is no mold.I lost trust and said I dont need service and they just left without closing the Furnace and vents.be careful!! had service call on 8/1/2021

Typical run about. One price advertised, another price when they show up. Won’t do any work unless it’s at the higher cost. Too much up selling, don’t need a UV light in my furnace or biannual cleaning. Hour and 15 minutes late. I’m sure the vents are clean and their sanitizer smelt great.

I used top air to clean my air vents and to tune up my AC. the came in time, they was very respectful and informative. my duct looks spotless and my AC works great, thank you top air .

I had a technician come over to clean my vents but they sent me a sales person instead. He informed us that there was mold in the vents but the home was tested for mold just a few weeks ago and there is none. All I wanted was the $69 vent cleaning and dryer vent cleaning service (as advertised) but he refused to do it. When I asked him if he could just clean my dryer vent, he couldn’t even find the dryer vent until I pointed it out and he said a different technician would have to come out to service it because he doesn’t know how to. Last time I checked I was under the impression that he was there to do both the dryer vent and air duct cleaning but it looks like he had no intention to honor the advertised deal. At the end he just said it would be $899 and another option for $699 for the mold cleaning which I wasn’t interested in and he never gave me the option for just cleaning the dryer vent.

Too many surprises for my taste. Was not told about any additional services BEFORE the tech, Alex, showed up at my elderly father’s house! I was quoted $189 for complete filtration of my father’s house. When Alex showed up at my dad’s house, dad was “offered” additional services at an additional price, but my dad wasn’t told how much it would be and Alex, talking to me on the phone, would not tell me the price of the additional services! They ended up leaving my fathers house without doing a thing.Avoid! Dishonest! My red flags were going off everywhere. Also, a friend discovered that they have a one star rating on the Better Business Bureau website with several similar complaints and law suits!

Sean and John were a great team. They were very patient and informative of the services as they performed them. I thought they did a great job, and we will be having them out next year to sanitize our vent system. They thoroughly clean each vent and sanitized them. They did an outstanding job!

I will be calling on behalf of my mom on Monday. IF they do not do right by her, I will be contacting the BBB. Inappropriate texts, RUDE, lying, and very deceitful. I hope they did their job because Im having another company come in to make sure they did what we paid them to do. I think they didnt even do the dryer vent. I am beyond upset.

Michael (technician) and John were amazing! They did an awersome job cleaning our ducts and vents and making them look brand new! They even let us know of a mold problem we have in our new home that we were not aaware of and got rid of it, and they explained how to maintain our ducts and vents. Highly recommend these guys! Total waste of time they comeOn and barely even look in the vents and then say they see mold when I know I don’t have mold they then opened up my humidifier to look at the furnace — they broke my bracket of the humidifier and the casing. Then proceeded to tell me they need to go call the office to let me know the cost of a antibacterial anti mold spray before doing anything- guy comes back and says it will be $499 when all I wanted and needed was a super basic air vent cleaning. I politely denied and they left. I looked in the vents with my cell the same as they did and saw very minimal dust and NO MOLD! Later that night I felt the furnace room boiling with heat -I go in there and the whole bracket is cracked and the front of the humidifier is hanging.This “$69” deal is bs and now I have to purchase a whole new humidifier for the house.. wish I never called.

Bait and switch company. The price will change as soon as the men arrive at your house. After calling the office and agreeing to a price, the work continued. The next day I noticed the air was not blowing through the vents. They BROKE my air conditioning (which is only a few years old) and will not return my phone call. I have another company coming to repair it today and I will be submitting the bill to Top Air. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Called for the $69 special I received in the valpak mailing and was told they charge extra for apartments and condos because the vents are located in the upper walls. They could only offer a deep cleaning for $199. What a joke. Bait and switch much? Would have rated 0 stars, but didnt have the option.

The coupon from valpak was not honored. Alex was very unprofessional and he even charged us $89 for just the dryer vent alone which he did not even clean it thoroughly and other vents were not cleaned. We asked him to check the vent inside and he said it was not part of their job. I would have rated 0 star but that was not an option.

I did not have a good experience; they charged three times more money than what was advertised for a deep cleaning and they did not do a deep cleaning as expected. they used a brush attached to a drill to clean the vents with a shop vac to remove the dust. They did not clean the duct even though there was already an acess panel there, they also did not clean the dryer vent, the technician claimed because there was no dryer, he could not clean it even thouh he would have to disconnect the dryer to clean the vent. I called the owner he never called back and my check has long been cashed. Find reputable duct cleaning company who has the proper equipment and save your money.Its interesting that the owner responded to a review after a month but never bothered to return my call after the receptionist promised that he would call within 2 days. i posted the review after waiting a week for him to call me. If you are looking to clean your duct work, there is a local company running a TV ad with the right tools, go with them and save yourself the headache and money or buy the rotary tool from Amazon and attach to a drill youll get the same result as I did from Top Air Solutions.

Do not recommend.They will try to scam you. They will say you have mold in your vents and you have to use a special chemical to remove it.It’s not true as we had another reputable company come out and we had no mold.Never put any chemicals in your vents as the air circulates it will spread the chemicals throughout your home and you will inhale these unnecessary fumes.

People be aware of this business. They will use their coupons in the mail to get you into your house and then give you an estimate Of $600 or more and still try to up sell you more stuff for another $300. We purchased a $650 package and they needed up vacuuming the vents with a shop vac and on top of that left all the dirt around my vents in my kids rooms.(something I could of done myself) Definitely not using this company again.

Initially they were nice. I wanted to get the vents cleaned for the valpak $69.99 deal. I checked my vents before hand and they didn’t seem bad so I figure it’d qualify just to get it freshen up. They inspected the vents and noticed some bugs and mild little black spots and it instantly became $199.00. I’m not sure what actually concludes to that price since they just did the regular cleaning anyways. Some of the vents weren’t put back properly and there were still dust in some of the vents. Also they never inspected afterwards like it said they do so they technically didn’t complete the service. They basically did what the $69.99 deal says they do but it cost $199.00.

The employee showed my husband the dust and recommended the deep cleaning which came out to $549.00 . We thought that was a bit extreme but went along with this package ASSUMING we would get the senior citizen discount. We should have read all the other reviews and took their advise because this company operates on bait and switch. When I called Lisa again she explained that the package was discounted and after going back and forth 4 times about it (she was extremely unprofessional), I said Im done arguing. This place is unreal! Getting an attorney and also reporting to the BBB!

Scheduled their brushing package for unlimited vent cleaning and free dryer vent cleaning for $50. Crew arrived early within their window with a courtesy call ahead, which was appreciated. However, once they started opening up the ducts they had nothing but excuses. They found mold which would cost $400 to clean and work today would only expose the mold to the entire house, so they didnt do any duct work. They still charged a full $50 for the dryer cleaning and the visit, although the dryer cleaning was supposedly free.

The servicemen were very nice. They were late, though, without any warning. While they explained everything thoroughly, the manager did not honor the 10% discount which means I was overcharged. Thats not a good business practice.

I called these guys cuz of their $49 special that I received in the mail. Then when they came in today to check our vents, they said it will actually cost $700?!? Unfortunately I was not home at the time. But my wife told me they sounded pushy to do it so we ended up going with them to get it out of the way. But I will never consider them again or recommend them to anyone I know. I shouldve listened to all the reviews of the scam they put out. I suggest to go with a different company. These guys are shady business.

Good service, worker was very pushy about up selling a sanitizer spray for $150 that is not needed. There were two guys and one of them wouldn’t stop bothering me and trying to sell me on other cleaning procedures. I was working from home and was trying to work but the guy kept talking to me. $350 to just clean out my air ducts was pricey to begin with and the whole experience made me feel uncomfortable. The guy even made me write a 5 star review in front of him and then he took a picture of it. That was the weirdest thing.
