Horrible, this is a scam, they do not clean anything at all. They sent another group called Pristine cleaning, they wandered around the house, scary thieves looking men, DO.NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOME, THEY COME TO YOUR HOME TO SCAM YOU BEWARE OF THEM.

Better Use a different provider as others provide $100 flat and no hidden charges. They showed up 2 hours late. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !

*** SCAM - Do NOT use this company ***Dryer was turning off after about 15 minutes of heat. The issue was my ducts and vents were really dirty. Then had never been cleaned. Supposedly they cleaned everything. They left and I tried my first load of laundry. Exact same situation. Heat and then dryer turned off. I called them and they came back out that same day. Still not working. I have a 2 year warranty and they won’t come back out. The man is no longer returning my calls/texts.If you call the number on their receipt, it goes to a generic answering machine. I’ve seen many other complaints about this company.Very unprofessional - Iranian worker sent me follow up texts with kissy emojis!Broke a pair of my pliers. I walked into the laundry room and noticed they had gotten a pair of pliers out of my toolbox. Then while using them, they broke them.At this point, I want a refund but of course they’re not doing that. I paid $433 and got absolutely nothing other than broken pliers and a creepy man flirting with me.

They quoted one price and when completed it was another. Their office called and said they would make it right and never did.SCAM. SCAM. SCAMDO NOT GO NEAR THEM

The problem we faced was that they unplugged the ejector pit pump to get to vents and did not plug back in. Needless to say, our basement flooded and got no response from the company. Do not use!!!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE- DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.First time ive written a review publicly but felt any one thinking about using these guys should avoid them at all cost. Scam company, as soon as they enter your door they begin to up sell you on everything. Once the job was completed they left our house in a total mess, they pushed up all the dirt and debris from the vents and just left it. We have a baby in the house and they had ZERO consideration for that, there were large clumps of dust spread out in every room, all over our babies toys and we had to spend the evening cleaning up the entire house We called back and complained and were advised that they will come back to our place to clean up after they finished their next job, and they never showed up.DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.

The service was excellent. They quote you the price at your place, first we realized it’s too much but the condition we had in the ducts was horrible.. the price was little high but worth according to their professional service.. highly recommended ..

Very good services done the guys working in are excellent. Currently did the duct cleaning of 2 of mine houses and really happy after the service more then expectations. The price is a little bit expensive but the type of service which i was being provided was excellent and really happy.

Not satisfied at all...they promissed to clean every duct but all they did was hookup a pipe to hvac and after 40 mins said they are done.

They are shady. They came and look around. They figured my ducts are clean and told me will spray sanitizer on the duct. They dont even have a vacuum pump. They have a small compressors that blow air to a long tiny hose. These Iraqi and Syrian guy team cut through the duct plenum by the blower and just sprayed some cleaning spray and thats it. They did not even try to do what they are supposed to do. Dont be like me sont even entertain these people. I learned the hard way. 216 dollar mistake!!

The Guys who came were honest and explained everything.Got my duct cleaning done and they gave me a free filter as well.Highly recommended.

This company is the worst EVER. Do not book with them. They cleaned our furnace two weeks ago. 5 hours after cleaning there was a smell of something burning coming from the vents and our smoke detectors went off for a few minutes and then turned off. We panicked and checked every corner of the house to no avail. At around 10:30pm, the smoke detector went off again and the smell of something burning was very strong, we panicked and called the fire department. Long story short, they missed cleaning an item out of the vent which dropped on the furnance and started burning. We spent the night at a hotel and had to call a company in the next day to fix the mess that they left. We informed them of the issue and they were responsive at first, then after a few hours they stopped answering my husband’s calls and never showed up as promised to do a check up. Please do not use them because it will be a big waste of your money.

Showed up on time and explained the work in advanced. Ensured all was cleaned and sanitized.

The service was awesome, as expected. Guyz were excellent, helpfull, and ver professionals. Definitely recommend this company.

Right there with Dayco...ruin your heating system, then refuse to return your calls. Hope the BBB gets further with these scammers.

Price for work became different the minute they walked in the door. They were rough with their hoses and had to be asked to be careful, and we were advised later by another duct cleaning company that they did not do a quality job. End price for service was 3 times more than the original....wish we had just asked them to leave! I laughed (kind of) when I reviewed the google reviews and saw that the owner left his own five star review. Wish we had looked here first because we never would have let them into our home.

I wish I would have read all the reviews on here before having these guys come into my parents home. I was with them pretty much the whole time, but the lack of professionalism and the persistent attempts to sell me services I didnt want or need was very annoying and made me suspect they were not reputable. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

BEWAREThis is for the Canadian branch. The prices were renegotiated at the door.Told me that they don’t include dryer vents, but we were told before they came it was included.Later they told me that the air conditioning coil was dirty. If they don’t clean it, there’s no point of cleaning the ducts. The man had our furnace open and took a picture of the Furnace fan from below.We also had some issues with our AC and I remember trying to look for the AC coil from the furnace and noticed that it wasn’t visible from there. They clean the furnace fan a bit and charge you $150+100 for the duct cleaning.

These guys were in and out in less than an hour, never turned the a/c unit off, and I have dust and dirt being blown all throughout my home after their service today. Not once did they scrub anything, or take any of the vents off for an inspection. Services were not as advertised- my dryer vent was never even touched. This was not an accurate or thorough job and I am highly unsatisfied, not to mention the awful headache I have developed. Oh, and the person that posted these services has completely disappeared from Facebook for any further contact. Steer clear.

Not only did they not arrive as scheduled. Suddenly the price changed the moment they arrive an hour later. The company as a whole is unorganized and sketchy. House was left dusty, rough with their equipment on the house. Would never recommend.

!!!!WARNING!!!! These guys are a scam AND further I think steal your personal information. They are run by a company in Pakistan. They pretend to be another duct Cleaning company. They take your information including your address, phone number and say its cash or credit card. STAY AWAY!!! They try to connect through Facebook and say they are another professional company. Shame on Facebook for letting these guys exist and take peoples information. I managed to call the company they were impersonating and thank goodness they handled it.

This is a scam. Not the people I found on facebook at all. Stuck hoses in the vents and blew out to unit. Did not actually clean each vent. The picture on the fb page was a young couple, Americans. These two were Muslim or Pakistan. Could not speak English very well. Blew all the return garbage back into the house and barely cleaned up after. Also gave a card that was for a different company than advertised. Had to pay in a check or cash. Did not make sense to me. I tried to call the company and went to voice mail. Not happy person now.

Just received a spam telephone call from these people. The guy (with an Indian accent) told me he was calling from “divine air duct services.“ After that, I hung up on him and blocked the number. I dialed the number back from a different phone and it’s not even a valid phone number. Apparently they have hijacked someone else’s telephone number to make their spam calls. What a joke.

I used this company about a month ago guys was amazing they are professionals and yes Im satisfied with these guys they offer me pretty gooddeal i had mine ducts done with them they charged me $250 for unlimited ducts and vents and offers me sanitizer spray as well . Good work Divine keep it up .

Scam - will keep pressuring you to purchase packages or filters right until the end even after changing the pricing from what was first established. Absolute disaster.

Horrible experience with them . Never recommend this to anyone. Disgusting people doing disgusting work. Didnt used sanitizer and charged alot. Completely garbage..

What a disappointment company you are advertising... bad service, bad explanation, bad implementation.... did not use any sanitizer because the guy failed to show a full bottle of the chemical. He showed me an old and empty one that appears to sit in the truck forever, WOW...! Finally they tried to charge me extra 10$ for making holes in my airvents...Will never recomend that to anyone.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely HORRIBLE service! They destroyed our house by blowing black dust and dirty everywhere. I had to remove my family from the harmful environment they created. They then asked us to open all windows and door in 20 degree weather to air out the house. We had to tell them to stop and leave.

First they will quote you a cheaper amount and once they will come to do the service, they will point out other issues and tell you that if you do not do those issues, the warranty in the service will not be covered.Second, after the service they will call you everyday. Even if you tell them to stop calling they will still call you and than they will get abusive.DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP
