I wish I could leave a good review because both technicians that did my nails were so nice but after only a week of getting them done one started breaking in half. A couple days later basically all the nails on my left hand started braking in half. I’m not leaving this review only because my nails looked bad but because it HURTS, it’s hard for me to get stuff done (like washing my hair, doing dishes, work) and most of them were bleeding. I don’t know what product you guys have been using for gel but you need to invest in your business and get better quality gel. This is very frustrating and painful.

Didn’t have me watch them after she shape them as usual just wiped them off of their hand they have very unwarranted attitude and bad body language very rude but they can do good nails

Ive been to Elite Nail several times over the last 7 years and they are always one of my favorite salons around Atlanta.

I came in and got a full set of sns on my natural nail. 12 hours later it chipped and I went back to have it fixed only to be told they are too busy and to come back the next day. I sat there for 30 minutes then someone else walked in and said they needed a full sns set and she was seated right away. I have never hopped up from my seat so fast. I guess you saw the look on my face and told me to sit down where I waited another 10 minutes before she started working on my nail, my one nail. From start to finish it took her 10 minutes. Apparently, if you and are not spending a bunch of money then you dont matter. I will not be coming back ever again. Edited to add that one day later a different nail cracked. I have had this set for a total of 4 days. This is ridiculous.

This is the worst set of nails I have ever gotten. They look nothing like the picture I showed, and you can see in the pictures that the polish job is horrible! She also left polish all over my hands and cut my cuticles to the point where they stated bleeding. She was also very aggressive and would slap my arm if I tried to move it to a comfortable position. For a gel manicure that looks absolutely horrible it was 70 dollars…

I took a gamble yesterday in spite of the bad reviews because this saved me time. I’m really glad I did. The salon is very large compared to the typical nail salon. I made an appointment with any service provider out of caution but, everyone who came after me was a walk in and walked right in to immediate service. The atmosphere was fun but, professional. Covid precautions were in place at every station. The salon was clean. My manicurist was Ms “Tia”/“T”. She was very friendly and worked very quickly. I got a manicure with arm/hand massage and a SNS manicure with tips. Very pleased with the outcome will definitely return. My nails also looked 10 times better in person. Thanks Everyone! :) This is color 172 SNS dip with short to medium length in coffin shape.

I would not recommend this place. Very poor quality service. My daughter came out of the salon with acrylic on her fingers and underneath her nails (please see photo). They would not correct the problem by cleaning it off or issue a refund. Please beware!

Is zero stars an option??? One of the worst nail salons in Acworth. They have a limited Gel color selection and that’s not even the worst part. They do not greet every guest and often take walkins out of order even if they are getting the same service. The last time I went the nail tech didn’t stop when I told her what she was doing hurt. I don’t know why but I stayed in the chair. She then called another nail tech over. Both women looked at my nails and talked about me in front of me while laughing for minutes.

I visited a different salon to get eyelash extensions done, and was left with a mess. There was so much glue and the lashes were very painful. I called so many places to try and have them removed, but none were open on a Sunday. Elite Nail Spa saved the day. They were able to remove my extensions quickly and professionally. Even though they are 40 minutes drive from me, I will absolutely drive here in the future for any nail or eyelash services. Thank you for saving my eyelashes and getting me out of pain!!

Came in as a group of three and they immediately tried to separate us. I ask for a design they said they couldnt do it; instead, took out stickers and put on my nails. Also they have a basket with all the different nails colors and dont sanitize after we looked

I have had gel and acrylic nails for decades, awesome fast service at this salon and they last and look new longer than anywhere else I have gone in the last few years.Highly recommend the Ombré Nails at this location.5 star service !

Very speedy service.We did not have an appointment but were all seen (3 of us) within 10 mins! The staff are very friendly and sweet.I wished the girl who finished my set knew how to do designs though.She seemed a bit new as she proceeded to file my acrylic nail edges after the final top coat was applied.Overall good service though.

If I could give this nail salon a zero I would. My nail tech was Jake. He did a terrible job and refused to listen to anything I requested. I left with a bleeding cuticle and no gel polish and waisted $40.00. My full set was ruined with the acrylic was peeling off the next day. I went back the next day to request a full refund and the manager was rude and dishonest about my refund. She said that she would refund my money but only to find that when comparing receipts she just reprinted the existing sales receipt. VERY DISHONEST!!!!! I will go through my bank for my refund. Poor service and customer service. Dont waist your time or money!!!!!

I feel terrible leaving this review because the tech who did my nails was such a sweetheart, but to say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. Gel pedicure is average at best. The basic manicure... horrendous.I walked in with long, gorgeous, natural, bare nails. I walked out with hacked off, jagged-edged nails that are all way too short, crooked, all different shapes, and caked in four layers of polish that bubbled up on the drive home. I literally took the polish off the minute I got home because they were embarrassing to look at.I do have to say this is not the first salon I’ve had this issue at. Ever since the invention of gel and SNS, basic manicures are a lost art. I can’t find a salon in 50 miles that can do a halfway decent basic manicure. I don’t want damaging gel or SNS on my fingernails. I ravaged my nails for years with that garbage and I finally restored the health of my nails I won’t go back.I really wish I had saved my money and done my own nails at home. So disappointing.(Two stars given for timeliness and friendliness of staff.)

I always have the greatest experience here. My favorite person to do my pedicure is Henry. I have a slight nerve issue where my toes jump all the time and he is so careful and caring and makes sure I am treated just like every other person! I highly recommend it here and the owner Rachel is phenomenal!

My son and I took his mother here to treat her for mothers day and 30 minutes after her hour and a half appointment the design they made are already coming off. Very very disappointing 😡😡😡😡. Is this really how Elite Nail Spa treats their mothers on Mothers day.

I have been going to this place for YEARS and they have never failed me. Yes, they are a little pricier than the nail salons around the area but it is so much NICER and they do such an amazing job. I see people complaining about wait times, but it would benefit you most to make an appointment. Cindy ALWAYS does my nails and she is the sweetest ever. I have never had a problem with her or this salon. Then again, I have always made an appointment with my specific nail tech. She is always clean and always does an amazing job. I have absolutely no complaints. You are required to wear a mask here and they do sanitize. If you’re worried about Covid, don’t go out and get your nails done. Simple as that. Overall, an amazing place with great nail techs. Would recommend to anyone.

Very kind staff, nails have held up beautifully. I did take in a picture of palm trees and they look kind of like a reepy Halloween tree instead,but he wasnt their best nail artist.

I had never left a comment before but I think this occasion deserves it, I paid $ 80 more tips (in cash) to each person who attended my 2 little girls of 8 and 7 years giving a total of $ 100 per manicure and pedicure, maybe I am exaggerating but $ 100 and it wasnt even gel or msn, is this really a fair price?the treatment was excellent but Im talking about the cost, they used regular paint and less than what they can use with an adult.

First off, I scheduled an appointment to have my SNS nails redone and a gel pedicure. I work on my feet all day so I like to splurge when it comes to pedicures so I did the deluxe choice. It felt like a toddler was rubbing my feet and I got charged $95. My nail experience was a disaster. He worked on taking my previous SNS color off of my nails. I told him I wanted them white. He took it upon himself to do “white” acrylic (my natural nails are now ruined). He didn’t even take the rest of my polish from before off so you could see it through what he called done. I told him I wanted the color my toes were and he laughed at me like it was funny he messed my nails up. He also cut most of my fingers with hitting them with the dremel tool. I will not be back at this place after wasting $130 on terrible service.

50$$ for this??....The nail tech i was put with was rough and I asked for a SOAK OFF because my nails are very brittle. I was in literal pain for most of the experience She tore them off my nail bed. I’ve never been to a nail salon where they don’t soak off nails. The nails themself are a 3/5. The shape is okay but honestly they’re thin and too thick to where they go outside the nail shape. There’s no definition. I thought I would have a great experience based on the reviews.

Like all nail salons, they over charge for all services, they let the most inexperienced techs do services like manicures but charge you the highest prices, they tell you they can do the custom design you show them then get an attitude with you when you tell them its not right.I paid $50 for a gel manicure with a simple 2 color polish design on 2 fingers. I brought my own gel polish and simple stick on decal and they changed me $50 for basically changing my polish. No hand Massage or cuticle treatment as is standard with the cheapest of manicures.

Only giving 2 starts because the pricing was okay. Lady who did my nails was rude. Left me sitting for a long time. My gel manicure began chipping and peeling within days. Do not recommend, so many better options in Kennesaw/Acworth.

I started coming to this place when I first moved to Acworth a couple of years ago. I was excited to find a nail salon that was nicer than than a lot of the hole in the wall ones that are more common. At first they were really great and I was always pleased with my experience. They are a little pricier than other places but I was willing to pay that for the quality and pleasant experience. Over the past year or so they have gotten a lot busier. This was obviously a reflection on their quality and service but when they got busier they started sacrificing those things to keep up with the demand. The atmosphere is no longer relaxing- everyone seems stressed and is yelling back and forth. I no longer have a drink offered to me upon arrival and the whole service feels like you’re on an assembly line. I was in first thing on Sunday morning and they were already very busy. I got a gel pedicure and sns manicure. My total bill was over $130. Like I said no drink offered, no massage after the manicure was complete (which used to happen) and my nails( which alone were $60) look awful. I’m not sure if you can tell in the photos but little to no shaping was done on the top of the nail( you can feel and see bumps in almost every nail) and they are way too thick. Not to mention she told me that I had a hang nail and literally used the sander that she was using to shape my nails to sand it off and I started bleeding. It is now 72 hours later and I’m still in pain. My pedicure was still done well and I am happy with but I cringe when I look at my nails. I would have complained right then but I had to leave to get to an appointment. And to be honest I really don’t want to go back even if o was offered a free service. My suggestion would be to find a different salon until they learn how to handle the volume. Either than or go early in the morning on a weekday or something so you can actually get good service. I am happy for them that their business is so popular but as a customer I would have been turned away or told it would be a long wait other than be rushed through my services that I paid so much money for.

I have been coming here for the past 7 years and I recently went in for a quick fix of my nails. I guess I was disregarded due to the fact I was not going to spend a lot of money cause it was only a fix and was told if I cannot find the color on my nails that she could not help me and didn’t know what to tell me.rather than working with me and helping me find a color that would work.I was here not even 3 days ago. I was met with attitude and blatant disrespect. Nevermind the fact I have been faithfully going and spending money in this establishment for years because I liked the service.

I was there yesterday for a fill and cut down of my nails and the lady didn’t cut them short so I asked if she could cut them shorter. She gave me attitude and cut them so short to the point that my skin got scrapped by the electric file. She was rude the entire time and the paint job was horrible. Worst nail place I’ve ever been to ever. Never again.

This place is horrible! They over charge you for gel nails and don’t tell you the amount beforehand! $20 extra dollars for gel is ridiculous and the price for the pedi and the quality I received did not match. Last time I visit this over priced salon.

This was my first visit to this nail salon and the experience was horrendous. The lady was sniffling all the time and coughing making me feel extremely nervous. Hygiene was very poor - the box that contained all her items was filthy, she used a plate to remove the SNS and after she finish with it placed it back in her drawer. Will not return.

Me and my mother go there all the time and relax. Also they are quick. There clars are just amazing and how they put it on😄

Got my nails done for a wedding and I have never had better nails. The gentleman who did my nails was fun, nice and I couldn’t have asked for more perfect nails! He could not have perfected what I asked for anymore than he did! I am, a week later still in awe and in love with my nails!!!!!!! They are PERFECT!!!!!!!!!

Have visited a couple times post closure during the pandemic. No mask, no service. I heard no complaints from any of the customers about their mask requirement either time that I visited. The staff all wear masks and were quite meticulous about cleaning their tools, the foot baths, etc. I had a pedicure both times. Great pedicure. I noticed that there are clear barriers between the staff and customers during manicures. I would not hesitate in returning for a mani or pedi again in the future.

Awful nail job. I went in for tips (with SNS) and pedicure. One girl started on my pedicure then another came over to do my nails at the same time. It was awkward and very uncomfortable. To make things worse she made my cuticles bleed and filed so hard on the side of one nail she caused an open wound. Instead of disinfectant she grab the nail glue and put on the cut. She then went and took off her bloody gloves and came back to finish. They look horrible. Super thick and much wider than they should be. It was the worst $97 (plus tip) ever.

Waited for over an hour for a mani/pedi that I never received. I was skipped over by multiple nail technicians while people who came in after me were serviced. I wont be back.

Each and every time I visit I get exception service! The owner makes sure you’re satisfied with your service and they always greet you with a warm welcome. Kim and Donna are masters in their craft always aiming to please the customer, as well as Peter, Jenni and the whole crew. Each time I go without my daughter they ask about her, they are personable and remember who you are even if they don’t remember your name. They work seamlessly, and to date I am a happy customer.

Terrible customer service. The man doing my nails looked at my engagement ring and laughed and said you’re way too young for a ring like that it’s not real (I’m 24). I took my sister with me to get her nails done for her birthday and when I paid he said oh paying with your mommy’s card today. I was so confused why this man acted this way. My sister also said the lady doing hers was rude. Will never be back.

Everything was going really great and then my nail tech needed to take a “10 minute break”. 20 minutes pass and I start asking questions. No one is giving me a real answer on where my nail tech is!! I wanted a design but since I had to wait so long I told her to forget it.

This place is OK but it feels commercialized and its missing the relaxing atmosphere some of us want to experience when having bodily services done. I guess is because of the tone the person at the front greets people and loudly calls on the employees every time someone needs a service and the whole salon hears about it. The employees are always communicating across the salon with each other so there is no quiet moment to relax. If you just want a manicure or pedicure and dont care about the distractions then this is your place.

To crowded super busy, the lady that did my pedicure was great but the lady that did my nails rushed, and the S&S powder is thicker on my left hand than the right

This place is so pretty and has a good atmosphere for getting nails and toes done! I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure with both turning out beautifully. They were done by a lady named Linda. We had good conversation and I was always made to feel relaxed. She gave such incredible customer service that I couldn’t help but come on and write a review. Definitely would recommend going here and asking for Linda

If I could rate it no stars I would. Worst customer service possible! They lack simple communication skills! Called do set up an appointment for Sunday during the week. The person I spoke to confirmed the appointment and time, and pricing. When I arrived on Sunday, no one greeted me, and I was informed that there was no appointment set up for me, the person who I had booked with, was booked through 2pm, and there was no one to assist me for another 30 minutes.. the reason I set an appointment is because I had somewhere to be by 1:30, which is also why I wanted my nails done. They are not reliable and lack simple communication skills and basic customer service. Will never go back there and I used to go every few weeks. Will never return and will never recommend to anyone again. Take your money elsewhere! They’re unreliable!

Woman at front desk was curt and dismissive. My 14 year old daughter and I came in for SNS manicures. We were seated in separate rows which I understand bc of covid 19. My nail tech was nice and helpful. The woman at the front desk did my daughters nails. She was not friendly and her services were pretty poor considering SNS costs $40. There was red polish all over my daughters fingers and the finished look was only ok. Weve never been there before. When she finished her nails, she vaguely gestured to the back for my child to wash her hands but didnt bother showing her where. We came in together, maybe she didnt realize we were mother daughter...since she came rushing back to make sure my child paid $43. I guess she wanted to include the tip. I had to turn around in my chair to let her know I would be paying for both. It just wasnt a pleasant experience for the money spent ($90 plus tip). I recognize thats not a huge amount, but we were treating ourselves to a nice day and it just wasnt nice. There are too many nail salons everywhere to not be professional toward everyone. We wont be back. And I wouldnt recommend.

This place is awesome! I have been twice. The best time to go is during the weekdays. It wasn’t as crowded and I felt like the technicians attention was only on me. It was seriously the best and most relaxing pedicure I have ever had. I will definitely return.

My review l& photos ast week disappeared. I have gone here for years but increasingly became dissatisfied. Two months ago I got an infection from being nicked on my finger with obvious dirty tools. I mentioned it to the next technician & showed them my red finger & a picture. They shrugged their shoulders & barely acknowledged my concerns. When the Covid-19 hit I removed d my outgrown nails & saw where my infected fingers nail was 1/3dead & lifting off the nail bed. My skin is still red & puffy. I’ll never go back because the customer service, cleanliness & lack of concern when mistakes are made to not acknowledge mistakes.

Me and my sister just went for pedis and eyebrow wax, great service and they got us both in right away and out at the same time.

The best people to be around always give me good service and no problems will always go back and send my friends

Pedicure was fine, eyebrows and nails were rushed. Not all hair removed when eyebrows were waxed, asked for a square round shape for nails and got more of the fan shape. Whomp whomp.

A rip off! They are overpriced. My 11 year old got her toes polished for $20. She did not receive a full pedicure...just polish. When I went before, they were going to charge her more for services because they ASSUMED she was older. Not going back.

I went today and had a very similar experience to what some of the others have said. The older lady was jerking my feet and hands, unfriendly, used old polish that streaked, got mad when I told her I wanted square nails instead of round(she would have known had she asked). She was totally rude! Last time I went I got a younger girl and she was pretty good. It really is random whether you get someone good or terrible. No consistency in good service! Maybe when they see they are loosing customers they will treat them better.

The place is beautiful. The customer service is the ugliest part about the building. There is a woman who runs the shop that has a very bad attitude. She seems racist. Every white person that walked through the door she greeted and smiled at. People of color she treated poorly. I paid for my services and still was rushed out. I set down because my mother was getting her feet done. While waiting she looked at me and rolled her eyes. She said something in her language with another employee. I felt very uncomfortable. I will never come here again!

My eyebrows looked decent, but the lady that did them rushed and told me my skin was dry lol. It seemed like they were just trying to hurry because it was so busy.

Cindy is my nail tech; shes AMAZING! Shes super careful and very precise with her application. I have nails that grow up.. so its fairly difficult to apply solar acrylic on my nails to where they dont grow out funny. I went through about 10 technicians (in other shops) trying to find someone who knew how to adjust their technique for my nails.. Cindy immediately pointed out how my nails grew and informed me that it may take a little longer than usual for my fill-in, but she has NEVER disappointed me! Ive been her client for about 6 months. This place is huge and packed with wonderful technicians. They are all very talented. I drive from Powder Springs every two weeks - wouldnt have it any other way.

If I could rate 100 stars, I would. I love this salon, not to get mushy, but Ive felt love for 3 year now, ever since my brain surgery; theyve show nothing but love and compassion. My experiences here are something I look forward to every single time. The owner; Rachel is a very caring person - that trickles down as you can see it in Hannah, Cindy, Sean and many others. Thank you Rachel, for being someone that makes a each visit a sanctuary for me and my daughters.

Wonderful pedicure experience!

Racist af I see why they call it elite. I was told they have every color acrylic, when l called about getting 2 nails fixed. When I arrived l stated the services I needed and she had me sit. Another employee approached me with a box of acrylic colors and told me to find my color myself. I was told they may not have the color. I found two similar ones and requested them only for her to come back and say they didnt have either. That employee had an attitude the whole time but was real friendly with the white women in the salon.

Super bad experience. I told the woman doing my nails it was my first time at the salon and she proceeded to say good luck. I felt neglected as a customer and as a latina I felt like the lady discriminated me when she kept bringing up prices as if I couldnt afford them and proceeded to treat the next woman (who was white) in the best way possible.

We walked in 30 min before they closed and they still took great care of us! Wonderful people!

Place was nice yo. I used to work at a nail spot that was really nice... But it was the people that made it nice. This place was just as nice if not better. I truly felt like I was being pampered by someone that cares. I came out so fresh and so clean. And the girl who did it.. What was her name.. It was weird but I think she said her name was Gwen and she made these toes of mine look fabulous. Highly recommend to anyone looking to look good.

I will NEVER come here again!! I got acrylics with silver paint. The lady not only forgot the top coat on my nails but when I went back and kindly told her, she denied and wouldn’t give me a top coat. Now my nails are rough and started to come off within 24 hours!! She also didn’t paint the sides of my nails so now they look awful!! I’m upset I spent money for such horrible service and awful nails! I do NOT recommend you come here!!

I received a pedicure from here Saturday September 14th 2019 and now it is Monday and I am at the doctors office to treat both of my big toes since they are INFECTED. I loved this place for year but because of this I will never go back.

Best nail salon in Georgia

I wanted to like this place. It looks so nice. I stood up front for a while without being acknowledged and then was told to sit in a chair for a pedicure and literally no one greeted me, nothing, for 20 minutes. There were at least 8 other people just sitting in their chairs doing the same thing. If I would have stayed I would have been there for 2 hours, no doubt. They are too busy for their own good. Or maybe they were just extremely under staffed today. Either way, not sure I’ll be back.

Alyssa at elite nail spa do a top-notch job, and is very pleasant and friendly. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and I always look forward to the pampering I receive there. I frequently receive compliments on my nails and eyebrows and, before going to Nouvelle, I never had that happen! Always a great experience, and a good chat.

I have been going to this Nail Sap for over 3 years and have never experienced anything but sanitary, professional and professional staff with quality service. The staff is friendly and there are times when I mess up there is never a complaint or charge even if I go back another 2 days to gets it fixed.With my kids they seek my permission on services before doing anything or any up-sell.I have recommended several friends and family members who have also expressed the same satisfaction.

This place use to be pretty awesome, but the past few times Ive went I havent been pleased! I am one of those people that gets their nails done at one salon for years and years, and I go get a fill in every 2-3 and I get a pedicure as well. It was disappointing to me that my nails were not top notch the last few times I got my nails done here, and thats just not like them. Elite nails is pricey but you get way you pay for and I always tip good if the work is done right.....last few times I went here I just didnt feel like I was getting my moneys worth!!! Hopefully they will get back on track!!! I recently decided to take a break from getting my nails done, so maybe in the future I will try this place again.

The service is pretty good, but don’t get your eyebrows waxed. The lady who waxed my eyebrows did it so aggressively and it left a burn scar. A few days later it became a scab and it’s so painful. So if you wanna get your eyebrows waxed, think twice.

Great place to get your nails done. They are always very nice and do a fabulous job on my nails. Great prices and great service. I wont go anywhere else but Elite Nails to have my nails done!

Best nail salon I have been to around here. I was referred by a friend and went there to get a gel manicure. It has lasted longer than anywhere else, plus they were so nice. I cant wait to go back!

I have always gone here and had some good experiences and some bad. The last two or three times I have gone -the customer service has not been good. The employees seem overworked and not friendly. Need some lessons in customer service. Also they barley clean their tools. Its always busy and understaffed when I go. Last time I went I waited forever so I just left. Also they upgraded their inside and made it bigger but are still using the same raggedy nasty towels, really??!!!! Buy some new towels!! And clean your tools . Just gross. Have gone for years and will not return.
