I am going to RAVE about Super Nails!!!First I called that morning and was greeted well on the phone. Made an appointment at 12pm, arrived at 11:55 and they started me on time. No waiting for someone to be free!!!Walked in first impression. Clean-Clean-Clean!! I can’t praise enough how clean the salon. Implements for my pedicure was opened in front of me. Sanitation is taken seriously! The owners were very kind,respectful toward clients and employees!! They spoke English well and used it majority of the time. I was done in a timely manner and I felt pampered❤️I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone living in the area to change salons and come to SUPER NAILS!!! I travel a lot and this by far is my favorite. Well done to the owners and employees!! Your doing a great job and don’t ever loose that specialness of your salon!!!Thank you for a wonderful day! My new go-to nail place! I’ve tried several in the past and none have lasted as long (or looked as good) as these! My first time they lasted for over a month and a half and I’ve gotten so many compliments on my current set! Also the price is unbeatable from any other place I’ve been to! The people are wonderful, extremely helpful, and will do everything to ensure you get what you want!

This is the BEST nail salon I have ever been to. I have been trusting Tracy and her staff for years. Everyone at Super Nails is always friendly, & they make sure everyone feels comfortable and enjoys their time at the salon. Even when they are busy, they make sure you get a drink or a table while you wait, and converse with you until it’s time for you to get started. The salon is clean, and they make sure to take extra steps to make sure their staff and customers feel clean and safe. I will bring my family to Tracy & Will as long as they will let me!!

Super Nails is such a great place to go to get your nails done, relax and pamper yourself. Tracy & Will are always so professional and treat their employees & customers with respect and value them. Tammy does a wonderful job with S&S on my nails and I adore Anna because she always gets my ingrown toenails without it hurting.

Tracey does an amazing job each time and the little lady who does the pedicure is really good too sorry I don’t remember her name but I never leave disappointed! I’ve been going here since I was in 5th grade (12yrs ago) and I will never go anywhere else. They are the best at what they do and not only that they truly care about each and every one of their clients. They treat you like family not just someone they are providing a service to. They are so easy to express something you might want to change or want a certain way. Their end goal is always to have you love every single thing about your nails and your experience there so they will go above and beyond for you every time to make sure that happens.

I recently got married and chose to get mine and bridal partys nails done here. I called 3 days in advance to make an appointment because there were 6 of us getting mani/pedis. We ended up being 10 minutes late (reality of coordinating 6 womens schedules LOL) and they were ready, fast and efficient! They had estimated 2-2.5 hrs and they got us out in about 1.5 hours! Thoroughly impressed with that alone. They were very friendly, professional and helped make it a fun time for all of us. As for quality, easily the best SNS (ombre) manicure and gel pedicure Ive had. 100% recommend, willing to drive 35 minutes vs my old salon 15 minutes from my home. Which says a lot!

They do great work, I have an illness where my nails have a hard time staying on. Ms Tracy always watches and if she does not like how they look she takes them off. With her care I have now been able to go 4-5 weeks between appt. Where before i started at super nails I could not even go 2 weeks without a nail falling off. She has such a heart for her customers. She treats each one special and is so attentive. Hey whole staff make it a joy to visit.

My daughters and I have been getting our nails done at Super Nails for years. We wouldn’t go anywhere else! Hands down, the best nail place around. 🙂

I’ve gone to literally every nail salon in acworth and super nails is the only one I trust. Tracy and Will are so kind and sweet and are always checking in on customers making sure everything is how they want and if it’s not tracy will fix it personally. They are just truly the best!

My self and my 2 daughters have been going to Supernails for years now after having a bad experience elsewhere near by. Super nails will always be the place we go to. Very clean and friendly staff and listens to what we want and gives great recommendations.

Discriminatory service & overbook their appointments.My family had three appointments at 11am. We walked in and the place was mostly full with multiple people waiting for their appointments. We waited ten minutes to be seated but every other (non Black) person was seated before us, including those who walked in after us, even those without appointments. They were then at capacity and told us to wait longer, so we left.

This is my favorite nail place. I drive quite a distance because they are so good! Always a good job! Tracy and Tammy are my favs!!!

I have been coming to super nails for over three years. After trying over a dozen nail salons in the kennesaw/acworth area they are by far my favorite. The best quality of nails. I wait weeks and weeks to come home from college just for them! Nothing comes close! They are clean and professional. If my nail breaks, so easy to come in and get it fixed. DO NOT go anywhere else but super nails. Amazing SNS as well!

Required masks on everyone- both staff & customers to keep us all safe. Multiple spots to use hand sanitizer and touch-less faucets. The salon is always so clean. Fantastic nail salon. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Tommy did my shellac french manicure and it is by far the best one I’ve ever had. He took the time to make sure all of my nails were shaped evenly and that the tips matched. The price was VERY reasonable. I appreciate being able to watch the employees open up the sanitary-sealed nail packages in front of you. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

They are very on top of covid cleaning and social distancing. This has made my already favorite nail shop even more so my favorite shop.We have been going here for over a year and even when there is a slight delay in services they have always gone above and beyond for us. The staff has always been very kind and good to us.Also, I feel the need to add that I am a member of a multigeneration family home and 7 of the 8 members have received services. That includes 2 adult men, 2 young men, a little girl and two adult women. If it is a service they offer, we have used it and it has always been great.I will continue being a patron here.

Will and Tracy are absolutely amazing and extremely professional. This was my first stop out of the stay at home order and they were absolutely flawless from a sanitary perspective and consistent with constantly cleaning but also making sure everyone abided by their rules with masks and social distancing. On another note my husband I both got our hands/nails and Feet done we felt great they make us feel like family, they remember your name and treat you special on every visit. Super Nails has been my favorite place to get my nails done for the past four years! Tracy and her staff are some of the hardest working and kindest people I know. Their color selection is amazing. Tammy always does a phenomenal job on my SNS! During COVID, they have done everything to ensure the safety of their staff and customers. Even before COVID, their salon was kept clean. I always know I’m going to have a relaxing experience when I go in.

I love love love this nail salon! The people are so nice and they do great work as well! I always get my nails done by Tammy. She was out of town so I scheduled with Hope. Hope is wonderful! She not only does a great job on your nails, she’s so sweet and wants very much to make you sure you’re happy with the end results. I can’t say enough good about this salon. I finally found this one a year ago and I have been coming here faithfully ever since. The staff is amazing and the service and prices are great. I have never been this pleased with a nail place. They take care of all my pampering needs like pedicures, manicures, and waxing. Love it!!

He went detailed on my sns and I can tellThe big difference compared to the last place that did my nails. The owners are very sweet people who are incredibly detail-oriented. I dont think I have ever had my nails done so professionally; even though they each played a role to get my full set with gel done. New experience for me. They do SNS nails. Better than my usual gel. This lasts longer, without any chipping. The nail is stronger. It is a powder on top of your own nail. Love it.

Best nail place around. I started coming here a little over a year ago after I had a very bad experience at another nail salon. The owners are extremely friendly and professional. Vanna normally does my nails, and nail art and she is outstanding. I have had several different people do my pedicures and have been happy with all of them. The atmosphere is relaxing and very clean. I came across Super Nails by accident when the owners Tracy and Will had just barely opened and were in the process of renovating. They have turned Super Nails into a beautiful state of the art nail salon, and more importantly very safe bacteria wise with manicures, and pedicures.Tracy and Will and their entire staff are wonderful. I would recommend Super Nails to anyone who has tried just about every nail salon out there. This one is the keeper!

Clean nail salon some of the girls speak English. Tracy and her husband are the owners some days they know you by name and remember a little bit about you and go out of their way to make you feel welcome but others ...they dont know you. Like they have never seen you before . They wont acknowledge your presence a bit rude in my opinion. Dont try to tip using your debit card, they dont like that. And they make sure you know that. I had to come back with cash. They up charge any request so be aware. After 4 years I think is time to look for a new nail salon. It shouldnt be hard to do since theyre everywhere . Good luck!

This place is AMAZING! They do your nails perfectly, they are funny, nice, and kind, and they make your nails really pretty! NOBODY should give this less than a 5!

Tracy and Will have a great salon, the workers are friendly and the place is very clean! They use a brand new nail file, pumice, and buffer every time. I love coming here to relax with my daughters and am never worried about cleanliness.

I love coming here. They do great work and take pride in it. When I got a full set he was almost done and noticed one nail was crooked, he immediately noticed and changed it (I’ve had other salons tell me that my finger is crooked not their nail.... lol). They are honest about wait times (which I love rather than other places not telling the truth). Great place and I highly recommend it.

Super Nails is the best nail salon out there. I drive all the way from East Cobb to have my nails done, as well as waxing. The shop is super clean, and the owners, Will and Tracy, are super friendly, and very concerned about making sure that every customer gets exceptional customer service!

Wonderful experience! Unfortunately forgot to ask the woman who did my nails but everyone there was friendly. They were for sure busy but kept you in the know on times and could tell they all were working together to get people in and out while still doing great work. Got SNS, looks better then anyother place Ive gone and reasonably priced. I had never been there before and will only being going to them from now on. Just need to make sure I bring cash next time for a tip. They do expect it on cards but prefer cash.

Walked in and Tracy greeted me right away and took very good care of me.Right before coming to Super Nails, I was at ANOTHER salon and ended walking out because their service was so bad and the salon was a mess. It felt unclean the second I stepped foot in it. I won’t mention any names but they’re located in Walmart.The reasoning for mentioning the bad experience is because Super Nails was the complete opposite. It’s a very clean salon with lots of room and friendly staff. Tracy and her husband are the owners and are great people!

This is a fantastic salon with a wonderful staff. They do nails, gel, SNS, acrylic & other nail services. Theyre also very good with the pedicures, eyebrow tinting as well as eyelashes.

I love super nails. It is the cleanest, professional and soothing salon I have ever been in. The level of work they do keeps me driving past at least 20 shops to get to them. They dont care how picky I am, and i am a pain in the butt! They always do my nails exactly the way I like them, and they absolutely WANT every client to be happy everytime they walk out of their shop. Will is a clown, but Tracy holds every person their to the same level of professionalism as she holds herself. I have taken my mom and sisters their several times. I HIGHLY recommend Super Nails!
