They always do a great job!

I splurged on a pedicure after not having once since the pandemic started. The splurge of signature was definitely worth it. It includes lots of extra treats for your skin making it soft and a great hot stone massage. Very relaxing.

I’m new to this area and before coming here I did a little research, read reviews from a lot of spas, and I decided to come to this one. I’m glad I did. I had full set and regular pedicure + eye brow wax. Genie did a good job and the pedicure guy as well. Everyone wears a mask and they keep distance between chairs. They ask you to wash hands as soon as you come in. They start my appointment in time :) and they finished all in 1 hour and half. Nice!! I do recommend it here.

This isn’t my first time coming to the nail spa. I use to work next door at dominos so I’ve gone there often . Today I showed up 30 min late to my appointment ( had the time mixed up ) still decided to wait . I was in the nail salon for about 4 hours and it was definitely worth the wait! Jade did my nails and I so love them! I found a home 100% . Love you jade!

I visited this relatively new salon at the end of September for the first time and I was utterly pleased with the services. The staff was very hospitable and got me in and out within the hour. I have kept this set on for over a month and they are still intact without breaking or chipping away. 10/10 recommended!!

Very rude staff, walked in and they just looked at me. Never came to the front desk to assist me. One lady shouted what kind of nails I wanted, told her I needed my eyebrows waxed and she pointed at me to go to one of the staff. I approached the staff and she just looked at me unaware what I wanted......I was confused with the overall treatment. I guess if youre a person of a certain colour they treat you differently. I decided to walk away after I noticed how differently the other white guests were treated Never coming here.

Me and hubby went here for pedicures and this was by far the best nail spa place Ive ever been to. CINDY did my feet. I suffer from dry skin due to dead nerves from back surgery. And I have to keep my feet moist. She did the peel and some other things and i dont see as much dry skin. Im going here every 3 weeks for that peel..its worth it!! Thank you Cindy.

They booked an appointment for my husband and I on Tuesday when we got there the spa was closed. So it was very disappointing.

They scratch my calluses until they were raw. I had to go to the doctor the next morning. The doctor said that they were glad that I came have a prescription for cellulitis. I could walk on my heel for two weeks it was swollen. I called them to tell them and they said send me pics. I did and they text back. (Okay no problem. Your skin didn’t look like it got cut or anything. And we also dont go that far up on your heels. Only the bottom of your foot has calluses). No Im sorry about your experience. nothing! I will never go back there again.

This is a salon is really clean with excellent customer service and fabulous quality!! I have gotten a full set of SNS from another nail salon, but it didnt last long and they looked really thick!! I was referred to Acworth Nail Spa and was told to see Jade/nail tech who is just AWESOME AND FABULOUS!!! She also does Eyebrow waxing and Microblading!! I would recommend ANYONE to go to this nail salon.. Every nail technician in this salon is Great. Please go and try out this nail salon!!

I went and got a pedicure & powder acrylics. Both were done excellent, but I have 2 things to say about the pedicure. I have dry skin on my feet, not dead skin, and she scrubbed that dry skin with a pumice stone until there was none left and I started bleeding. I asked her to stop & she didn’t. Whatever, it’s still scabbed. The second issue I have is that she didn’t put a top coat on the pedicure, so it already started to chip off after a single day. I’ll probably not go back for a pedicure, but the powder acrylics were amazing and are honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. That’s why I gave 4/5 stars.Edit: I think his name is Vinny, longer hair & shaved on the side, he’s done my acrylics both times and I’ll continue to go to him, my nails are perfect, exactly what I asked for. The shape and ombré color is amazing and are seriously the BEST acrylic powder nails I have had in a very, very long time. Thank you, you definitely have a returning customer.

Really upset this is the only nail spa that I go to. A month ago I went and got my toes done for the first time ever, and yesterday when I was finally able to get the last bit of glitter off my toenails I noticed a spot on both big toes. I now have toe fungus on both my big toes in the same spot. Very disappointed.

The guy at the front wasn’t super friendly but my technician did an amazing job!!! I was very pleased overall! I would recommend this place before any others in my area and believe me I have tried a few!!!!

They are friendly and that’s very important to me. They do a terrific job too. This is place to go even though I have 4 other options right here in the neighborhood.

Got an acrylic set done by a male with blonde highlights and they were probably the worst iv ever had. It was so thick and all nails were noticeably uneven and cut me twice.. I asked him to go closer to the cuticle and to make then thinner and he just said okay and still didnt do it. The nails were put in so fat from my cutical i already look like i need a fill in.

I had my nails done twice here for gel. My gel started to peel off in three days and it was incredibly bumpy. They offered to fix them but gave me the same gentleman . One week later . I have tons of peeling and cracking in my Nails . Normally the gel Will last me about 4-6 weeks And I am only getting a week out of it with these . Won’t be returning .

First time in. Came in as a walk in. Ruby did a wonderful job with my SNS pink and white! Been going to the same person in East Cobb for 7 years. Moved to Dallas and love that this is super convenient, reasonable and CLEAN! Will definitely go back.

I walked in an was greeted immediately, the staff was so friendly and helped assist me with my color selections I thought that was cool she even went out her way to show me the mood change color with a bowl of water. We will be back!

Poor customer service. Do not come here. I arrived at 5:00 p.m. for a Mani & Pedi and was told that I wouldnt be serviced without an appointment although there was 2 hours left until closing. Ive been coming here for 6 months and have never needed an appointment in the past.

I went to this place based off of the 4 star rating but dont be fooled its not worth it. The nail tech cut me while doing my manicure and had no sympathy as my finger bled she acted like she was annoyed because I kept looking at it. I asked if money would be taken off since she cut me and she gets the manager and she says that it happens instead of owning up to their fault, mind you I get my nails done all the time and that has never happened. Will never go here again, they are not professional, dont waste your time or money.

Do not come to this place! The owner is so rude!!! I had an appointment at 4pm for sns and pedicure. I was seated for my pedicure at 4:20 which is fine but at 4:40 when they had not started on my nails yet, I asked the owner when they would start. He literally said from across the room “you were late”. I walked in the door at 4:04pm exactly because I looked at my phone when I walked in. He rudely said “it was 4:10 and I have you on camera”. Everyone in the salon was taken aback. I have never been spoken to like this. I will never return!!

Its been over a week and my nails still look amazing and thats saying alot because I love to play in the dirt.

It’s a very clean place and the guy that did my pedicure was amazing! I highly recommend the #3 I was all ready to give a great 5 star review until I looked closely at my American gel nails the other guy that was pleasant or friendly did... there are areas in the white part where you can see brush strokes and the whole white part isn’t even all white! He didn’t seem happy to be there and now it shows in his quality of work, wish I hadn’t tipped him equally to the other gentleman that did such a great job. Literally multiple sections where it isn’t white across the entire nail... this was my first time here as we are new to the area & I was getting them done for my best friends wedding. Not sure I’ll be back as my nails are far from quality given I paid $75 for mani and medi and obviously majority of it was the gel American nails... and being charge an additional $5 for American and they don’t look well is less than promising for the future. Which I hate as i said I was ready to give a 5 star review the whole time until the end.

First pedi ever and actually had a great experience. Very clean, friendly, and very professional.

Well that was a waste of my money and time. This ladys attitude changed the minute I declined her offer for the higher priced pedicure. She hardley scrubbed my feet, even with me paying extra for callous removal. She kept a long, sour face on the whole time. Her massage was barely rubbing. Why do sales people make this mistake? I dont buy the excess because I am a really good tipper but when I can drag my fingernail through my heal after a pedicure and flake off a ton of dead skin, you failed and get nothing from me. Your skills worth, in my opinion. At least my toenails are red now, although she applied no clear top coat so I can enjoy that for a day or two. No thanks, Ackworth Georgia.

Was looking for a place to get nails done while visiting a friend. Very friendly staff and great work.

Im new to the neighborhood. Stopped in and had a gel mani/pedi. The pedi was fantastic. The mani was the worst Ive ever had. There were lines from the brush strokes on all fingers, and it started doing and peeling on the third day. By the fifth day I peeled all of them off with ease.

For all that use google reviews like i do...i want to give Acworth Nail Spa and all it’s employees 5and management 5 Stars for all their hard work in everything in this busy and professional environment.
