Great people always friendly and easy to pick up cars from.

They took my car without knowing very important facts when obtaining repossession of a vehicle. They aided Curiels Auto Sales in the robbery of my vehicle I was not even 2 weeks behind just paid a payment on the 13th of icy October and my car was taken from me on 30th of October I busted my hurt during these times of pandemic she stole my money from my unemployment card. On one or more occasions. Regulations on these companies that are supposed to ensure the recovery of greedy money hungry individuals need to be in place to prevent this again. Know your facts before you ruin someone’s life guy because not everyone should be in this situation. I am so not pleased with this type of business in Yuma and I will get to the bottom of all this. Originally I had posted that they were a great company and highly recommended. I dont know what happened over there but that is no longer. They try to speak over you and cannot carry an honest conversation with them anymore. There are better companies out there. Dont waste your time with River Cities.

I cant believe how unprofessional and ignorant this office is. First, the lady name Vanessa was so rude, her customer service was beyond horrible. I talked to her boss Brian was also rude. His lack of leadership shows threw his employer, Vanessa. They never inform me of a 60 day policy for my personal property. They did not tell me about any specific time frame.

Dont use this tow company for any reason
