Awesome guys, really affordable rates, they were the only ones that were available to tow my medium duty truck at 6am on a Saturday. Driver was accommodating and even recommended where I should tow my truck in town since I was new in the area and didn’t know who to trust!

Highly recommended. Honest, hard working guys. Its one thing to stand behind your work when everything goes smoothly, but it says a whole lot more when something goes wrong and you own it and fix it. I cant speak highly enough about Jack and his company, its a story of true American grit.

Say what you will about tow trucks companies and their reputations these guys were at my house exactly on time with the tools necessary to get the job done. VERY professional very polite will use again if necessary.... fingers crossed hopefully not.

The owner Jack goes above and beyond. We had a Uhaul trailer tire blow out and needed to get a new trailer due to a loose wheel bearing. My husband, toddler, 2 cats and I were stuck in the middle of nowhere Arizona, it took Uhaul 8 hours to arrange for a new trailer. Jack arrived at our location and helped my husband unload our trailer of heavy furniture and reload into the new trailer. It was 11 pm at night and he was an hour and a half away from Yuma, so he had a long drive back. He was not being paid by Uhaul to help, he did it out of the kindness of his heart. My family was very thankful for his help and definitely could not have done it without him.

TRUCKERS BEWARE : Im still trying to absorb what happened to me this morning and $490 later (even after being a Yuma resident for a year now) I cant stop thinking about it. I made a mistake yes the tow truck operator call me yesterday and left me a message, but I only received it this morning and called them back immediately but it was too late, never again will I make that mistake, after getting out of his tow truck he said sorry I stole your truck I will never forget those words.

I have used Dicks Towing many times over the years for emergencies and non emergencies. I have always had a positive experience with them. They have gone from Yuma to Phoenix and back to Yuma to tow my vehicles, they are the ONLY company I trust with my vehicles! Their prices are fair and reasonable. There is very little they can not do. I have recommended them to many strangers, employees and friends and have never heard a negative word about the company. The owner and staff are very understanding and willing to help. I will ALWAYS recommend Dicks Towing to everyone!!

I didnt have my vehicle towed by them, but our neighbor did and they were happy. I was outside with my kids when they dropped the vehicle off and the guy did a great job and took a few minutes to come over and give the kids a sucker and say hi. Very professional and polite, I would definitely recommend them.

Super unprofessional. I initially called to inquire about towing a car away that was parked in my marked spot in my apartment complex. Long story short the guy answered the phone rudely and said, “that’s not our problem we don’t deal with that property manager does thank you have nice night.” Before I could reply or say bye he hung up.

Stuck between a rock (somewhere between el centro and winterhave, ca) and a hard place (yuma, az) on the side of the freeway. He Cory got there in no time. Got us to a great mechanic (cliffs garage on s ave c in yuma). Where i was NOT over charged, and i was back on the road in no time😀 best bad day ever😀😀

I had to get a vehicle towed less than 4 miles and was quoted $100 which I thought was pretty ridiculous but being from another state I was in a bit of pinch. I paid by credit card over the phone and the next day noticed that I was billed a higher amount. Turns out they add tax on top of the quote as well. Needless to say I wasnt happy they didnt tell me that when they quoted me to begin with. Ive never been taxed for towing in any other state.
