Reasonable rates, friendly professional staff. Driver showed up early, then parked my dually in its regular spot when dropping it off. Next to my fifth wheel in an RV Park. Highly recommended

The address listed on google is incorrect. The correct address is 4075 S Avenue 3 E, Yuma, AZ 85365. I had to find out by calling the business and talking to the rude man. I hadnt said anything to him and his tone the entire call was immediately condescending. I tried being polite but he did not reciprocate. Very shady practices, AZ has laws requiring tow places to accept payment via credit or debit card but this guy refused. Made me make extra trip go the ATM. Towing places in AZ are also supposed to give the option of taking your car while they send you a bill. This guy said cash only and made that very clear. Very negative experience and I believe my rights were infringed upon and the law was not upheld. I also thing this guy drove my car around as the tank was empty while it wasnt before.

Says open daily but will not allow me to pick up my car today. Also couldnt give me any info about rate. I was hopeful because I saw all these great reviews about Pauls customer service but I did not experience that.

Paul came through for me in a big way. I live 400 miles away from Yuma and I called Affordable Towing because my wife and daughter were broke down 30 miles east of town. He showed up within 35 minutes and help them get going. The price is very reasonable too. Anytime Im in the area Affordable Towing will be my first call. Sincerely a grateful customer.

I had the most friendly interaction with Paul, he was kind and very helpful in letting me know which shops are good and what other possible affordable options I might have with my car knowing I am strapped for cash. If it was possible I would give them zero stars I called then 3 times and they said they would call back each time. They took 45 min longer than what they had originally said to make a 20 min drive. After all of that the driver tried to drive away without giving me my change and only stoppedd when I yelled for my change. Do not use these guys!!!
