I was a little frustrated they didnt open until 30 min after they were supposed to. Hours were different than what was listed on Google on top of that. So I actually waited and hour for them to open. Anyways, after getting there, the lady inside was very helpful and friendly. When I went to make as purchase their card reader didnt work so I had to make a trip to an atm to get money to pay in cash. It wasnt my card, I used it at several locations before and after that visit for that day. So besides the friendliness it was very frustrating.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My husband went in with the problem we were having and walked out with the solution! Thank so much Bug Depot!

Very difficult to contact by phone. They oftentimes aren’t available during posted hours. They oftentimes run out of products.
