I have known Adrian for about 8 years. Hes a very dependable, trustworthy, and caring person especially in the business of Wood Infestation and Pest Control. His pricing is extremely reasonable compared to other wood infestation (termites) treatment companies. I have recommended him to my clients in my Real Estate transactions and they all keep him for their termite/pest services. You cant find better.

Friendly salesman and crew. The under the house inspection was honest and did not reveal evidence of termites. The inspector would have taken dated and timed photographs if termites would have been found. We opted for their reasonably priced every-six-month preventative treatments around the property. The under-the-house and around-the-house and property treatment was completed the very same day as the inspection. We recommend their services to other home owners.

We have had a tick/flea problem for years. We recently called other pest controls in Yuma and the bigger company simply walked up to the house and gave us the price. Adrian and Trevor took the time to survey the land, and explain what chemicals were being used and explaining what it did to fleas. They came back for their second visit promptly as requested and remained professional. They told us it will be the same technician every time so I am glad we can have consistency every month we use them.

Really bad service, this guy Adrian the supposed owner came the first time to my house to start the service, I made the full payment the same day for the treatment, after that was all most impossible to bring him back to continue the job, I did a lot of calls and never answer, e-mails, etc. I had a supposed order of some traps that they needed for months, those traps can be bought even in Walmart store or anywhere but always had that pretext. In general it was what happened, I asked him for months to make a refund of my money since I had not really done anything for what I had hired him, so he sent me a check for $ 40 dlls so I do not know what it was. He is charging me if he did not do anything, I paid him a total of $ 300 dlls, I would have preferred to stay with the problem, which was what happened.Im not so interested to get my money back. Im sure he needs more, but lets try to avoid falling into this kind of false companies that are dedicated to cheat people who give them all the confidence, because thats what this person is doing, its called a fraud. I hope they do not fall for their deceits. WORST SERVICE IN MY ALL LIFE. Greetings.
